Sites were very uneven. Check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were 3 families traveling together and they told one of our group that they didn’t have a site for them, despite a reservation and they would just have to leave. We stayed there anyway and there were always sites that were available that would have accommodated our other camper (issue was supposedly camper length).

Beautiful surroundings and great amenities! The kids loved the pool. It made a great way to unwind after a long day in Yellowstone.

First time staying at a KOA we loved the campsite all the staff were very helpful and friendly . The place is so big and has everything there loved the food tent and all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay thank you !!!

Love the options for dinner and breakfast. Bathrooms and showers are nice to have and appreciated. Our cabin was perfect for our family of 4

We camped in tents and it rained. I woke up to a flooded tent. The site had a very large sloped area where all the rain collected.

Clean and friendly staff! Head cook was a hoot and knows how to make a delicious elk burger. Best we ever had!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always someone around to answer questions or help. Great facilities for families especially the indoor pool, mini golf, and playground. Great location for visiting Yellowstone.

Pretty nice for our stay except for one day the people next to us left for the day and we had to listen to their barking dog the whole day.

We stayed at the west Yellowstone KOA as a campground that was close to the National Park. They had nice tree covered spots. They have an indoor pool and large kids playground area. We enjoyed how close they were to town and the National Park. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The camp kitchen was clean and handy (the heaters took a long time to heat up, though). Bathrooms were great. And it was nice and quiet at night so good job enforcing quiet hours!

Too expensive! Then they charge you extra money to do activities. The sites are so close together which is another drawback. The bathrooms, showers, and pool was cleaned. I liked how they had a change machine for the laundry room!

Visiting from Kauai - we had a wonderful time! The cabin was very clean, well maintained and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the backside of the cabin. We also enjoyed the bench swing - all very nice. When checking in, we were greeted with friendly customer service and the team was helpful to show us how to get to our cabin. The property was very clean, we'd love to stay with you again.

We stayed in a cabin which met expectations EXCEPT the mattress. Even when doubled by taking bunk bed mattresses to the full bed it wasn’t comfortable. There were fun activities for kids (golf, playground, bikes) and reasonably priced items for them to buy at the store. I felt unsafe when staff on golf carts moved quickly. I wish they followed speed limit of 8 mph.

Beautiful location close to Yellowstone entrance, well stocked store, clean restrooms, the showers were clean and in great condition. We’d happily stay again!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everyone was so friendly from check in to just talking to the people cleaning and directing us lost campers. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone traveling to West Yellowstone .

We enjoyed the campground. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The campground is close to the park entrance. However national park visitors should get on the road before 7:00. AM. We left at 9:00 Am and got stuck in a two hour traffic jam due to traffic patterns and multiple traffic lights in town.

great stay. no complaints. the pull through rv spot we had was a little uneven - probably wouldn't have noticed it if it had not rained, had a hug puddle right in front of our door -- but we could not move front or back due to hook ups. busy place. it was nice.

Very busy, need road signs for MPH, Slow Children, direction of travel (roadways are single lane and cars travel in both directions) a child is going to end up being hit. Cars speeding up and down lanes. Workers although very pleasant, they are also speeding throughout the park on their gators.

We had a back in spot. The other spots around us had too many vehicles and we had trouble backing in and getting out.

Loved staying here! Beautiful setting, lots of services available, very helpful staff! Loved the snack bar/dinner and breakfast meals. Will definitely come back if we travel that way!

Very nice campground. Scott was a fantastic host, waiter, and manager of the grill. We loved his interaction with the staff and customers. Thank you Scott for making our dinner enjoyable. BTW, they serve up amazing Elk Burgers!

Great location close to the west entrance of Yellowstone. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the bbq ribs at the cafe. Easy, pull through site.

Worst cabin experience EVER! Mattress was like sleeping on plywood! Attempted twice prior to 10:30am to get mattress replaced and was told twice it would get replaced. At 5pm we were quoted by front desk employee "All our mattresses are just like the mattress in your room." Now it's too late to find alternate accommodations. Paid full price for the most 2 miserable nights sleep in my life!

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
