Staff was very polite and helpful. Really nice gift shop. Nice bathrooms and showers. Place to take your dogs. Very family friendly. Nice camping spot too! Definitely would recommend a friend staying at this KOA.

We enjoyed our stay the Yellowstone Park/West Gate KOA. It was very clean and organized. We had a Pull Thru site and it was very roomy. For as full as the campground was, it was very quiet. The dog park was a bit small, but there was plenty of walking space inside and a path outside the park. We did not use the laundry or the restrooms. The store was well stocked and the fudge looked amazing

Nice - Our campsite was on a bit of hillside, which was a bit problematic for sleeping, but we managed. Maybe double-check the site location before booking. It had a lot of amenities but spent most of the day in the park, so didn't take advantage of most of them. Nice to have the options, though. Really liked the kitchen area - very convenient!

Cell service was non existent which isn’t your fault but your WiFi is also non existent at this KOA, this was the only bad thing for those who need to use it.

Stayed several days while visiting Yellowstone National Park and experience was OK. Decent laundry and site small but nice picnic table. The mini golf course which cost $1.00 per person was a total failure consisting of bare cement with plastic pipe borders and most holes virtually unplayable. Out of ice I was told for days and staff seemed to not be concerned at all. Pool inside but cold.

It is a wonderful place to stay while visiting Yellowstone! The campsite and bathrooms were always clean. The site was a little small but our small sized tent fit great. I would stay there again if I was visiting again.

It was pleasant, the hours of the services and main office were great. The bathrooms and showers were good and the gray water dump site was easy to use. The trash dumpsters were overflowing from what I recall. They were not behind a blind and I thought of the wild life coming into the camp because of that. No problems though! Thanks!

The park was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They were very accommodating and keeping our families sites next to each other since we booked them in March. The amenities were also great. The location was close to the entrance of Yellowstone.

We really like the park, sites are small, patios are small, good shade everywhere, great services, really like the people in the office. WiFi is non existent, no cell for ATT and Sprint. We have to go to town to pay bills. Limited package delivery available. Easy access to the park

Great location for visiting Yellowstone. Bathrooms and showers were very clean with lots of hot water and electrical outlets. Laundry facility was perfect as we needed to use that once as well. We had a tent site which was close to the bathroom and not too noisy. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed the facility, food from the grill, gift shop and proximity to Yellowstone National Park and West Yellowstone We were disappointed in our ability to get good wifi service when trying to text messages and photos but everything else about the park was great

Best ever experience with the staff and accommodations! Rhonda and Janna were very nice and went out of their way to help us secure a great campsite at the last minute. Overall great. Some negatives were us not all being located by each other despite us reserving and planning a year in advance. Some RV sites and cabins were located a large distance away from each other. My issues with our stay is that the website is a little misleading when you're reserving a Deluxe cabin with handicap accessibility and the staff isn't knowledgeable on many aspects of their job.

It was wonderful. The only issue was extremely low water pressure in cabin 316. We had to go to bath house for shower. Also, the vent in bathroom was nasty.

It was so beautiful and clean. I loved the 2 dog areas and grassy areas. It was nice to buy meals there and the store was great. Lots of helpful staff. I wish the WiFi was better.

We love it here in our camper but this trip was a cabin stay in 105. It was pretty far to bathroom and so many others were closer on the other side. Also a step is splitting off the porch that was a bit risky. Wanted to let you know. But staff and restrooms are the top of the chart for us. See you again we hope.

We have stayed here several times now and have enjoyed our stay. Love the pancake breakfast and the evening BBQ dinner options on days we decide not to cook at our site. Breakfast hours could be a little longer for those mornings we need to sleep in a bit. Didn't like, however, having to be rushed/forced out of our spot at 11am despite our explanation for vehicle repairs being made in town.

The facilities, laundry room, bathrooms, and pool were all great. Proximity to Yellowstone was perfect. My only complaint is that the RVs are crammed in very close to each other, so you are on top of your neighbors. If you like any sort of privacy or space, would not recommend.

Very nice park!Great location! Family friendly. Had a nice convenient laundromat but it was always busy. The only negative--WiFi--website said Wi-Fi available throughout the park ---NOT the case. We had a family member that needed to stay connected (for work) and could not from our site. Lounge area had good reception but not private enough for conference calls. All the park staff wwas friendly.

Cramped but we did not hang out at the RV much so it was fine. Everything worked and the staff was friendly. Wish KOA would have recycling and ban outside smokers.

Very disappointed the hot tub was broken with no chance of repair this season. It was the one amenity we were hoping for after a long day in the park.

Great staff. Great food. Great location. No negative comments. Could not have a fire, but that is not under their control. All in all a fantastic stay!

Did not realize how big it was, that being said, it is well kept and responsive to park needs. Excellent service and the park is well maintained. Thank you for a great stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
