They are in the middle of remodeling. The campground is old and a little run down. Great location, very peaceful. Bathrooms were very clean. Laundry room needs new machines. Could really be nice with some work.

Road was very bumpy and needs to be fixed. Owner was friendly. It was the most expensive KOA we stayed in. There was dog poop by our site. We don’t have a dog.

We have stayed at 23 KOA sites in the last 7 months and 21 other CG. This is the WORST CG ever. Not maintained daily. All utilities were questionable. Owners apparently have sold it so hopefully it will be totally renovated. DO NOT STAY HERE until you can insure it is safe and updated. Could be a great park, but needs windbreaks, daily site maintenance, and clearing out old trashy, rundown areas.

We did a quick one night stay but it was a great stop! We chatted with Lance the new manager he was very nice and friendly!

We stayed in Benson on our way to Mesa, AZ. It's a quaint little campground. There is plenty of space and it's well away from the highway. The owners are very friendly and helpful. While we didn't stay long there is plenty to see and do in the area if one wanted to plan a longer visit.

Very nice. The Korean couple that own/manage the franchise are very hospitable. Nice, level sites with plenty of room. Propane is very reasonable ($2.45/gal). Quite quiet since you are 1/2 mile or so from I-10. However, the train rumbles through town sounding its horn at every crossing. Kinda' disturbing at 0300.

Upon arrival the office was very cluttered and smelled bad. It is very worn and dated. In the bathroom there was a sign about how the water faucet was broken. Why not fix it?

Very nice looking site and very friendlt staff. Unfortunately the railroad in town can be heard clearly and the camp's cable TV system was not working.

the Kim family was very nice. the place was quiet and clean. So relaxing and a great place to unwind.

The Benson KOA is a bit run down & could use some maintenance (although while we were there, a fellow was doing a bit of clean-up.) It really looked and felt like a KOA from the '60's'. The water,electric and sewer utilities were fine, but if you are going to advertise 'WIFI' - the Wifi needs to have speeds that exceed dial up.) Location was okay (road in was a mess!!). won't stay there again.

We stayed in a camping cabin. It was spotlessly clean, and the owners had turned the heat on for us. The restrooms are always clean and warm. We. Visit Tombstone often, and always stay at the Benson KOA.

This campground was a bit rundown compared to others. Were disappointed there was not a properly working men's shower. The one that had water needed a showerhead which seems like an easy fix to make a big difference.

30' Cruise America rv. Overnight stay, Clean, well run, quiet, just what was wanted after a day on the road, will stay again. Typical KOA experience

Generally good service and friendly. But the park is in need of maintenance. Alot of clutter in the back office and around some of the area near the office. It generally looked run down in the North area especially with the longer term tenants.

Cabin stay was great, but the rest of the camp needed cleaning up and main building was in need of repairs. Lots of hot water in the showers!

Very nice layout. Level sites. Utilities close together and easily reached. The staff was professional and friendly. When we asked for directions to some areas we were interested in, they had maps ready. The campground was quiet and we enjoyed the sound of the trains.

Easy access to I-10, but not too close, so road noise was minimal. Pull-though site was easy to get in/out of and had easy hookups that didn't present any problems. Hosts were friendly and helpful.

Outstanding!. the gracious host took care of our propane needs. He walked us to the site. The hostess took care of a growing ant hill immediately. Both host and hostess were very accommodating and professional. Definitely 5 star service.

Road into park is terrible. We had a level lot, but full of sand spurs and ants. Cable very limited, but wifi was excellent. Owners were very nice and escorted us to our spot.

Mary Lou has gone beyond the call of duty to get my family set up in a large space with full hookups she is just wonderful as well as her husband 😊

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, driving from California. We arrived late, but everything was setup. We loved that it is off the road - very quiet! Great signage so even late at night we had no issue finding it. It is clear they are working on changes so it will be interesting to see what they do. We would definitely go back again!

Dessert look campground. Facility with laundry, restrooms and showers. Very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located close to I 10 west. Walmart, Ace Hardwa 6 minutes away for the campground. Definitely be back here on our way back home
