The campground was clean and very pleasant. The staff we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Our cabins, both the basic and the deluxe were clean and cute. My only complaint is the beds! Especially in the deluxe, I expect a mattress that is better than the summer camp mattresses of my childhood. Truly disappointing.

The queen bed was extremely uncomfortable the matress was so low in the frame it was a challenge to get out ofnthe bed. Our unit was near the restroom we heard the hand dryer throughout the night certainly not a restful sleep. The bunk bed is great our granddaughter loved it. The porch is nice and the outdoor cooking area is a really nice feature.

Staff wasn’t as friendly as I would’ve hoped. The little restaurant was closed most of the time we were there, so days we relied on eating there we were kind of out options unless we went into town. The cabin was nice and grounds were quiet at night. Overall it was a good stay. Probably will not visit again though.

This is a big, busy park. Lots of shade. It’s on a slope, but sites are level and hook-ups were positioned well. It is about 6 miles west of the town of West Yellowstone. The park entrance is just east of town. It was a good home base for our visit to Yellowstone.

started off with a rude staff member at check in then they escorted us to our site not very level but ok on there website it stated cable tv but in real live its only in deluxe sites then there was the internet which only worked sometimes and not for long sometimes less than 5 mins before it kicked you out. On our second night we had a great barbecue closed the next morning

We enjoyed our stay. The campground was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly at the front desk. This is a big campground that is very busy. We had used this campground before and we will use it again in the future. The Burrells from Bogart Georgia ����������

Very bad customer service. One worker was rude to my wife about her playing with kids as she had our service dogs. I was finishing up our site after 6 hours of driving. Then again same employee got rude with me because of walking around on the gravel. They allowed others to burn wood in a no burning ban. Worse thing am a disabled veteran and my PTSD was set off My service dog was talk of campsites

I would like to compliment to entire KOA Team as they were very friendly and organized. The facilities were well maintained and clean. It is a perfect home base to explore Yellowstone National Park from. I highly recommend your park! One of the nicest campgrounds we ever camped in. Great job!

Great place to stay. Place was clean and very well maintained. Help was very nice and friendly. Only down side was the pool was a little cold and indoors but very nice. It was nice to have an option for breakfast and dinner in the main building. Prices were reasonable and great food. We will be back next year. GREAT PLACE!!!!!!

We were at west gate for 7 nights. We enjoyed the camp and the staff was awesome. We had breakfast with them 2 mornings and the KOA crew that cooked our breakfast was fun and made a great meal. We will stay there again when in the Yellowstone area. CW Utah.

This was a very well taken care of KOA. I loved that they had staff riding around making sure everyone was following the rules (no wood burning fires, following the outlined quiet times). The KOA is very close to West Yellowstone with easy access. We would stay here again for sure.

The manager, John, is rude and ineffective. Talks down to his staff and has zero people skills. He has no back up plans for food service when that manager is absent. The park cleanliness was ok. All Spots need gravel instead of dirt to reduce the mud. Probably will not stay there again. They need to get a new manager and improve overall appearance of the park.

Check in was fast & efficient. Got a great locals tip about the nearest lake. The guide to the site was a nice touch. Bathrooms were clean and in good working order. Water out of the faucet/tap was good tasting. Camp Kitchen was a nice amenity. Dined at the BBQ. Good stuff. All your staff works so hard and the place is over the top busy. Security Guards in Golf Carts need to slow down & lighten up

It was a nice park, the store was fairly large with plenty of souvenirs and other needs for camping. It was really nice that they have a outdoor restaurant for breakfast and dinners, food was really good!

We really liked the place and the kids loved the pool, but for the price I feel like the mini golf could have been free and the cost of renting the bikes could have been cheaper! They find every little thing to charge you extra on! The little game room was lame, again for how much they are bringing in on site rentals they should be able to afford a pool table or something.

Lovely place with tons of amenities. Lots of noisy motorcycles and many amenities are simply closed due to hiring shortages. No mention of that until I was looking to take advantage of a couple of them. Very expensive koa to have things closed as they are.

We enjoyed are stay. We tie-dyed shirts. The shirts were a little big but we have a few ideas to cut and tie them. The flat iron stake was good. A little pricey. The showers hot water ran out. Only a few things that went wrong. I would still come back. Staying here made it very easy to get to GNP. This was my second time to stay here and can't wait to come back.

The campsite was right next to the highway, no bushes or trees to block the noise at night or create privacy. We were unable to use the picnic table or fire ring bc of the lack of privacy and road noise. WiFi kept kicking us off for the few mins a day we needed to use it for work. The sites in our location should be $20 a night sites. No clue how the rest of the campground was for those guests.

The location is close to the west gate entrance to the park but the camp itself leaves much to be desired for. The sites are on top of each other, aren’t well groomed, there’s a WiFi connection but is not usable, there’s no cell connection. While you are away the entire day exploring the park, it would be nice to be back to an inviting campsite.

Perfect location for Yellowstone Natl Park. 6 miles from main entrance. Had a patio site, level with good hook ups. Campground is built on a hill so a lot of levels which makes it appear tight. Really no room for additional cars, guests need to park by main building. Did not use the pool or rest rooms so can't comment. They do have onsite food, the BBQ ribs were delicious!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
