My first stay at a KOA was really nice. It’s a beautiful facility with a nice dog run and plenty of room to move around. I have a micro camper and was put on the edge of the rv area so I didn’t feel swallowed up by the big rigs. Great view of the pond and fields around the campground. Clean, private bathrooms. Really good pizza! A plus!

I'm hooked on KOA Campgrounds I've only stayed at him four times but every time it's been wonderful the staff the cleanliness everything I even stayed much longer at each one of them that I should have

Super lovely hosts! The campground is LARGE and there is so much to explore and see. Arriving late, the hosts left my welcome letter for me. It was a bit difficult to find the tent campsite at night. Bathrooms were super clean!

Decent WiFi is a rarity. They had very good coverage and excellent speed -roughly 10 Mbs download. I was able to download two Google offline maps. Toilets/showers were in the upscale hotel category (I've not seen better at KOA or any other RV park). Decent spacing between sites - much better than average.

Nice quiet place to set up a tent and relax for the night. Clean facilities excellent WiFi and super friendly staff, coulda chatted all day with the woman at the counter.

Our family had a fun weekend getaway. So many fun activities planned by the KOA. My girls loved making the tie dye shirts & watching the movies on the big screen.

Our stay was great. The campground and amenities were nice. The only part I would change is to add more shade trees.

The campground is too open and the sites too close together. The office hours need to be pushed out to at least 7pm. That's the bad. Now for the good. It was very clean and quiet. No one was running a generator or having a big party.

I would've rated it better, but the campsites are far too small. Between campers' kids and people in tents snoring or talking during quiet time, I got little sleep. Also needs bathrooms closer to the tent sites. My friend's cabin deck furniture was falling apart. 3 chairs broke and not from abuse. Please contact me for more info. Otherwise, I had a blast!

We had a medical situation and had to return to MA ASAP. It was a holiday weekend and everyone was booked. Danielle the manager said she would find us a spot and she did!! What a blessing - amazing customer service. Beautiful campground. Highly recommend!! .

Good Customer Service. Family Bathrooms could have been cleaner.. Perhaps, a mat to wipe your feet before entering, and a squeegee to clean up after yourself.

Short one night stay in a tent site, staff was friendly and the site was nice. I only wish there was a little more space between the dog area and the tent camping

The pool and playground and fishing pond were nice but it was not a good place to tent camp. The sites were very close together and there are no trees to provide any shade at all.

The place was great. Clean, friendly staff, with an extremely well stocked store. Quiet area, near Adel, not far from Des Moines. Would recommend without hesitation.

Wonderful place I stay there every time I travel across country. The lack of trash cans I think is the only issue and it makes it difficult to get rid of general trash.

Very nice KOA. Plenty of things for kids to enjoy. Swimming pool was very clean. Nice office workers and clean restrooms. It will definitely be a place we will stay again and for more than just 1 night.

We arrived late, everything was easy to find and navigate. We also loved the text for pizza and wings even though we got in later then we thought. Over all stay was nice and cozy!

Great check in. Clean facilities. Cigarette butts at campsite. Ok for me but if I had my grandkids I would have been upset.

Staff was AMAZING… very clean campground. Only complaint would be the size of our tent camping space. At our local koa we have a surplus of room. Loved the activities and the pool was so nice. Firewood ice food and supplies all hand delivered when you order.

Family of 4 tent camping. Reservation and check in were fast. Lots of great amenities for kids. We stayed in a tent campsites with no hookups. There are no designated tent sites in this area and you pick your site. The tent area is on a steep grassy hill next to the dog area. We were able to find a relatively flat area but if it rained water would be flowing under all tents in the camping area.

Just a suggestion....put a toilet(NOT a bathroom) closer to the people who are just there in a tent! Most other customers bring their own toilet/bathroom.

Hello! When you stay at a campground you expect noise from kids and pets. We were tenting and the sites were right up next to the "dog park," but people were pretty respectful about knot using past a certain time. Biggest complaint: the cute, decorative lights on the canvas KOA tents. Please turn them off - put them on a timer that matches campground quiet time (10 pm?). Thank you!

The young men in the office were extra friendly and extremely helpful. Kudos! Things were quiet and clean. Chicken nuggets ... awful!! We stayed far from the toilets which was an issue at 3am. There needs to be another restroom in the WE section of the campground ... that would make the ratings higher for me. I would only stay there again if I knew I was closer to a toilet.

What a fantastic camping experience!! We took our Grandchildren (ages 4 & 6) and had non-stop FUN here!!! The pool, the bounce pillow, the trampoline, water balloon sling, ice-cream bars, nice playground, Movie night, & super clean facilities made for a fabulous time!!!

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
