Service and people are ok but the owners must understand that we are in 2022 and a good internet connection is a must.

While the park was clean and the sites were big the wifi left much to be desired. I was in the space farthest from the office and wifi signal was practically nonexistent. A repeater should definitely be on your "to do" list. More often than not the wifi failed to connect to the internet.

Was there a few nights as I drove back and forth to the Grand Canyon. Pulling 20' trailer with pickup. Had plenty of room and all my needs were met.

We were supposed to have full hook ups but that didn’t happen, sites were dusty full of dead leaves in the shrubs around the fire pit area where we sat, asked to be parked next to traveling companions & we were put across the camp ground from them���� Ok if you’re just there to sleep & head out early.

Suggestions would be a more welcoming staff and if you are going to offer coffee it should be accessible early in the morning, I am nit sure when the office was open but not in time for morning coffee.

it was really relaxing, our deluxe cabin was cute and tiny, but our great dane fit in it. we had a great time.

The pool and spa were closed. You should at least have the spa open. The dog run is small and not maintained. Staff was not helpful with things you could do in the area. I would expect to pay half the price for the accommodations we were provided.

This was the nicest KOA my husband and I have ever seen. Large sites, nicely situated. Would love to stay again!

The staff was the best part. For tent camping, this place is very over priced. I got a small dirt plot that was filled with goat heads (thorns) despite there being no plants near by. The lights from the building stay on all night and there’s no semblance of nature in the camp ground. The bathrooms and showers were nice, but didn’t make it worth the 40 -some dollars.

Property was what we were looking for, somewhere close to the Grand Canyon. The deluxe cabin was comfortable. The wifi and the cellular connection were dismal at best. Overall I'd probably stay again.

treat yourself to a deluxe cabin its worth every penny! Staff here has gone above and beyond the line of duty for us. Our SUV broke down here and the staff have been great helping us out. Beautiful place to stay and 37 miles from Grand Canyon.

The staff was friendly and helpful! We asked about the Grand Canyon and had great recommendations. We had a pull-through sight that that was level enough for our coming and goings of our small motorhome.

Wonderful check-in and great service showing me to the spot and telling me about all of the amenities. Perfect location to get me on the road the next morning.

Supplied no codes for the bathrooms, called every number associated with the KOA, and they were all either busy or disconnected. Office permently closed on property and not a single employee around to help! WORST KOA EVER STAYED AT!

The location was nice. The sites were big. Small dog park which is why I’m giving an average rating. Campers love and spoil their dogs. I was disappointed with the old washers/ dryers but saw new ones being installed as we were leaving.

Nice park, employees were not helpful. Needed some quarters for laundry, they don't sell quarters but there's a machine in laundry room. But no quarters in it. Filled propane tanks and luckily it was chilly out, noticed propane leaking out of the tanks after loaded in truck. Could see the gas. Employee didn't close bleeder valve completely,,,,twice. Nobody knew anything about the area we were in

i might have rated this site higher had the dump station been in service. They did let us use a vacant premium site to dump, but had this been during the busy season this would not have worked out.

Very nice place and the staff is very friendly. I know it was a soft opening but there was no one there to operate the propane refill station and the dump station was still closed. Needed both of them so I had to go to town to get propane.

End of March and woke up to multiple inches of snow. Brrr!!! But it was beautiful! Nice campsite. So clean. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Quick drive into Williams where there is a Safeway for restocking supplies. The train that goes into the Grand Canyon leaves out of Williams.

Stayed for one night, checked in in the morning. Very crowded campsite with little privacy if it were busy. Lucky for us it was not camping season yet and did not feel like we were camping with our neighbors.

Nice park and the owners are great! It was convenient to downtown Williams if you are going to take the train up to the Canyon. Very clean and spaces were well laid out.

Bathrooms were nice. Playground was fun. Personnel went above to help us. The spot was large. Everything was 10 stars.

The check-in was seamless. The folks in the office were friendly and welcoming. I loved the cabin! The close proximity to the bathroom was a plus! I will most certainly stay there again when passing through!

Needed a last minute camp spot and this KOA had one. Husband and wife team were very friendly. Campground was very well kept. Bathrooms were old but functional. Only negative was proximity to noisy road (like many KOAs)

No cable tv although there was cable to plug into. Internet was lousy. I won’t be back.

We arrived during an early season soft opening. Staff was helpful and our site was nice. They were in the process of upgrading about half the park. Office and facilities were clean, but not all were open. Had issues getting propane. We enjoyed our stay near Grand Canyon.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
