Love the close location to the park and the amenities such as the grocery store and restaurant, although the Koffee Kabin was closed due to staffing issuing we were told.

other than being right next to the highway (which happens) the park was clean, the bathrooms and showers were well maintained, it wasn't crazy noisy at night and the staff were helpful and nice. Plus the location right outside West Yellowstone is perfect.

Kids enjoyed the mini golf, playground and pool. Water was too cold for me. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Cabin was clean and suited our needs. Will definitely return.

Wifi was unacceptable was not able to connect all through our stay there even though we were within 150ft from office.

Older cabins are not set up for cross ventilation of air on the really hot days. They get very warm during the hot summer days.

There is no hot tub like advertised. People are friendly some days, not friendly other days. Lots of people smoking cigarettes. Sites are close together.

Good park. We’ve stayed here before. Our dog got sick and we got a good veterinarian recommendation. Thankfully she’s ok now but I appreciate the concern. Easy access to Yellowstone.

Had deluxe patio pull-thru site (150). For premium price paid solid wifi access S/B non-negotiable- never able to join network day or night. Also hot tub closed entire 8 days there-another non-negotiable for price paid. appears CG more interested in $$ than providing value-add service. Never again

Great facilities, Clean, Super staff, great playground, golf, and pool for the kids. Shower water is good and hot, appreciated by all. Also very close to Yellowstone Park entrance.

To put tenters next to an extremely busy highway is quite an experience in sleep deprivation day after day. 10 Days!!! Why?? You have to know this is a problem. Hmm. Also before anyone gets sick from your outdoor eatery, have someone clean your cookware!! Take a look. It's pretty gross.

Good Shaded spot and good location for Yellowstone park. Good Food cooked fresh including breakfast for reasonable price. We stayed 7 nights and enjoyed it.

It's a nice KOA in a great location for visiting Yellowstone. If you've got kids, this is the spot. Make sure to stick to the 10 mph speed limit! Apparently I drove above that one night, and while gathering my things I turned to find a guy shining a flashlight in my window and freaking out my dog. It was creepy though I did deserve the admonishment. Also my cabin mattress was hard as a rock.

The pool was a little dirty other than that everything was amazing. We are planning our next trip and planning on staying longer there. The breakfast was well worth the money.

Nice option to have breakfast and dinner at the KOA grill if you don’t feel like cooking! Great homemade fudge made on site!

The space was too close to our neighbors . I will not visit again. I was here 14 years ago and the Kia looked great. I see the property going downhill and money is not being invested in this Koa.

Needs upkeep. Cable did not work. WiFi did not work ever for the entirety of our week. No cell service w/ AT&T had to leave campground entirely to check the weather or make call. When brought to the staffs attention they brushed it off & said “I have service”. Witnessed an interaction with a customer who had an issue & the staff rudely did not help them. Will not be coming back to this campgro

The staff at the west Yellowstone KOA was so kind and helpful! I highly recommend staying there! Kid and dog friendly! I love that they have breakfast and dinner too!

After a long day of sightseeing I checked in at 9:45pm and was happy the office was still open. It was very dark so I asked for an escort to my campsite. I slept in the car because I didn’t want to put up my tent. In the morning I took a shower, ate breakfast, and took my dogs to the dog park.

We were only there for a day, but the facility is very nice. They have a BBQ at night as well as a breakfast in the morning, and I think it is the best ribs we have had....so good. The breakfast was also outstanding. The site was perfectly level, and well maintained. We would stay again for sure.

Your beds are horrible. And you have the campgrounds over filled. Couldn’t open the windows. Screens ripped and for the price was not worth it! And no table .

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
