Great location and friendly staff. My only complaint would be the pool as it was cloudy, not very clean and way to hot, it was like swimming in soup.

We don’t need much but when only one of the 3 washers work I think that is a issue.

I stayed at a sight with water and electric only. I went to dump my RV black tank, but could not get it sufficiently empty due to the angle of drive up. There were others waiting, so I couldn't use my jacks to solve problem. The port-a-potties were clogged. The store hours were not accurate and it seemed we were surrounded by cigarette smokers and irresponsible campers with dogs off leash.

An average KOA. Been to much nicer with activities for kids, etc. Been to worse also. It was clean, spots were spacious.

The deluxe cottage accommodations were very nice! It fit our family of six nicely. The general accommodations were a bit limited, the pool was a bit "green" when we were there. However, we all still enjoyed the dip in the pool. There was also a very nice convenience store located just outside the park, which was helpful!

Very disappointed with this KOA. Bathhouses were not clean. The hookups (power/water) were on the wrong side. Looks to me like the sites were at one time pull thrus but were later made 2 sites. Said it was 20/30 amp but keep tripping the breaker with our 30amp camper

No toilet paper in rr over our two day stay despite telling folks in yellow shirts. Showers were disgusting with dirty floors and used wet tp all over floors. Not enough showers. Our worse stay so far on our 21 day trip.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabin needed sweeping and maybe an insect pest treatment. It was hot when we arrived so having an extra fan in the cabin was appreciated. Plenty of clean restrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Entire campground was well kept and inviting. Store hours were 9 to 5. Would be nice if the store opened earlier.

The facilities were clean and well maintained. Like others have said, the toilets can be “rugged”. To be fair, because of the environment, these are low-flow, water conserving toilets. If the user doesn’t take care that everything goes down, the next guest gets a surprise. As a tent camper, it’s hard to sleep because of constant noise from the highway. This is the first time we rented the couples cabin. We were disappointed with the cabin only having one outlet and one chair. The other cabins we have been renting have had 2 outlets. We did like the privacy of the bathrooms and showers. This is a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon and Williams.

The bathroom/shower houses had wait lines. The laundry room was not well kept and of the 2 washers that were labeled working one of them took an extra 40 minutes to get through its cycles.

It was dirty everywhere around us, even dirt all over the bottom of the swimming pool. The laundry room smelled so bad we couldn't even use it and wouldn't have anyway at $3 to wash one small load. We had a reservation for 3 nights:they put us in a spot with only dirt and no shade, but put units that only stayed one night in the shady spots! Nina, at the front desk was very rude!

Nice size spots, fairly level. WiFi is not the best at your spot. The pool was nice, though it was not Clean. The water was not clear at all. Hot Tub is nice.

Restrooms need upgraded. Nina was absolutely unprofessional complaining about MY failure to create our group reservation correctly - despite the fact I made it over the phone directly with someone from your location Will not be back, will suggest other stay at other Williams KOA.

Great communication from the campground. However, location is right next to a highway. The tent sites are directly across from a playground and swimming area, which makes it feel a bit like a trailer park. The bathrooms are pretty gross and there aren’t enough of them, I didn’t expect there to be multiple people in a line to use the bathroom. There is no privacy anywhere.

Only acceptable if all you need is electric and water. If you require clean bathrooms and pool… you better look elsewhere. It’s upsetting to me that places get away with charging this much for a “spot” to park.

A nice park with very friendly help. Everything worked well except the cable connection, which did not provide cable channels. Got zero. But I was there only one night so I did not report it while I was there.

Very dirty, pool tile looks as if was never cleaned. No cable!!!!! No bags at the dog park. Camp sites were not close to level. I can not believe KOA allows for its name to be used. Terrible!!!!

The cabin was nice and clean. The pool was great. They seemed to have issues with the plumbing in some of the bathrooms. My main complaint was that the pool closed at 7, a lot of people where still using it. I also would have liked it if the coffee bar was open before 9.

I would return there and yes I would recommend it to family and friends, I already have. I just wish the pool and jacuzzi was a little cleaner, but I get it that it's outside and the wind blows dirt into it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was a good facility and customer service great. The showers were well kept and always clean. We always felt safe. Thank you for being a light of fun in this crazy world of ours.

It’s far enough away from the interstate that it is quiet. Some sites are very narrow, but level. Laundry area and game room were dirty, and only 2 washers were working-not enough for such a large campground. Campground store seemed well stocked.

Clean well kept park. Close to south rim Grand Canyon. I would stay here again but would bring jackets for when the sun goes down.

For starters the welcome was cool and direct not rude but indifferent. The wi-fi was useless during normal hours. The pool was cloudy so we didn’t use it. We were booked for another night but went to a better and less expensive campground for the 2nd night. Would advise looking at a different spot

We got a very tiny spot. If we came back, we would get a spot in the pull through section. We have a small RV and usually get back ins or pull ins but this one was extremely small. Things were clean and people were nice.

The campsites were neat and clean. Staff friendly. I was not very happy with the internet or cable. I have medical issues and spend more time in my trailer than most do.

Two big things I appreciated about KOA GRand Canyon were the cleanliness of the restrooms and also the shade available for the RV spots. Some things I think would be better is if the pool didn't close at 7pm. Having small kids, that is a pretty early close time Also - I called many times before our stay to inquire about excursions (this is what the website said to do) and no one called me back.

Unfriendly staff. Horrible restrooms/showers. Very small spaces. Cable & wifi doesn't always work. Will not be back to this KOA.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
