We arrived an hour before closing time but office was closed and no envelope with key and directions. If workers don’t show up isn’t it the manager’s job to be there? We had planned to have pizza there for dinner, which had been advertised as possible, so we had no food. Heater in cabin could not keep cabin warm with 2* temps. Cabin was clean.

Camper cabin was clean, but for cobwebs. Bathroom clean, yay! Heater was already on, space was toasty warm. Exceptional customer service by text and in person at desk, fab pizza! They really helped me feel welcome. This is winter visit.

Clean and spacious bathrooms. Great host. The heat in the cabin worked well on a chilly night.

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabins the view around the cabins And all the amenities The only thing Was I thought they were a little small there was 3 adults and one child in mine and it was cramped But overall I think it would be great for a couple of people

We were on site 59 which was under a very bright street light 24/7. Night time fires were interrupted. We spent 5 nights at this KOA. A suggestion would be to assign this site for those staying one night.

We enjoyed some of the activities. We wish The bounce pad was up and going. Instead there was a jump house that was very dirty and smelled terrible. Also for the price of the cabins there could be a TV in the bedroom and living room not just living room. There was no hot pads and a broken can opener and a broken chair outside that staff took away but never replaced.

We had a lovely stay in a cabin. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Very nice camp store. Looks like many activities for kids. Great place to stay.

We stayed in a 1/2 bath cabin with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker. It was like new, very clean and well equipped. It had a nice deck, and concrete patio with table and grill. We were next to a safari tent which also looked like a nice stay. The park is in a quiet rural area not too far from the bridges of Madison County. Everything was clean and well kept. A Very nice KOA!!

There were a lot of fun activities for the kids. They were disappointed that the ride ones were no longer there. That was one of their favorite things to do. We were surprised to find no cook tops in the cabins any longer. It made for some creative cooking.

We loved Halloween Spooktacular weekend at the KOA! Everyone was so helpful, the campground and facilities were clean and our Granddaughter loved the activities. We've camped here many, many times over the last several years and it started to go downhill a bit the past two years but they have turned that around 100%. The new Managers have made all the difference in the world, Can't wait to go back

We’ve stayed at this location a couple times with this being the first time we rented a cabin. The cabin was clean and worked perfectly for what we needed. Our kids love all of the activities and are completely exhausted by the end of the day.

The campground itself was great. We would recommend it to anyone. The downfall is the two older ladies that work the store/kitchen area. Very rude and crabby. They can not handle having more than one thing to do, or customer at a time. They also talk about customers behind their backs and complain about them. I heard many complaints that the women were talking about. Very unprofessional.

We stayed in K1. We had to juggle 2 cars around as we only had 1 parking spot. Didn't bring suits as pool was listed as closed after labor day. We did have a great time!!

This was our second time staying at this KOA. We are making it an annual tradition for our family! Stayed in deluxe cabins and took advantage of all amenities and kids programs. Public spaces are clean and well kept and customer service was wonderful. Thank you for another fun experience.

Check in was fast and accurate, assistance with bundles of extra fire wood were dropped off at the campsite. The glamping tent was immaculate and cozy. Will definitely be returning!

Second stay and this time the kids we even happier!! We choose to stay in the small size rustic cabin we had so much fun!! Definitely going to be back again!! More next year!! But will be back once more before it gets to cold!!

Perfect location for mini family reunion and base camp for our main purpose of the stay. Our stay involved some camper spaces and some cabins. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

This was a wonderful camp! The sites are well spaced and each was in good condition. Our cabin was clean and in excellent condition. The camp store was well stocked and the camp employees were very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice. This isn't a state we normally visit, but we wish we did so we could come back and stay here!

My first time in a KOA cabin. Inside the cabin, I could of used more wall hooks and thicker garbage bags. The refrigerator was “dorm” size and not very useful for my needs. Love the text communication (lost dog & pizza/wings info). Really enjoyed kids play area & doggie pens. Plenty of garbage cans & dog stations.

We loved the camp ground especially the lake view, we did get a surprise rain/wind storm that night.

We rented 6 cabins at a time for many years. I could see camp improvements since last year. We were however very disappointed with the many things that were gone: dunk tank, bingo, big jumping pillow replaced with an inflatable for only small kids, stuffing machine. Please consider adding more activities in order to attract families with many age groups. In the past I would have rated higher.

The accommodations and staff were wonderful. We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean. So much thought has been put into the little things that made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. From the fun kids activities the staff planned, to a well stocked store with all the things we forgot, to trash pickup and pizza delivery at our campsite - we didn't have to worry about a thing!

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Only downfall was the neighbors dogs barking constantly but that had nothing to do with the facilities or staff.

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
