Friendly service upon check-in. Clean facilities and spacious tent pad. The only downside was no campfires, but that is not the fault of KOA and simply a result of the weather. Looking forward to coming back!

I stayed at the south, west, and east entrances for a total of 7-days. My 2-nights at the West Gate KOA were the most convenient by far. Location has access to many restaurants/shops/etc. The KOA itself has good amenities including a nice indoor pool. My site was great. There are 2/3 bars of LTE at sites. Customer service was great.

Awesome, and Chase really went the extra mile to get me set up with a good spot for multiple nights, consolidating my multiple reservations into one. Thanks so much! Great recommendations on the park too.

It was close to Yellowstone which was where we wanted to go. The town was also cute with all the little shops. The kids enjoyed the pool and playground. We also liked that there was laundry on site and a gift shop.

Manager was very rude. The cabin we stayed in had a bathroom which was a must. No A/C so it was warm and the window in the kids room was not installed right, it was missing screws and about to fall out with a push. They need to update and check all the cabins, they are old and need some TLC or they're going to be deemed unsafe. The floors also were filthy. You need to bring your own stuff also.

We tented camped next to the road and ditch, very loud truck and car noise along with bugs. Fine for campers but not tents. Walking around we did notice open camp sites in the back unused. For the price not a good deal.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bathrooms were clean and were what to be expected from a camp ground. All the other amenities were super fun and people really took advantage of them which was fun to see. But the road noise was insane! A fence or trees or something needs to go up before I would come stay again.

Sewage pond was too close to our campsite. Too stinky. No shower house close enough. Otherwise it was a decent place.

Everything was great except one thing... The mattress was super hard and uncomfortable! It felt like I was sleeping on a board. Besides that, we love this campground! It is beautifully maintained, there were lots of fun activities for the kids, the onsite restaurant was delicious! It was a great place for our family reunion!

The only think a don’t like is a never get any emails from you guys. I can’t used firewood. I recommend . I would like to be notified. I love the place. And I will come back for sure

Smelly, horrible. Right next to a water treatment plant. The reservoir especially when the wind blew it was disgusting. Also, our lot was located on a main dirt road exit for passerby’s of vacationers and maintenance which flew by with dust everywhere inside our RV, our dog, chairs etc. Most KOA’s oil their roads in summer to keep down dust and nothing is done here.

The sites did not have grass or concrete. Dirt powder all over site. This tracks into the camper and is very dirty on the feet and when the wind blows. The dog park had no grass. This also leads to dirty dog feet tracking into the camper. Staff were very nice and accommodating and attentive to the park grounds keeping it clean etc.

We were lucky to get a spot here at night with no reservation. They had 1 deluxe RV spot left. We have a class B van and can easily go without hookups but were happy to pay for the deluxe spot. All of the staff was extremely friendly and did their jobs well. Whatever they are doing to train the staff is working. Lots of amenities and clean facilities. Great visit!!

Our stay was really nice. We didn’t have a full hookup and would have been great to have a honeypot service but the kampground was nice, people are friendly, they have a cute little coffee hut and the kids used the extremely busy indoor pool.

Terrible "tent" site. Multiple sharp rocks, got a hole in the bottom of our tent. Missed the rule about no clothes lines, came back the first night our towels and swimsuits had been dropped onto the loose dirt ground (aka grassy tent pad on the website) and then left in a dirty pile on our picnic table. Mini golf was a joke, cement pad with pvc pipes (and you still had to pay!)

I would have given 5 stars if it weren’t for the noisy neighbors. They came in and set up a tent at 1 am and were very loud. It woke all of us up. Why do you allow people to set up that late- almost every campsite I’ve been to has a set time that you must be in the park by.

The campground was nice- that being said the tent spot we were put in was all dirt- and very little flat to sleep on- the bathrooms left a little bit to be desired but very convenient location to our spot which is a change from other koa we have been

Great Facilities. Tons of shade. The bathrooms were great. Kids loved the pool and mini golf. Camp kitchen was super convenient. Bring you groceries. Options in West Yellowstone and not great. Don’t forget ice!

We came in late at night with no reservation, hoping to find a spot. The night security crew got us into a spot which was a great blessing. The bathroom by the dog park was a bit messy but everything worked well. The breakfast was very good. Would gladly stay again.

Was a great base camp for our time in Yellowstone. Kids loved swimming in the evenings and everything was very clean and convenient.

Campground is nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Good amenities. The only negative was the Deluxe cabin was not furnished (no linens/towels). This would not have been an issue if we were made aware in advance. Otherwise, very clean and cozy.

Site was nice however the “tent site” was not flat, it was on a slope and it was hard to keep the air mattress from sliding in the tent. Other than that, the place was nice and the breakfast was good.

Camp was clean. Staff friendly. General store nice. However the campground was overpriced for the amenities. Wifi incredibly slow and I could not connect most of the time. Putt putt course was pathetic. Needed fake turf not cement and pvc pipe that moved around. Pool had way too many chemicals. Left our eyes burning. Hot tub not working. Just simply overpriced for what we expected.

My family was surprised that we were camping in the dirt. Most of the KOA camps they have stayed at were on concrete slabs. The showers that we were told about were not in the best of shape. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. We did find out about the nicer shower house next to the store later in our visit and used those for the rest of our visit. Thank you

The campground was great. I was sure I had booked a full hookup site but, got just water and power. Had to use the showers on site instead of our trailer to avoid filling the grey tank. Other than that it was good. About 6miles from the west gate. Easy access but could be very crowded in the morning.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
