We didn't use any of the facilities so I cannot say anything about them. We had a water and electric hookup and they worked fine. The only thing bad, besides the AWFUL goat head stickers that got all up in my dog's paws, is that the road in needs some work. I understand it is a shared road but it is pretty bumpy.

The new owners have done some great renovations to the restrooms since we stayed here last and are continuing to upgrade the property. Campground is convenient to services in Benson but far enough out of town to be quiet and dark enough to enjoy night skies.

The renovation of the bathroom was excellent. The lack of water has made it hard to keep anything growing. This has been a tough year for all KOAs. People first class. Great location set from freeway!!!!

Pleasure to meet Mary Lou and Ken. Mary Lou was friendly, and so welcoming. Ken took us to our site, also friendly and providing useful and interesting information of the area. The park is being upgraded, we look forward to visiting in the future. We stayed for two nights in October 2021.

The trains going through all night long kept blowing their horns and they were close by. Also we were in a pop up tent trailer and the spots all next to non sewer hookups were next to the lights and they were super bright and shown through our pop up. And most of the spots were filled with thorn spurs so you better make sure you had shoes on and cleaned them. But it was also clean and quiet!

They claim to be making the park 'better for the future, but I didn't witness any improvements being made - maybe cut and trim the weeds? The WORST KOA we have stayed in - what a stain it puts on KOAs that work to maintain some standards.

Even though I had an email confirming my reservation the staff member said I was there a day early. Couldn't get electricity 50 Amp with surge protector on. Goat heads everywhere so impossible to walk dogs anywhere but gravel road. Clean, convenient to US 10 and Tombstone. Needs a little TLC.

Rustic KOA. Folks who own the place were very nice and very helpful. Ground cover mostly low growing "stickers" which were hard on our dogs paws.

Clean but old. Due to our schedule we never personally interacted with anyone. All accommodations were good. Quiet.

Nice bathrooms. Long wait to get hot water in the shower. Cigarette smoker near us forced us to keep certain windows closed so we were a bit hot inside.

They are in the middle of rebuilding this campground and doing a great job of it. Bathrooms are very nice and very clean. We call them sand burs and they can be a pain especially for our pet but you lean to live with it.Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

This Place was extremely quiet, I mean super duper quiet. I enjoyed my 2 nights here, the staff was great, bathrooms and shower clean. The only thing I didn't care for was the big giant street style lights turned on at night, my campsite was right under one and they don't turn off, we fixed it by putting up reflexive in our windows but still trying to enjoy a campfire under that light was not fun

Should not be a KOA campground. Facility located down a very dusty road. Sites covered with cockleburs. Very small sites. My barbecue was located directly over my neighbors sewage connection. Way below KOA standards.

The Staff was helpful & friendly! The bathrooms were very nice. The campsites were adequate with spacing from neighbors. We found the surrounding walking areas rough in desert landscape. It was a bit “wild” and natural. Our dog kept getting burrs/prickers in her paws almost everywhere except gravel roads. I would return since it’s a perfect location for “home base” sightseeing in south

People were friendly and helpful but it's lacking amenities and it is in a boring area. Playground really needs an update and our spot seemed too small for our large trailer - electric box was too far away so our extension cord barely even reached. Lots of goat heads to get stuck in kids' feet and dogs' paws, so be careful.

The sites are very overgrown with weeds and the biting bugs were terrible. We had to spend our entire time there inside the RV as the campsite was terribly maintained. The picnic tables at the sites were unusable as they were so weathered by the sun. The restrooms and showers had obviously been updated, making them clean and presentable, but there was NO HOT Water. The shower was miserable.

Site was short and narrow. Covered in multiple types of weeds with goat head style thorns. Not acceptable for children or pets. Internet was intermittent and staff was indifferent to our site not having internet.

Staff was great being both helpful and friendly. Facilities were clean and available 24 / 7. The campground had very little shade and the ground was littered with a weed called goat head stickers. Campsites were close together and the bbq grill was unusable due to a whole in the base where the charcoal usually is placed.

WIFI, horrible, non existent. Made for difficult at home work. Not happy about that. Office staff tried to reboot, but did not help at all. Just heard excuses. I realize park is going thru renovations, appreciated the gal out there sanding down the picnic tables in the hot sun. Also appreciate the escort to our site.

Staff were very friendly. WiFi didn’t work and showers were cold. Overall, ok quick stop off the highway but wouldn’t stay for long vacation. Log cabins looked cool but we were in RV.

We were only there for 1 1/2 days, leaving early, due to plan changes, so no negative reflection on this KOA. VERY friendly & HELPFUL staff!!! Easy in & out of campground & site. Nice laundry room. We were unsuccessful connecting to i-net. The staff are working very hard on updating & renovating, which will make this a truly wonderful place to stay, & hard to leave! Thank you for welcoming us!

Stayed in a camping cabin. Smelled like 1000 cats urinated in it. Quite strong and nauseating. Unfortunately I arrived after hours and couldn’t get changed. Managed to sleep with a fan I had blowing fresh air into cabin with the windows fully open. Also the area around the cabin was littered with junk and debris. Very trashy. I’ve stayed in a lot of KOA cabins and this was my worst experience.

The staff were very nice polite and fun to talk to. They made sure we got our propane filled before we left as we had asked them to do. They were all so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mary Lou has gone beyond the call of duty to get my family set up in a large space with full hookups she is just wonderful as well as her husband 😊

We stayed here over Thanksgiving week, driving from California. We arrived late, but everything was setup. We loved that it is off the road - very quiet! Great signage so even late at night we had no issue finding it. It is clear they are working on changes so it will be interesting to see what they do. We would definitely go back again!

Dessert look campground. Facility with laundry, restrooms and showers. Very clean and friendly staff. Conveniently located close to I 10 west. Walmart, Ace Hardwa 6 minutes away for the campground. Definitely be back here on our way back home
