Really crappy customer service. Our cabin was misrepresented on the website. The hosts knew it, even said that they had others "misunderstand" what they were getting. But still the man was completely rude, not understanding at all, and just ticked me off 100 times more than I was when I entered the office to discuss it. You might try de-escalation instead of escalation communication!!

We had a Deluxe cabin for 3 nights. We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I could think of that would have made things a little easier would be if linens were provided even if it required a rental fee. It’s difficult to travel with linens for everyone. :-)

Our family enjoyed our stay at your KOA for the second year in a row.We love the little cabins and the facilities.The staff was terrific as usual.This year we added another family to join us ,our son and his wife and our grandson.,total of 13.We traveled early in the morning and explored the park to exhaustion about 12 hours every day and into the early evenings.Beautiful Pictures galore.

We had a wonderful stay and have already looked up other KOA properties for future visits and recommended this property to friends. The cabins were clean, and had everything we needed. We booked a cabin near friends, and enjoyed campfires each night and the kids loved the playground. The laundry onsite was convenient. The showers/bathroom was always clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Wish I could have stayed longer, but they were all booked up. What an awesome place, super close to Yellowstone west entrance. We will be back!!

All was good, but cabin 113 only has 1 outlet. I have medical equipment and that was challenging. Other cabins have more outlets. Also, the deadbolt doesn’t line up with the hole and won’t lock!

To start off I rented a (Deluxe Cabin) with kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen had a stove but no pots..pans or cooking utensils or any silverware or cups or dishes. Had a coffee maker but no pot. Plus the bedroom. I have never been to prison or jail but I’m sure the inmates have a better mattress than we did. It was about 3 inches thick and hard as a rock. Plus the cabin wasn’t the one that I rent

Friendly staff. Cabin was perfect for three adults. Well insulted and heated. We did have a small kitchen which we did not know about until I phoned and was told that we needed our own dishes, silverware, and pans. Showerhead needs work as it is only a stream and not a spray (we did not want to have to walk to a shower room) that's why we paid for a deluxe cabin.

We loved our camper cabin, it was nice and cozy with great amidites like home, from a bathroom to a working Tv with actual channels. We had room to move around and put our things away for our two day stay. Everyone in the campground was very friendly and helpful.

It would be 5 star if the beds in the cabin weren’t so uncomfortable and ridiculously squeaky. I woke everyone up anytime I slightly moved in bed at night. This made for some very cranky guests. I also think the cabins are overpriced for what you get and the cost comparison to nearby hotels with amenities and comfortable / non squeaky beds. Otherwise, I appreciate all the facilities in the KO

We stayed in their deluxe cabin. The cabin was clean but there was no towels, no sheets, no pans. Not even a shower head on the shower. Very disappointed for the $200 a night I was charged. Cody and Missoula KOA deluxe cabins had all of that for $50 & $70 night less.

Very clean and camping kitchen a really nice convenience. Appreciate the long store hours. However, a couple things didn't seem equipped for the number of visitors. I took a cold shower at 9 p.m., when only two other women were showering. And though there is WiFi, it is not a network to accommodate the number of guests and is nearly unusable in the morning and then late afternoon through even

It was nice and I would go back. The mattress pads in the cabins were insanely uncomfortable and made sleeping very difficult though. I’d consider bringing my own blow up mattress if I did a cabin again. It was nice having a little shop on the property for last minute things. It was also nice that the cabins came with little heaters.

This KOA is close to west entrance making it convenient and giving us more time to enjoy the Yellowstone. Beautiful place, very well kept, clean. friendly and knowledgeable staff. If I needed to give a critique my only wish would be that there was a second camping kitchen over by the cabins. The location of the kitchen is too far away and there are no parking spaces to drive over and park/cook.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
