The back in sites are a bit difficult if there are vehicles parked on the road across from the campsite. You had lots of things going on and everyone was very friendly.

While sitting outside my camper I heard 2 of your employees talking about the appearance of the young lady camped next to us. Reminded me of high school. You also need to trim some trees. When I put our slides out, I had tree branches touching both sides of my camper. Enjoyed our week long stay and will stay here again.

Park is clean and well kept. My main concern with this park is the excessive speed. Not only do the campers speed through with their rvs, the employees also speed through in their golf carts. I was waiting for some small child or pet to get hit by a speeding vehicle. Charging for minigolf is silly and the bbq, breakfast and bike rentals is overpriced.

We were placed in a very small premium site for the size of our travel trailer. We had to park our truck on our site along side of our trailer. We stayed for 4 nights and the site next to us was about 10 feet longer and flat. It was open all 4 nights. So disappointed that we were not treated better as we are VIP members. Otherwise great location to Yellowstone, nice store and restaurant.

Overall ok experience. Completely underwhelmed by the camp site compared to the description online that guided my choice when making reservations. Totally false advertising, “large treed site” wrong, narrow muddy site with half a tree.

With MINIMAL investment - they could have had wifi coverage in the entire campground ... But they didn't!! As a result - folks kept walking with their phones or laptops to the business lounge - in the rain - to do their work. Super inconsiderate of KOA!!! THE STAFF WAS AWESOME AND HELPFUL, AND I LOVED EVERYTHING ELSE.

Our spot was pretty muddy when we checked in, and after a night of rain, it was really bad. It needs some gravel added to that spot. Everything else was very good.

Horrible customer service. The staff must reflect their leadership. Unwilling to solve problems or help. Unknowledgeable staff. Unwilling to stock cabins with basic. No reinvestment into the property. The mini golf was concrete. The general culture of the workers and management was the biggest issue. They have NO customer service. The actual location was good, but it could be great. NEVER AGAIN!

Sites were very uneven. Check-in staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. We were 3 families traveling together and they told one of our group that they didn’t have a site for them, despite a reservation and they would just have to leave. We stayed there anyway and there were always sites that were available that would have accommodated our other camper (issue was supposedly camper length).

Super friendly and helpful staff. Always someone around to answer questions or help. Great facilities for families especially the indoor pool, mini golf, and playground. Great location for visiting Yellowstone.

We stayed at the west Yellowstone KOA as a campground that was close to the National Park. They had nice tree covered spots. They have an indoor pool and large kids playground area. We enjoyed how close they were to town and the National Park. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

The camp kitchen was clean and handy (the heaters took a long time to heat up, though). Bathrooms were great. And it was nice and quiet at night so good job enforcing quiet hours!

Too expensive! Then they charge you extra money to do activities. The sites are so close together which is another drawback. The bathrooms, showers, and pool was cleaned. I liked how they had a change machine for the laundry room!

We enjoyed our stay so much. Everyone was so friendly from check in to just talking to the people cleaning and directing us lost campers. I would definitely recommend this KOA to anyone traveling to West Yellowstone .

We enjoyed the campground. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is very friendly. The campground is close to the park entrance. However national park visitors should get on the road before 7:00. AM. We left at 9:00 Am and got stuck in a two hour traffic jam due to traffic patterns and multiple traffic lights in town.

great stay. no complaints. the pull through rv spot we had was a little uneven - probably wouldn't have noticed it if it had not rained, had a hug puddle right in front of our door -- but we could not move front or back due to hook ups. busy place. it was nice.

Very busy, need road signs for MPH, Slow Children, direction of travel (roadways are single lane and cars travel in both directions) a child is going to end up being hit. Cars speeding up and down lanes. Workers although very pleasant, they are also speeding throughout the park on their gators.

Very nice campground. Scott was a fantastic host, waiter, and manager of the grill. We loved his interaction with the staff and customers. Thank you Scott for making our dinner enjoyable. BTW, they serve up amazing Elk Burgers!

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
