We had a wonderful stay . The campground was very clean and well maintained ,staff were attentive and very helpful . We had one minor issue that was addressed promptly and it was no fault of the campground . We will definitely be back hopefully next spring with our family .

Best KOA yet!!!! Helpful, friendly family/staff!!!! Clean, adequate, entertaining campground. Glamping tents were wonderful and truly a relief after a long day at the fair, zoo, Adventureland, etc. Everything was clean, efficient and they even delivered pizza and firewood right to our site!!! Went with my 5 and 8 year old grandkids for an overnight and we all wished we could have stayed longer! We were a little sad at first that the jumping pillow was down but with the water balloon fights, the gem mining, hours in the pool and hours at the gaga ball pit we all had a BLAST! The glamping tents are AWESOME! Lots to do for the kids, and the staff (even though there weren't very many of them because many of their summer staff had gone back to school) were so attentive. I mean, they delivered firewood to our site and pizza to another! We will be back.

We stayed last night in one of the camping cabins. This is a great KOA. The showers/bathrooms are very nice. The pool was quit comfortable on a hot day. The staff is all spectacular and great to work with. We had the pizza and it was very good as well. If I had to say one negative thing, it would be the dust from the gravel roads, but that is the fault of the patrons driving too fast.

Nice area with plenty of amenities and pleasant staff. Only bad thing was the mattresses for the bunk beds. They are way too thin and horrible to sleep on.

We had a great time. My grandson loved the playground which was right across from our cabin. It was a great 3 days!! This was our 3rd time staying in a cabin and we'll definitely be back.

We had ac issues with the kabin 2 and we had to use our own fan and koa fan to somewhat make it bearable. I asked the next morning for a refund parical or 1 night free with a working ac and we told no on all 3 points. I do not see myself returning to this koa anytime soon.

I love this KOA. We tried a glamping cabin for the first time and it was wonderful. The KOA is busy with activities for families and lots of people out and about. We had food and wood delivered to our site, and the store has a wonderful selection of items to purchase. I was told the new owner is the one stocking great items - I purchased a teapot and bowl. Using cards in the laundry is great, too

It is great that the cabin had a TV and Air Conditioning. Always have clean cabins as well.

Offerings from the previous years aren’t being offered any longer. The grounds look great as does the clubhouse. Just not as much for the kids to do without the jumping pillow, bikes, dunk tank. The cabin was not thoroughly cleaned either. There was popcorn and crumbs in the loft. Also, closing the pool and activities at 8:00 pm is a little early.

Super clean campground. Glamping was awesome! I think we will always look for KOA campgrounds on our travels from now on. Very impressed.

We had our family reunion at the KOA the weekend of June 30th and everyone had a great time. The grandkids loved all the water activities. We had a cabin rented for the weekend and it was great. It was very spacious and comfortable. We are already planning our 2022 reunion and looking forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful time! Everyone was so nice and helpful. We stayed 3 nights and still didn't do all the activities you have to offer. We will definitely come back again.

We had wasp attack us everyday from the stairs of our cabin until the day we were leaving when the GM finally got the nest. My son got stung. The jumping pillow was no longer there. The bouncy house is not the same. The tricycles were gone. My kids normally have a blast there but they were bored this year.

The only reason it isn’t 5 star we rented a RV and it was so hot we couldn’t sit outside in shade because they disabled the awning. Maybe for future you offer awning use fora deposit. I would’ve paid the because I’m responsible enough to put it down

The only problem we had was fellow campers adult and children cutting through our campsite. While we were setting out. I wish there would be a reminder printed in your handouts.

Stay was amazing. HOWEVER, was very disappointed that upon checking in we got our cabin only to find out that the new owners came in and changed things, along with up & moving cabins without letting people know. We had picked cabins for a specific reason. We were all there for a family gathering with the planning to have cabins next to each other for sharing patios. But didn’t happen. Depressing

Stayed in a cabin. The furniture in the cabin is not comfortable. The kitchen chairs are like sitting on cement, very hard and heavy. The futon does not make a good couch. Needs to have a comfortable chair. Not enough cable channels and no local. No stove top to cook on. How are you suppose to cook if it's raining and can't use the grill??

Rented a cabin on the n side so that I was close to my family block. paid the extra $20 for THAT cabin. According to the map provided at the time cabin was on north side. when we got there they had moved the cabin & didn’t notify us. We were located half way across the camp on the main road w/ 2 children under 3 They told us there was nothing they could do to new management. Only $20 refund.

Sweet lil spot to rest a few days that has clean sites, laundry, a dog park, pond, and grassy areas. We ventured to a great local State Park, Starved Rock…phenomenal trails and photo ops!! It's a must see ! The staff is helpful and friendly and the area is beautiful.
