One of the most expensive KOA's we've stayed at but not the best. The site was not great. On a hill. Very challenging hooking up and unhooking. Restrooms are in need of updates. Store was expensive. The person that checked us in didn't seem to really want to be there. No WiFi during our stay. Was convenient to Yellowstone.

We travelled in a large group tried to reach out ahead of time to request sites together. I never received a response. When we got there the lady who checked us in was anything but accommodating. She was short and curt and would not even try to get us closer together. No attempt was made and were dismissed. The stay was fine. Wish the bathrooms were a little more updated with full doors.

Beautiful campground. Friendly, efficient staff. Clean restrooms. Indoor pool was nice. Breakfast and dinner available for purchase. Great amenities. Would diffenetly stay there again.

Was there for 5 nights. My camp site had a big mud hole on it. I asked to be moved to another site and was told I could not. Even though other campers where there for only 1 night. This KOA was NOT willing to work with us at all. Also this KOA is not dog friendly at all!

We had a great time on our visit to Yellowstone. We always stay at this KOA because its close to the park. The staff is always very helpful from check in to check out. I highly recommend this KOA.

Was great. Mattresses could stand an update. For some reason, somewhere it was advertised these were air-conditioned units, but we didn't need air condition. However, if it gets hotter that may be something to add in an update. Also wasn't clear that you needed to bring your own cookware but that was not a detractor for us.

The stay was nice but the golf carts constantly speeding around like a go kart track definitely affected the ambiance.

We enjoyed our stay, except for the barking dogs, when you walked by the pet area. I am a dog owner and I would never allow my dog to continually bark at person walking to the restroom. It would be nice to move the pet area away from the restrooms.

I grew up staying at KOAs and this summer I took my kids to one for the first time. Without a doubt the BEST experience I've ever had at a KOA. I remember it being a blast, but if you really wanna love a KOA experience, nothing compares to watching your little ones you love so much have a time of their own that mirrors the wonderful memories you have of yourself staying at KOAs as a kid. LOVED it!

Camp site close to main road so noisy @ times with traffic/ semi trucks. No cable hook up for water & electric only RV sites. Not told hot tub or coffee shop closed until arrival. Dinners available were a great price especially after prices of food in park. Sprayer missing on sewer dump station. Older KOA but good place to stay & not far from West Yellowstone.

All the KOA employees were very friendly and helpful. The camp and restroom/shower areas were impeccably clean and well-kept. Other campers were friendly and courteous.

Campground was clean and well maintained. There were ample amenities and everything was well staffed. The location just outside of the park was perfect and the town of West Yellowstone has a good assortment of shops, grocery stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Overall a very nice campground. My only area of improvement was that most sites were gravel/dirt, prefer cement or paved.

Very disappointing. We stay at KOA’s almost exclusively. Our site was literally on the edge of a busy highway. When I asked if we could move they said one spot back was all that was available. It was a mud hole. No cable except for deluxe sites which include less than 25% of the sites. WiFi was nonexistent unless you sat outside the office. Proximity to a park does not equal poor service.

It was noisy and busy. The golf carts contributed to too much traffic. You should hire more bathroom cleaners & less emoyees ln golf carts. They cocheck the camp once an hour but not as frequent as they do . The bathroom by my camp site had tooth paste spit on the middle faucet & was not cleaned even though you had a sign that it was done daily. You could have a separate person to inspect

The KOA is “ok.” The customer service is dismal. DO NOT reserve more than one site and hope to be anywhere near each other even after a phone call to make sure we would be. We wasted valuable time trying to figure out how we could be moved around to be closer. Told it just CAN’T happen and then watched 2 sites right near us (one next to us and one that was one over and behind) remain empty.

Stayed in a Deluxe cabin with bathroom. Our first stay in one. Worked out fabulously. Nice and clean and the kids loved the bunk beds. I’d say I’ve slept in many more comfortable beds but I’d do it again. The park was nice and clean. We loved the breakfast/supper that the park serves. Cute gift shop/general store and nice selection of local brews. The whole place felt very safe.

nice, clean accommodations. Campgrounds very well maintained. Being situated so close to an airport with planes loudly flying overhead was a bit annoying. Otherwise I had a very good stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
