Was a great base camp for our time in Yellowstone. Kids loved swimming in the evenings and everything was very clean and convenient.

Nice place quiet

Camp was clean. Staff friendly. General store nice. However the campground was overpriced for the amenities. Wifi incredibly slow and I could not connect most of the time. Putt putt course was pathetic. Needed fake turf not cement and pvc pipe that moved around. Pool had way too many chemicals. Left our eyes burning. Hot tub not working. Just simply overpriced for what we expected.

My family was surprised that we were camping in the dirt. Most of the KOA camps they have stayed at were on concrete slabs. The showers that we were told about were not in the best of shape. There was mold on the walls and ceiling. We did find out about the nicer shower house next to the store later in our visit and used those for the rest of our visit. Thank you

The campground was great. I was sure I had booked a full hookup site but, got just water and power. Had to use the showers on site instead of our trailer to avoid filling the grey tank. Other than that it was good. About 6miles from the west gate. Easy access but could be very crowded in the morning.

You have done everything possible to enable optimal viewing of Yellowstone and to entertain families. Awesome! Excellent food service, mini golf, late store hours, and more. More showers are needed at the main building and the ones in the upper building need to be seriously updated. Dumpster were overflowing. Convert the gas fired service vehicles to electric to reduce noise and pollution.

Not very well kept- employees seem more interested in speeding around park. Bikes and cars and golf carts all speeding around at 10mph? Crazy! Neighbors should be reminded of camp etiquette....like not walking through another’s campsite. It was closer to Yellowstone than others though-

Great park, but trailers with stable steps beware! The concrete pads for the patio sites are so tall that we had to borrow boards from maintenance and use our leveling blocks to get our MiniLite high enough to be able to put out the steps on the shortest setting. The front office wasn’t super helpful with this problem, but the maintenance crew was outstanding. The pool was great too!

Staff very friendly. Very clean. Ate at the KOA Grill a couple times during our stay. Food delicious.

Excellent facility and services.

Went smoothly. However didn’t understand why two parties who are traveling together couldn’t park our trailers/RVs facing each other especially since we book neighboring sites. Also is it possible to put smoke alarms in bathroom/shower area? Someone was rude and smoked while showering and stunk up the entire area.

Amenities we’re great, love the morning breakfast as well as additional activities for the children. The only recommendation I would have is to have the bathrooms possibly cleaned a little bit more during busier times both male and female

Nice park, reasonable prices.

Beautiful, clean park with many activities. Close to Yellowstone entrance gate. Friendly, helpful staff.

Great facility. Good location with nice shade trees and space between sites. Great staff. Bathrooms are old but we’re clean. Will return!

Loved the amenities at the park like the store, cornhole, horse shoe, pool and full hook-ups.

Neither cable nor WiFi worked. Bathrooms old and dingy. Usually KOA is top tier but this location left a lot to be desired.

That chef and his team are worth their weight in GOLD. Nice camp facility. The pool being indoor was nice. Our spot was in the middle of the action and if we could do it again we would move a bit further from the basketball court. Other than that we enjoyed our stay!

Nice shade. Lots of amenities

refused to place my daughter next when there were spaces on both sides of me and we had marked on the res. that we were traveling together

Would be nice to have more pull through spots. Our friend had an item stolen from his camper while we were there! We have never experienced any kind of theft at any KOA campground before, very disheartening! The mini golf needs artificial grass put in! Too much dirt! Would be nice if the coffee kart was open longer.

We enjoyed the proximity to Yellowstone Park . Putt putt was supposed to be open until 10 however there was no outdoor lighting to accommodate this . Staff was not very friendly and there was no extra activities planned. Showers could have been cleaner .

I am 65 and this is the worst camp spot I have ever had. I can't believe you charge $75 for a spot without sewer. Reserved camp spot 6 months in advance and you gave us the worst spot in your in excess of 250 camp spots and after walking the grounds saw you do have many beautiful spots. I doubt after this stay I would ever consider another stay at any KOA . Thanks much for ruining our vacation!!!

Huge KOA with a great location! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Lots of the basic KOA features such as (indoor pool, dog play area, playgrounds, and more). There was morning breakfast and dinner available as well as a coffee kiosk. We had a deluxe full hook up site and it met our needs. Would definitely come back.

The showers were small. We stayed 4 nights and I told someone on two different days the electric soap dispensers weren’t working in the women’s restroom but it was never fixed.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.
