Campground was beautiful, clean, and had great amenities. The food at the KOA grill was very good and reasonably priced. We ate here on several occasions. The store was well stocked and had some delicious fudge. The only complaint we had was our beds (in the cabin) were uncomfortable and noisy when you moved.

We were in a deluxe cabin which was nice. I suppose not providing any kitchen utensils eliminates them disappearing We had brought our dog’s travel fan which helped us at night.

I reserved 2 spots and ask them to be close to each other and they were so far, I have to move from one spot to another to be a little close to the other one but still wasn't close enough as I asked. Not happy about that.

We were impressed with the campground and the friendly staff. One issue though with the evening barbecue. Big issue was the “grilled” in the cowboy hat. He was sampling and eating over the grill when making the food. Not only unsanitary particularly in these times, but there was hair in my burger. Other issue—make more than one order at a time. Way slow. Oh maybe because the griller was hung

The location was great, just a short drive to Yosemite. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The shop was great. My one complaint was that we were a group of 2 motor homes with a specific request to be together. They said they tried to put us together, but we ended up at opposite ends of the same row, with about a dozen campsites between us AND there were open spaces around one of our setups!!

Tight quarters, kind of level site that needed maintenance, guides that weren't much better than a map, and people walking through your site all afternoon and evening ... Other than that it was okay ...

It was pretty good, but the spot that was chosen for me was not the best as my trailers sewer was at the back and the sewer was at the front of the site, so I had to wait to dump my tanks. Also, the wifi was not good at all.

The location is certainly good. Very easy to access to Yellowstone. The campsites are very closed to each other. My tent spot was very loud in the morning when motorbikes and vehicles passed by. The bathroom was kind of messy in the morning.

I felt I paid for a deluxe site that had a swinging bench seat that couldn't be used (ready to fall apart), a table that required at least 1 hour of cleaning (covered with black grease), and paint/rhinestones littering the concrete pad. It was obvious the site was never cleaned or picked up between occupants. The area of the site we parked was very unlevel. Cost excessive for site!

We travelled with 4 grandchildren and 2 additional adults. Your KOA had everything we needed and we loved the idea of an indoor pool area. Lots were great and the kids loved the swing at the lot. Close to the West yellowstone entrance. Everything was just great and staff was very efficient.

WIFI sucked, park employees not very friendly, deluxe pull through are small and not as good as regular pull through at bottom. Ice was always out.

Parking spots are very unlevel. WI-FI shows a signal but does nothing. On the good side nice trees and good location.

Staff was friendly and grounds were nice. Close proximity to west Yellowstone entrance. Rib dinner was awesome. Women’s bathroom needed to be cleaned more; once a day is definitely not enough as they were often dirty (toilets were ok but showers were dirty)

First, there are lots of amenities here and the staff was super friendly. However, I think this site is better for RVs and trailers than tent camping. Our site was right next to the entrance, so every time a new car entered or exited the campground, the lights shone directly into our tent. We also would have preferred to be in a location with other tent campers than be surrounded by trailers.

It was nice to have a full hookup option while visiting Yellowstone National park The campground was nice, bathrooms clean, and the store was well stocked. My only reason to not like the location is that this isn't located inside the park (not KOA's fault) and it takes additional time to fight the traffic at the gate and trying to travel on the West Entrance Road at Yellowstone.

Everything there was perfect except for the gray haired manager at the restaurant. He was very short with me both times my wife and I ordered food to go. If it wasn’t for him it would’ve been a five star stay!

Great location to Yellowstone NP. Nice facility - Pool, store and laundry. Putt Putt course need a lot of help.

The site tells you that your close to HWY 20. This was our first time to West Yellowstone, so we did not know that HWY 20 is extremely busy and very loud, and when they say close to the Hwy they mean close, that should be something that is explain on the web site!

The location, staff, shop and food were terrific! We stayed in a cabin without a bathroom or anything. It was a clean room with a double and one bunk bed. I did learn that I personally won't want to use public showers/bathrooms at a campground again. We will be looking for a trailer and then come back!

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
