Nice quiet stay- friendly staff. This campground has always been a work in progress- they are presently working in cabins and grounds- only one cabin available to rent at all and right on road coming in- so lits of noise and lights. New bathrooms but there are some construction issues- showers don’t drain well and one shower door is too big to close at all- so down to one girls shower.Progress t

Stayed in a camping cabin. Smelled like 1000 cats urinated in it. Quite strong and nauseating. Unfortunately I arrived after hours and couldn’t get changed. Managed to sleep with a fan I had blowing fresh air into cabin with the windows fully open. Also the area around the cabin was littered with junk and debris. Very trashy. I’ve stayed in a lot of KOA cabins and this was my worst experience.

Loved staying at this KOA! The bathrooms were very nice, as well as the covered picnic table! I think that was the first time a KOA cabin I have stayed at had a covered picnic table. I got a phone call to verify check in, which was great. I only had one night here, but I really loved the property and all the trees created wonderful shade.

Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Clean Kabin. Piles of debris/garbage surround the facility. I guess that's what that the 40 ft dumpster is for.

I gave four stars because the very nice family who recently purchased this KOA is in the process of major renovations. There is a lot to be done, and they have started many projects. This is a good first stop for us as we travel from Southern California and I always enjoyed this unique KOA. I wish the new owners the best and I look forward to seeing their progress in the future.

Communications from the staff were great. The location was perfect for visiting Tombstone. Everything was clean. Our cabin was air-conditioned. What more can you ask for!

We had an amazing time staying at the cabin! Love the renovations to the bathroom, can’t wait to come back to check out the camp when it’s finished. Enjoyed it so much already planning another stay to bring our our four legged friend.

We received a warm welcome even though the office was closed by the time we got there that night, it was very quiet at night and the bathrooms were spotless.

Super friendly staff! It was HOT when we stayed, and they had the AC going before we got there which was very nice. There’s not a lot of shade yet (looks like they will with their renovations). They had a microwave but not a lot of other kitchen amenities working. I bet once this location is done with renovations it will be great!

Though in the middle of a fantastic remodel, this is a very peaceful and relaxing KOA. The hosts are terrific!!

Hope Katie gets better... I understood campgrounds under renovation but saw none while we were there. Arrived Monday pm and office closed Tues and Wed. Swimming pool non functioning, saw no repairs being made to anything. Mens bathroom nasty- urinal filthy, never saw a empty trash can. This KOA was a PLEASURE to stay at. The staff are the KINDEST people and the sites were clean. We will DEFINITELY be going back soon.

Cabin was amazing. It was clean and comfortable. It was nice having a grill and fire pit at the site. Firewood was available which was a plus. My kids loved playing putt putt. The management was exceptionally helpful and kind. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

Enjoyed the stay but cabins could have been cleaned better. There were cob webs on ceiling and under beds had not been swept in quite some time. But hosts were friendly and area was nice. Dogs enjoyed the doggie area. Thanks

The cabins are very cute, and the mattresses on the beds are super comfortable. For winter camping, our first night, I felt an extra or more proficient heater would have been nice, but second night weather warmed up. The fire pit was great, but it was built so close to a small RV site that the couple in the RV site were getting all the smoke, Lol. But clean, quiet, comfy, and lovely campground!!!!

40+ years of KOA’s - never stayed at one as bad as this one. totally unlandscaped cluttered grounds- piles of old metal and debris everywhere- no hot water for washing up or showersSame dead bugs in sinks the whole 4 days we were there and no paper towels the last 2 days. Unflushed poop in toilet first 2 days. TV when it actually worked. Managers doing very little for their pay no amenities

Easy reservations. After hours check in was flawless. Everything was in place and instructions were clear. The Kamp Kitchen was utilized and appreciated (our fire starting was a fiop due to rain) The cabin was clean and well furnished. We liked having a fridge and space heater. We kniwhere was an upgrade going on; negative was that we could see all the scraps from Our site. Will stat again!!!

The family that runs the place is absolutely amazing. We met them all and they were all so kind and welcoming. We took our pup here for his first camping trip and he didnt want to leave. They are doing alot of remodeling right now so I cant wait to come back and see the results!

The cabin was clean, but the bed is very uncomfortable. Once in the bed your down below the frame and it is hard to get out. The overhead light is blinding, needs a small lamp. The tv is right next to the ac and you can’t hear the tv. The owners need to stay in a cabin to check it before renting. The restrooms were clean. They are doing a good remodel.

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, driving from California. We arrived late, but everything was setup. We loved that it is off the road - very quiet! Great signage so even late at night we had no issue finding it. It is clear they are working on changes so it will be interesting to see what they do. We would definitely go back again!

Dessert look campground. Facility with laundry, restrooms and showers. Very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located close to I 10 west. Walmart, Ace Hardwa 6 minutes away for the campground. Definitely be back here on our way back home
