A five would have concrete parking and patio with picnic table. Our stay was very good the doggie park was close to us and neatly mowed and clean. We had picnic table in very good condition and a fire ring. Hookups were very handy. The staff was very friendly. We would stay there again.

9 days in our 35 ft wheel, site 120, spacious site good power and water, good pizza on site. Lots of things for kids. Convenient to Des Moines, don't miss the John Wayne Museum in Winterset or all the Madison County Covered bridges. Quiet nights, Fareway grocery store in Adel.is good.

Nice location and staff. Not much grass, mostly gravel. Drive thru hardly long enough, and trailer only 32. Designed for smaller trailers, and lots of them! Did not appreciate manager's aggressive dog, or mowing on our site, while trying to disconnect everything and be out by 11. Contrary to website, could hear interstate. Just could not see it!

Best KOA campground by far! Super clean, awesome amenities (like credit card laundry instead of coin), and very quiet. The Kamp K9 was very big and well secured. We only stayed one night, however if we are ever in the area again, we wouldn't hesitate to stay here.

It was a great time. Office and staff are friendly and clean. I plan on visiting them again. First site was narrow so they moved us to a site with more space. 26 to 63 .Next time I hope to not leave in a down poor of rain LOL

This is one of our favorite KOA’s!!! We love staying there! They had our pizza and wings ready the minute we walked through the door! We will be back in a couple weeks and again next year! If I could give you a 20 stars, I would! - Kathryn H.

Great KOA, clean RV park and well appointed, friendly and helpful staff. The surrounding area had a wonderful history with at least 6 well preserved covered bridges and a fabulous Quilt Museum.

Loved the private patio with swing for two, fire pit with chairs, grill and yable with chsirs! We didn’t use it this stay, but will plan to use it next time.

The staff was friendly and the lady was especially helpful. The paddle boats are crazy over priced for the tiny pond, but whatever. We look forward to another stay in the summer when the kids activities are available.

Only issue was site electric was cross-wired at my assigned site and one next to it. Site on other side of us was fine so staff let me plug into it for the night without having to move. Otherwise campground was immaculate and widely spaced. Great overnight for my 38 ft class A and tow car. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful quick overnight stop. Campground was clean, tidy and neat. Showers were great! Sites were level.

Always a clean campground and friendly staff. Love that pizza and firewood are delivered to your site and garbage is picked up, little things but they're a big help!

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the cabins the view around the cabins And all the amenities The only thing Was I thought they were a little small there was 3 adults and one child in mine and it was cramped But overall I think it would be great for a couple of people

We were on site 59 which was under a very bright street light 24/7. Night time fires were interrupted. We spent 5 nights at this KOA. A suggestion would be to assign this site for those staying one night.

We needed a long lot for a motor coach and a towed car. The site we had was gravel and very level. Staff was nice and the park was pretty quiet.

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
