My only complaint is the roads between sites are narrow. Very hard to get a 42 ft 5th wheel out of the spot. Other than that very nice stay.

I found the experience to be lovely. I thought this was a excellent "base camp" for Yellowstone. I was surprised at its size and the size of the staff that went with it. It was clean quiet and well managed.

Stayed in a cabin, it was clean and comfortable. Staff was nice. Only problem was that it appears that the hot and cold supplies to the shower are reversed, hot was cold and cold was hot.

This campground is in the perfect location for visiting Yellowstone and other nearby beautiful sites. We had so much fun exploring! Be sure to visit Earthquake Lake Visitor center and as well as watch the sunset at Romsett Beach about 15 minutes from the campground. We stayed in a one bedroom cabin and it was perfect - clean, tucked into the pines. Bathroom are a bit old but clean. GREAT KOA!!!!

Very pleasant 4 day stay. Office staff were great. The camp cafe had a nice basic menu for take out or dining, breakfast and dinner. Great variety of camping options with amazing facilities. Rv sites gravel (site 9 needed gravel added. Bit muddy after heavy rain). Very family oriented. Location to West Yellowstone was excellent. Would definitely return again.

We really enjoyed everything about this campground except the freeway bring right behind our cabin. Very loud!

Our cabin was extremely dirty with some sort of animal hair everywhere. We spent 20 minutes cleaning and my daughter still had a mild reaction to whatever it was. I’m confused as to what the extra charge for pets are if it not to go towards cleaning. Absolutely inexcusable.

The park was clean and convenient to Yellowstone. The staff seemed disinterested and clearly wanted the season to just end. It didn't seem like there was anyone checking on the status of the restroom cleanliness throughout the day. Breakfast was good. The park store seemed to be well stocked.

Was disappointed with the k9 park. Not even big enough to bother with. Dogs could easily gotten out. Management seem to hover a lot.

Stayed in a cabin which was great. Wish there were more restrooms/showers but aside from that our trip was wonderful. Nice staff, clean restrooms, hot showers, breakfast available, close proximity to the park. I would definitely stay here again.

Broken shower heads, lights did not work in tent village, low area that creates a mud puddle in path to camping site. Over not impressed with this expensive option.

the reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star is, The spot we had a low spot and it rained before we got there. We had a mud puddle which was right were the door needed to be. Instead I pulled up some and made our picnic area unusable. Putting gravel or something in to raise the low spot would have solved the issue.

I wish you would have refilled the soap in the women’s bathroom during our three day stay. We enjoyed the stay but that part was disappointing.

We enjoyed the proximity to Yellowstone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Being able to buy burgers and breakfast was a life saver. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

I wish I could rate this 20 or 100. The indoor pool was awesome my kid is still talking about it. I loved that I didn't have to worry about cooking most meals and leave it up to someone else. Also the bathrooms THANK YOU for having them indoors (because middle of the night outdoor waits for kids aren't fun) but having that nice warm hall with benches was like a god send. Its now our favorite KOA!!

I had a pleasant stay and was very happy they could squeeze us in as a walking after a long day in Yellowstone park. The kids loved the heated pool and the playground was great for the little one. The park is very well kept and we appreciated being able to use the laundry facilities as well.

Nice sites, we stayed in a pull-through with a concrete sidewalk and patio with porch swing. Nice and quiet at night. Friendly staff, good store, clean bathrooms. Close to Yellowstone entrance.

This campground is awesome, clean, friendly staff, yummy fudge, BBQ on site if you don’t feel like cooking. Close to Yellowstone. This was our 2nd time staying there, last time was 20 years ago! We loved it then, loved it again!!

Prior to our arrival we signed up for the rewards program. We were told it would sync to our Reservation at West Gate KOA. It didn't and when we called we were told nothing could be done about it. We really don't expect the discount to be refunded but would like the points to be applied. Thank-you!

Very nice campground, with lots to do! We didn't partake in too many of the amenities as we were focused on Yellowstone. Great food in bbq grill area. As a big resort upgrades to bathroom, and kids clubhouse could be fresher. Friendly staff, clean, and all and all a pleasant stay. More trash cans around would be helpful.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
