Everything in this places was perfect. It was very clean, costumer services was excellent, All needs are covered with satisfaction and also the people are very kind. This was out first experience with KOA and I really loved it. It was the best choice on our first night in Yellowstone.

We had a great time at West Gate KOA! We stayed 4 nights in late September at site TC, which is very close to the main building (with hot showers, clean restrooms, laundry). Sometimes we even had wifi reception at our site! And fortunately, were able to use the firering (overnight lows usually in the 20s). Only 6 miles from the park. Checking in and out was easy, too. Would return again!

Bathrooms were in good shape. Too much dog poop on property including on our camp site.

Nice KOA, bathrooms could use some upgrades and work. Several were out of order and some were dirty but overall a nice facility.

Visited this KOA site for some tent camping and the area was beautiful. It was really nice having a general store where you could buy anything you need for camping such as food and supplies as well as showers for a long day of hiking. It was nice seeing all of the beautiful souvenirs they have for sale as well. Perfect place to get me back into camping again.

Employees seem over worked and tired from long season hospitality and friendliness prevent me from giving a higher rating. The pool was great access to yellowstone was perfect!

Assigned a site for tenting which did not have a level spot on it, no grass, only dirt. Noise from highway made sleep difficult. Will not return nor recommend.

It was bigger than we usually like. The young woman who checked me in from Maryland was fantastic. It was very loud. I almost got run over by one of the little golf cart guys one evening!

Great location, the facilities, amenities are comfortable. Some tent sites are muddy after a good downpour. Would love to have tent sites with added bordered pad sites would allow for easier designated tent positioning.

This place had tons of great amenities., pool showers bike rentals store. Kudos on that, but we were tent camping and they put the tents up front right next to the entry and highway. It was so noisy all night from the traffic we hardly got any sleep, which made the next day horrible. They should put tents at the farthest back point of their property. Otherwise the rv park was great.

Fun place and courteous As a tent camper passing through you’ll get a spot adjacent to the entrance and all check in activity so don’t expect a good sleep!! But it works Nice place though

The campground is nice and it looks like a great place for RVs. But for tent camping I don’t recommend unless your good sleeping on a steep hill. It’s a shame because besides that it’s a nice campground.

We enjoyed our stay, except for the barking dogs, when you walked by the pet area. I am a dog owner and I would never allow my dog to continually bark at person walking to the restroom. It would be nice to move the pet area away from the restrooms.

All the KOA employees were very friendly and helpful. The camp and restroom/shower areas were impeccably clean and well-kept. Other campers were friendly and courteous.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
