No hot water in baths. Don't have a 30' sewer hose so couldn't get full hookup as I paid for. Had to move forward to drain tanks. The should be moved or something. Sewer intake is twice the size it should be. 4 sites like this. I'll never be back

I usually arrived at campgrounds after they have closed. it was so nice to arrive early and what a greeting from your staff. The two young gentlemen at reception were very polite and helpful. After checking in, one escorted us to our space and offered to help us set up. He provided information about the food, the activities and trach pick up. The campground is beautiful and welcoming. thank you!

Awesome people to check you in and help you get situated. Very clean. Easy in and out, nice size spaces, nice store with just about anything you need. They can even deliver pizza to your camp site. Deluxe sites have a nice grill and tables and concrete pads. Already booked for next stay before we left. Got to try it.

We stayed in a premium site, unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy the grill or fire pit due to high winds. The premium sites are at the opposite end of the campground from the office-so they are very quiet. We got a good night sleep!

The camp ground was clean and quiet our site was nice and level so I didn't have to level my trailer, we had a break down on the road and were about 5-6 hours late on our return stay, Mike the night manager let us stay till 3pm to get some sleep, this is the main reason we will be staying here on our yearly summer trips to Wisconsin from Colorado. Campgrounds very clean, staff very friendly! Cabin was awesome and bed was super comfy!! Can’t wait to stay again, my teen wants to go back next week!!

Nice large spaces! Although pool was temporarily closed staff made sprinklers available which was really great until it reopened! Lots of great staff and would recommend people to stay here!! Thank you!

Nice place to stay with enough room even with the shared sites. We are not the type of camper to use all of the facilities or amenities which means that we pay a lot for not using much. However, the people running the place were very nice and helpful. Need to put which interstate interchange number on website. We got lost trying to find you.

Very nice place to camp. Especially all the activities for the kids to do would like to maybe see some more activities for teens to do. Overall it is a really great place to stay and the facilities are nice and clean

We had to stop our travel early due to inclement weather and Des Moines West KOA just happened to have a site. While calling this Des Moines is a bit of a stretch, the campground was awesome! All of its numerous amenities were open and clean. The bathrooms/showers looked new. If we ever find ourselves in the area again, this will be a sure stop!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cabin and RV site were clean. Site was level. Great amenities for kids. Good play area for dogs. Only negative is the RV sites are very small.

Several issues with our camper (fuse kept blowing, bathroom door didn’t lock, front door wouldn’t stay closed unless we slammed it, tv didn’t get any channels, awning didn’t work, only half of the grill worked). The bouncy pillow must’ve had a hole because it wasn’t completely inflated so it was pretty much impossible to actually bounce on it. Staff was nice though. Kids had fun.

What a wonderful place to stay. This was our family's second time staying there. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. We stayed in cabins and they were very nice and the A/C was already on when we checked in. There are lots of things for the kids to do so they had a lot of fun. Thank you.

This KOA has fun amenities. The pool and the organized activities were top notch with good prizes. The bounce pillow wasn't bouncy but at least was inflated and we were able to get on it. We rented a cabin and the mattress cover was dirty in a few different spots. Looked like it was slept on but not changed. I asked for a clean one and they came and sprayed/scrubbed but did not change it.

Very clean with nice size pull thrus. Although staff was courteous, we received text spam for their pizza and wings, but none for pool open or closed as they had issues with pool.

What a fantastic camping experience!! We took our Grandchildren (ages 4 & 6) and had non-stop FUN here!!! The pool, the bounce pillow, the trampoline, water balloon sling, ice-cream bars, nice playground, Movie night, & super clean facilities made for a fabulous time!!!

Awesome KOA! It was Father's Day weekend and there were lots of families enjoying the planned activities. Extremely well maintained, spacious sites, internet! Best KOA so far on our trip across country, and one of the best KOAs we've been in traveling the past four summers.

Kept in contact with us and that was appreciated due to Google GPS taking us on an adventure. Showers and store was excellent along with checking in a breeze.

It was OK for one night or for a family vacation. For a retired couple a little to busy and not any privacy.

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
