First time for us ever camping. We thought it was a pleasant stay. Wish it had more tree coverage in the tent areas! The pool had a lot of chlorine and everyone of us had burning eyes. The bouncing pillow was pretty awesome. We also wish the store/office was open a bit later! Overall good stay and would do it again

We are glad that you chose us to be your first. Trees take a lot of time to grow here and some campers keep breaking the trees off. We did have a problem with the automatic chlorine feeder for the pool. Our store/office is open from 8AM to 10PM every day. We will be looking for you again.

RV camp spots were full, but you set us up in a great tent spot; close to rest rooms and pool. We had an enjoyable stay. You always take good care of us, and we always come back because of your clean park and service. Thanks!

We had a great time we were just disappointed the bathrooms were not cleaned when. We went to shower Sunday morning at 11:30 before we left! The woman's bathroom shower had hair everywhere and the men's my son said was also pretty dirty! But we will be back! The kids had a blast! Thank you!

Great site. Good service. Electrical hookups at our site we’re not working. Kind of a disappointment. However, we were able to easily use the ones at the site next to ours as it was vacant. I forgot to mention the issue to staff after our stay. I will definitely be back to this KOA. Thanks.

As always, we need to know of problems before we can fix them. The electric on your tent site was on but the GFI outlet needed to be reset. Hope to see you again soon.

Everybody was so nice. It was just my young son and I camping in a tent. I felt very safe. Even though it rained almost every day we still had fun

I want a refund already, I was harassed and assaulted by a man who got in the car at four am with my four year old daughter and I and refused to get out

Why would you sleep in your car at night with the doors unlocked especially if you had a child with you? While we are unable to control the conduct of every guest at every moment, as soon as we were made aware of the situation, the problem person was removed from the campground.

The stay was great. Only downfall was the restrooms. With little kids and having to use bathroom middle of night it was a a long walk in the dark as there wasn’t any lights along the path to get there. Other wise our stay was great!

We assigned you the closest tent site we have to the restrooms. Most tenters have a flashlight.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend on electric tent site 2. The tent site was roomy and offered some shade which increased throughout the day. The campground offered many activities for my 2 boys ( ages 3 and 6) including jumping pillow, playground, and pool which we utilized all! The campgrounds were clean including the bathroom/shower area. We will be returning in the future!!!!

Campground was very nice. Bathrooms were spotless, staff extremely helpful. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is someone’s dog started barking at 7am and barked sporadically through the morning.

This is the third time I have stayed at this campground. As always the people were friendly and making sure I had what I needed. It was like coming home.

Great set up at this KOA! Wonderful pool. Well kept lawns. Prompt check in with very nice and helpful people. Clean bathroom but a little small. There are 3 showers and 3 toilets. Its a very nice campground!

Really enjoyed the pool and bouncing pillow...those were a kids dream. We thought the grounds were pretty nice and it was off the beaten path - so that was really nice! The drawback for us was the staff. We had made reservations and when we called to move our arrival time they couldn't find us. When we arrived we were greeted with a strange accusatory "I heard about you..." It was very odd!

When a camper's name gets misspelled it may be hard to find again. We communicate with each other so we knew that you had trouble with changing your reservation because of this. Glad you had a good time.

Over a five day excursion through South Dakota , we stayed at three different KOA campgrounds this past week. This outshined all others in friendliness, cleanliness, beauty and value per campsite, and overall polish and service. We will drive back through this area specifically to stay here. Couldn’t thank you all enough.

Very loud, campsite next to ours had 10-12 adults plus several kids, 4 large tents in one site, they were up until almost 2, Did not finish my stay, left in the morning before dawn. I tried to contact the facility regarding my early departure, left a voice mail, and have not heard back. Campground and facilities were clean and appeared to be in good repair, which increased the rating.

The camp site was full of ants and the barbecue are was closed to me. The manager threatened me. I called koa and I got the feeling they could care less. I intend to go out of my way to inform people I know how badly i was treated
