Suggestions would be a more welcoming staff and if you are going to offer coffee it should be accessible early in the morning, I am nit sure when the office was open but not in time for morning coffee.

it was really relaxing, our deluxe cabin was cute and tiny, but our great dane fit in it. we had a great time.

Property was what we were looking for, somewhere close to the Grand Canyon. The deluxe cabin was comfortable. The wifi and the cellular connection were dismal at best. Overall I'd probably stay again.

treat yourself to a deluxe cabin its worth every penny! Staff here has gone above and beyond the line of duty for us. Our SUV broke down here and the staff have been great helping us out. Beautiful place to stay and 37 miles from Grand Canyon.

The check-in was seamless. The folks in the office were friendly and welcoming. I loved the cabin! The close proximity to the bathroom was a plus! I will most certainly stay there again when passing through!

No water poor heating ask for more towels never got them. KOA placed half of our family at another camp site. Three days was not any fun having to drive to other site

We have 2 KOAs in Williams. When making your reservation you choose a different campground from the rest of your group, at the time of check-in, we could not move you next door to the rest of your group due to availability. Please let us assist in making group reservation for a seamless vacation.

We had a fantastic stay and LOVED our cabin. It was exactly what we were hoping for. My only constructive feedback would be adding trees between the property and the freeway and surrounding buildings to help it feel less like we were right off the highway. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

We stayed for 5 nights during our visit to the Grand Canyon. Williams is a great town and it’s only an hour to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We loved our stay in the cabin. We were warm enough at night, the showers were in good condition, and the hosts were very friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Jan and Joell go above and beyond to address your concerns and needs. Excellent location for visiting the Grand Canyon and Williams Arizona area attractions. The campground and facilities are very clean, tidy and secure. Cabins are clean and well maintained and have all the basic necessities. One recommendation would be to improve internet connectivity.

we stayed in a deluxe cabin this trip for four nights.The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The outside area was clean and the fire pit ready to be used..Plenty of seating around the firepit and on the patio deck ..the only issue we had is the free wifi did not work at the cabin, only if we were just outside of the store area

Great stay this time. The weather sealing around the doors and windows in the cabin were great. The two heaters in the cabin were a bonus since the temperature was in the 20s during the night.

The staff was great, very nice. It was the campground itself, run down, needs a face left. Lots of things broken down, washing machines, dryer, change machine, some bathrooms. Things just looked wore out. The little store inside the office was done up cute and had some great items.

The cabins are pretty, clean & comfortable. The sunrise view from the front porch was amazing! Our grandkids had a blast “panning for gold.” All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The playground needs repairs on the slide and floor of the tree house type structure. Overall it was a great time but the price is high considering the nearby KOA is the same price with resort like amenities.

The deluxe cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were awesome. Only dislike is that the wifi is not secure.

Camp ground was very nice. Good location. The only draw back was when I booked the deluxe cabin there was a couch in the picture but instead we got a huge table with 4 hard chairs. I was really looking forward to coming back at night and being able to sit down in something comfortable. But the staff was excellent and the place was very clean

Plenty of things for the kids to do. Was able to use wifi to do school work. Coffee cart was a plus. We totally forgot to being towels to take a shower though.

The whole trip was amazing, but the hospitality of Jan and Joelle was above and beyond! The bathrooms were close and clean. The mining for treasure was a big hit with my kids. The cabin was perfect for our family! Location was fantastic as well! Also, Joelle can make an amazing "fancy" coffee. There were so many good things ... We look forward to coming back again!

Our deluxe cabin rental toilet was not working or flushing. When we let the front desk know, they sent the handyman. His response was “darn it - there’s just not enough water pressure to refill the tank. Sorry”. So we found a plastic bowl in the kitchenette and had to use that each time to flush. Unacceptable and for the price $230 night! For the 2 nights - abominable and a total rip off.

WE had everything we needed. the heater really helped and the nights were very restful. I loved having a hot shower in the morning and everything was clean. thank you.

Very pleased! Needed a place for one night to bring grand kids to meet family from out of state who had their own RV. The deluxe cabin was excellent for us. Think “tiny house”. Space was tight but well designed, very clean, needed nothing and it was even ready early for us. The staff were all very professional and personable. The grounds were very well kept also. We would definitely return.

Stay was great! All employees were very nice and accommodating. I thought the amenities were great. We stayed in a camping cabin and had lots of restrooms and showers within a close vicinity to choose from. Campground was clean and quiet. A very nice getaway!

Great experience with our camping cabin. The team was amazing and accommodating. Lots of activities for the kids and close drive to the Grand Canyon and lake. We will be back!

We stayed in one of the mini Kamping cabins. It was quite comfortable and plenty of room for all of our belongings, without feeling cramped. Everything is well maintained at the campground and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location of this KOA is very convenient. You have beautiful Kaibab Lake right down the road to hike at...and the town of Williams is also right down the road.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
