Even though it was under construction, I was called and informed which amentities would be closed. Also I was given a discount for the inconvenience. Close enough to Tombstone and other attractions. Fun and free minature golf at the campground, along with a kind and helpful staff. Thank You for being a pleasant campground.

More signage on road to find it in the dark would be nice. No public restroom available and no wi-fi available at 8:00pm

The stay was pleasant, but the complex needs to be finished with the upgrades. Also the entrance/exit needs to be clarified that it is one way.

Everything about this stay was really great except for the fact that the spots are to small. We had trouble finding a place to park our truck when we unhooked from the 5th wheel and we could barely set up a barbecue without being in the next guy's spot

The office people were very nice and willing to make things easier for us during our stay. They had LP so we didn't have to look for it after we left the park.

Relaxing time. The campground is going thru some extensive renovations. The new electrical posts installed, area lights and new trash containers. The bathrooms and office area are in the works now so they were closed. (We were contacted and made aware of this before arrival) The location is just a short distance off the freeway. Several restaurants within close proximity as well as a supermarket,

I've stayed at this KOA quite a few times over the last few years and it has come a long way from what it was. Very nice hosts and the sites are well maintained. Keep up the good work. I will definitely return here.

Hospitality was great. Grounds are still being upgraded. Weeds and goat head puncture pods are everywhere. We had terrible time getting them out of dog paws, our shoes and the carpets in our 5th wheel. Tight entry road which won't accommodate 2 way travel. Hopefully once the new owner is thru construction it will be up to standard.

Although the mail building was under construction, the grounds were keep clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Benson has construction going on, prior to arriving we received a phone call to let us know and to tell us what wasn’t available because of it!! It was quiet and staff was helpful.

The campground is going through major renovations and they had no bathrooms, showers or store. We knew that going in and received a reduced rate. The issue we had was the campground was full of "goat heads" that made it uncomfortable to walk our small dogs and ended up in the camper every time we would leave and come back in. The campground should have been sprayed to eliminate this issue.

This is a very nice KOA, and we spend at least one night there several times each year. The new owners are working hard to improve their facilities.

being on a dirt road made it very dusty in there.grassburs everywhere tracking them although the camper not good.and nothing open.

Very much under construction the park was nonexistent just a swing for the kids. I would consider going back once all of the construction and updating is complete but until then it’s very barren and not very KOA ish.

They are under renovation, yet very friendly and helpful. However, the grounds are overrun with thorny plants and the thorns stick to the bottoms of your shoes and are carried inside the RV.

Nice. They are doing upgrades so the facilities were not available....they did reduce the price. I would suggest they do something about the ants and gnats... nice people

Everything is under construction. We can blame COVID as well. No pool, jacuzzi, store and office closed. Irrigation trenches dug everywhere, camp sites on inclines, no trees. I guess that's enough, sorry to be a downer!

So many sand spurs my shoes were covered every time i went outside. My dog had a hard time with them also! But we were thankful to have a site for two nights. Just probably wont be back :( sorry!

We realize this place was under renovation but it was the most disgusting place we have stayed in. The grounds are not being kept up and it was full of weeds. I think KOA should remove their name to protect their reputation!)

We were there for quick spot to sleep. The stars were beautiful from our site. We didn't use any of the amenities but it was nice and quiet

The only reason for a 3 is that the grounds are under renovation. I am sure that this will be a top notch park once completed. What I saw of materials used were first class. Owners are friendly and honest. We were notified up front and given a credit for the inconvenience caused by the renovation.

This is one of our favorite koa parks. Quiet setting, and the new management are very accommodating. We knew in advance of the major work being done, thanks to a personal call when they confirmed our reservation. We were not deterred. Thank you.

Price is too high for what you have, no ammenities, just a parking spot and grassburs everywhere. You better leave your shoes outside or you will have lots of grassburs inside.

Office was not open in the middle of the day. Staff did not know location of reserved site. Tight area to negotiate large vehicles in. Park under renovation. Have to drive on narrow dirt/ rock road to get to park.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, driving from California. We arrived late, but everything was setup. We loved that it is off the road - very quiet! Great signage so even late at night we had no issue finding it. It is clear they are working on changes so it will be interesting to see what they do. We would definitely go back again!

Dessert look campground. Facility with laundry, restrooms and showers. Very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located close to I 10 west. Walmart, Ace Hardwa 6 minutes away for the campground. Definitely be back here on our way back home
