We stayed 6 nights and this KOA was our basecamp for Yellowstone Park. It is convenient to town and the facilities were clean, the staff was very helpful. Will stay here again next time we visit YNP!

The facilities in the campground are in need of repairs and/or upgrades. The bathrooms/showers are very dated and in disrepair. All in all the fees are pricy for what you get in return. On the plus side the camp is shaded well (lots of trees) and close to Yellowstone and the town of West Yellowstone. I'm sure this is a high volume park, given the fees I'd expect better.

Overall everything was good. Customer service was amazing, and the amenities were well maintained. My one suggestion for improvement would be to plant a wind/soundbreak along the road out of poplar and pine trees. That would dramatically improve the quality of the KOA experience, especially for the sites closer to the road.

We were directly next to the highway. Nothing between us and the traffic. Showers were very far away. No trees ugly site.

Emnployees driving utility vehicles should be required to go the SPEED LIMIT of the park which is 5mph?.Way too fast can hit someone easily going that fast I saw 15 plus mph by them often!

This is a huge but pleasant KOA with nice amenities and a very convenient location for visiting YNP. Lost one star only because the "deluxe" site we got was narrow and not very conducive to being outside; many other sites at the same price were much more spacious. It would have been better to go with a regular site, as all of those were more spacious than ours for less money.

Beautiful lot with nice grass. Lots of amenities. We also used the laundry which was nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The campground has a lot of cabins. Check-in was easy and quick. Just a great campground. We would stay here again.

Nice park close to the west NP entrance. Restrooms and showers were well maintained and clean.

Good stay. 3 nights there. Internet was useless, but the campground is kept up pretty well. Staff was helpful. Could use some interaction with local tour companies. Needs a town shuttle. Thanks

This is a great KOA. Only 6 miles from Yellowstone Park entrance. From the time we arrived until we left, all the employees smiled, were courteous and efficient with their tasks. Thank you for the pleasurable stay.

Overall fine. Site was level, but windy and noisy from Hiway 20. Internet was basically non existent, but that’s to be expected in most campgrounds. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Great park and location. The staff was very friendly. Very relaxing and quiet area. We were only able to stay 1 night but will plan in advance next time and hope to stay several nights.

While the campground appears to be older and not as well maintained as other KOA campgrounds, it’s location is very convenient to Yellowstone. Campsites are not level and picnic tables are old. It looks a little scruffy and needs some TLC to spruce it up.However, if in area, I would book again.

Great location! Easy access off Hwy 20. Just over 5 miles from West Entrance of YSNP. Tranquility at its best; very dark at night, no noise, but, if you listen close, you can hear wildlife calls from afar off. Plenty of shade, easy hookups, spacious lots. The Ground Keepers do a great job daily, very clean and neat! Shout out to Rhonda, arranging my reservations for the same spot for 5 day

We stayed two nights. Didn’t attempt a shower 2nd night because 1st was so miserably cold. Spoke to others who had tried hours before us and they had no hot water either. WiFi was pretty bad. Kept dropping. Road to our site was in rough shape. Staff was friendly. Laundry facilities okay. Guess we’re not KOA people—too crowded, too noisy (highway and neighbors). For price we paid, low

Great Campground! Staff was helpful and everything was clean & in working order. If internet is important to you ask for a site up on the hill. Otherwise the internet was either non-existent or slow.

The park was close to Yellowstone entrance that was a plus. The laundry was clean, but too expensive. Our site was level and shaded but too close to our neighbors; we could hear their conversations as they sat right close to our windows.

This place is a well-oiled machine! Lots of staff on the grounds to keep everything operating in tip-top shape. With a large influx of travelers daily, we liked that staff was available to ensure a smooth check-in process and guide us to our site. The entire facility is very-well maintained and kept clean. We backed up to the east fence with great open views to the range. We'll stay here again!

We had a great site! Perfectly level sites make for an easy setup and take down. The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. On-site propane was a great plus and the store had a good selection of things you may have forgotten or run out of, along with lots of keepsake items for purchase. Very nice location about 15 minutes from the west entrance to Park

Beautiful camp site with a very nice metal table, patio and “porch-type” swing. Site was wooded with tall pines and nicely terraced. Nice store and friendly staff. Didn’t get to try the BBQ or pancakes. We were gone all day to Teton NP and Yellowstone NP.

Site was very tight to pull out of. We camped during the koa free Saturday if you camped on the Friday, unfortunately this campground does not participate. Maintenance staff was absolutely fantastic, had an exhaust issue with my vehicle and they helped me out, saving me a ton of money. Close to NP.

Great park and area, but our site was very unlevel side-to-side which, when we did our initial leveling, caused the tires on the “downhill” side to be raised off the ground several inches.

We stayed here for 3 nights this past week in a deluxe cabin. It was pricey, but its close to Yellowstone's west gate so we didn't mind paying the price. We choose this cabin because it has the kitchen with stove and microwave. The website says bring your own linens(bedding) thankfully I read the other reviews before we left. You also need to bring your own kitchen/towels, bath and pool towels. As well as your own pots and pans to cook with and utensils, plates, cups, etc. The cabin had a TV which is nice. Yes, the bed is just a mat. It wasn't the best thing but tolerable. Keep in mind the cabins do not have air conditioning or a fan. They do offer WiFi which was pretty much non-existent except for in the laundry waiting area and outside of it. You can sit at the yellow tables and it'll work. I was a little worried reading all the negative reviews regarding the manager. Thankfully we didn't have any interactions with him or even seen him. ALL of the staff we did interact with were super friendly. 10/10 on the friendliness of the staff. The grounds are well kept. We had a problem with the refrigerator in the cabin keeping stuff cool and there was a maintenance guy at the front door offering ice even before my husband got back from the front desk. The kids loved the pool. Over all we would stay here again if visiting Yellowstone.

Super cozy atmosphere. Games and play area for children. Security riding around keeping a watch. Short distance from Enterance to Yellowstone National Park. Awesome food, swimming pool and rates!!
