It was great being conveniently located to Williams and The Grand Canyon. But the laundry room desperation needs an upgrade and working machines. The wifi didn't work at all. The cable was non existent. The grounds were well kept. The sites were wide and accommodating for our coach,.

Over all I thought it was nice place, But my only complaint is that the bathrooms were VERY ( DIRTY) and the wifi never work and the store should not close early most store are open from 8am to 6pm. Thank you over all I love having the full hooks.

We love this KOA! Its close to Bearizona. The staff is amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. They have movie night for the kids, and a little train runs for the children to ride. Clean pool. Stocked camp store. We used the fenced in dog area everyday and for us that is such a plus! Our site was clean and large enough for our 42 ft 5th wheel. Will return when visiting Grand Canyon.

The staff was very nice. The store was nice and location great between the park and Williams. The laundry needs a good amount of work. Machines out of order and was not clean. WiFi non existent. Maybe if you walked all the way to the cabins you,might get a tiny bit of service.

My kids and I had a great visit and they loved the pool and other amenities and activities. The staff was wonderful and kind and made it a home away from. Will definitely be back!

The cabin wasn't cleaned floor was dirty. The bathrooms and showers were filthy it looked like they hadn't been clean in a long time. No hand towels to dry our hands. The shower head was broken and the toilets won't flush also toilets pipes leaking.

The staff at the front desk was super friendly. That’s about the only positive about the stay. The site we had smelled like rancid grease because a previous camper had dumped it in the fire pit. FLys ��� all over the place, 1000’s of them! Made it impossible to enjoy a day or evening outside. Maintenance told my wife she should go buy some bleach and dump it in there? Stay at Williams n

The pool was nice. The staff was nice. The KOA lost power multiple times and it was very hot out. Also, I could not take a shower for 3 days during our stay because the bathrooms were so gross. I could not use them either, I almost threw up walking into 2 of them and we gave up on them. The rec room was very nice. 2 of the 3 washers worked and 3 of the 4 dryers worked, so people were always waitin

Friendly, helpful staff and super clean cabins and restrooms! We stayed at this KOA about a week ago on our way to California. We liked it so much, we chose it again on our way home. Bonus: It's a short ride to explore Williams, and the Shell station next door has fabulous ice cream. Win, win!

Filthy bathrooms. No actual climate control in the cabin other than a fan. I wouldn’t have paid almost a hundred bucks to stay in a climate controlled cabin with only a small table fan in a 100+ degree day. Fly infestation was horrific. No actual WiFi that works. Office hours are very oddly 9-5. Save your money. If this was my first visit to a KOA I wouldn’t return to another one.

Did not get the site that we booked. Forget getting WiFi you would be lucky if you ever get it. They had three different bathrooms close to our site and only was was clean, the other two were not clean at all to use. The woman who worked in the office were very rude. Would only stay here again if I could not get another campground near the Grand Canyon.

Sad. Super-expensive for what you get:(. Every set-up leaves everyone with no privacy at all. Exposed, dusty, dirty, shade-less spots. And most annoying: NO WIFI at any moment. The best thing is the shop at the reception. We feel for the staff. They did their best, with one hand tied to their back. Really! We paid more than $80,-/night, and are very very disappointed

We spent 2 weeks traveling in a motor home and stayed at 8 KOA's. This was by far the worst one we stayed at. Things were dirty and just looked trashy. There was no dump at the site, we had to pull the motor home over to the dump site. Staying for 2 nights, this was an issue. The laundry was absolutely horrible. Only 1 of the 4 dryers was working and only 2 of the 3 washers.

Campground is okay with some activities for kids. WiFi non existent, no cell signal, no cable, most laundry machines broken. Pool did not very clean.

We stayed in a couples cabin. It was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch swing.

Arrived late (around 7:30 PM). Was disappointed that the office and store were already closed. No one available to assist. Pool was already closed, and the bathrooms very messy. In the morning, we were hoping to have some of that gourmet coffee you advertise. However, the store did not open until 9:00 am. We had to leave by 8. (Not sure too many people wait until after 9 for morning coffee?)

The wi-Fi only works if you are sitting in or near the laundry room. The pool was good, everyone had a lot of fun at the Gagaball pit. The office closed at 5 so that wasn’t to awesome. My dogs are very small so they could escape from the dog park under the gate . The spot was nice and the other campers were great. I would stay again

Campground was very dirty. The bathrooms were disgusting. The internet would work for 10 seconds and then stop working. Long lines for bathrooms that were disgusting. Dump station was at an angle making it so tank could not be emptied. The dog area was nice.

Overall, the stay was good. We were blessed by the family camping next to us. They were very nice. There was a sign about saving water and then the showers did not shut off completely so I suggest you replace the gaskets in the showers to allow them to shut off completely and preserve water as you suggest to the guests.

We were lucky that there was a no campfire order in place because if our neighbors had one, the smoke would have come right into our RV. The fire pits are too close to neighboring sites. Was disappointed that the coffee bar didn't open until 9 am.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
