Good Customer Service. Family Bathrooms could have been cleaner.. Perhaps, a mat to wipe your feet before entering, and a squeegee to clean up after yourself.

Short one night stay in a tent site, staff was friendly and the site was nice. I only wish there was a little more space between the dog area and the tent camping

Very convenient to I-80 but it is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. We just needed a stop for the night and didn't really get to spend much time here but it seemed to be very well kept and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nice place. Clean and quiet. My only point to others is that there are some opposite direction back to back pull through spots. So your camper, non access side, may literally be 3 feet from another.

We have stayed at this KOA several times and they don’t come any better than this one. They really take pride in operating this campground. We travel all over the U.S. and this is one of the best.

We rented 6 cabins at a time for many years. I could see camp improvements since last year. We were however very disappointed with the many things that were gone: dunk tank, bingo, big jumping pillow replaced with an inflatable for only small kids, stuffing machine. Please consider adding more activities in order to attract families with many age groups. In the past I would have rated higher.

We had a pull through site that was so close to neighbor we could barely get our slide out. They could only get one of theirs out. They were very nice and we had a good time. The park is nice overall.

We were moving to AZ with an extra vehicle and enclosed trailer, they very graciously found us an area to park this vehicle. We have stayed here in the past, and it is one of our favorites. 10+ rating

The pool and playground and fishing pond were nice but it was not a good place to tent camp. The sites were very close together and there are no trees to provide any shade at all.

We were just there for a quick overnight, but realized what a gem of a campground it was. So many activities, amazing camp store, pizza and wings available to order, a serene and peaceful setting....just perfect! We will return for a longer stay in the future.

The accommodations and staff were wonderful. We stayed in a cabin and it was very clean. So much thought has been put into the little things that made our stay truly relaxing and enjoyable. From the fun kids activities the staff planned, to a well stocked store with all the things we forgot, to trash pickup and pizza delivery at our campsite - we didn't have to worry about a thing!

The cabin we stayed in was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. Only downfall was the neighbors dogs barking constantly but that had nothing to do with the facilities or staff.

The staff were pleasant. It was an added bonus to have hot pizza available. The park was clean and we liked the trees. The only downer was the showers and bathrooms were very far away from the back area and there were not enough showers and bathrooms for a park this size. That is the only drawback to staying here. Great location.

The place was great. Clean, friendly staff, with an extremely well stocked store. Quiet area, near Adel, not far from Des Moines. Would recommend without hesitation.

Very accommodating with our change in schedule. Very long, patio site with nice furniture, gravel site and roads. Pizza and wings on request delivered to your site! WiFi would cut off every once in a while but relatively good. Visited the Bridges of Madison County, John Wayne’s birthplace and museum and the state Capitol building. Do not miss the tour of the state Capitol building!

We had a wonderful stay . The campground was very clean and well maintained ,staff were attentive and very helpful . We had one minor issue that was addressed promptly and it was no fault of the campground . We will definitely be back hopefully next spring with our family .

A very neat, tidy and well managed camp. A little close to the interstate but our site was well away from the interstate so the noise was not an issue. There is a camping world right next door which was handy as we needed some parts for our coach

Your Koa is a great place to stay. Everyone is very friendly and with a smile on their face. The campgrounds are clean and level.

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
