Worst campground I've ever been to. They never answer the phone. People running the desk are rude and unhelpful. It was like camping in a dirty parking lot. The person that directed us to our spot looked like he was homeless and hadn't showered in weeks. We were scheduled for two nights, but left after just one. KOA should be ashamed and their reputation a " quality place to stay", is tarnished.

Campgrounds are clean, facilities are nice. Only minus is that one of the ladies working in the office could use better customer service skills. When I explained that there was a guest in one campsite (35) who was loudly and viciously screaming at her child the night before, using the F word, she told me to call the after hours number to report it. Other employees took the complaint seriously.

Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirt lots and restricted time in pool. Store closed early and was late to open the next morning. Poor management.

It advertises cable TV, It doesn't have any. It advertises WIFI, only if you sit next to the office. It's bathrooms are uni-sex, inadequate and sometimes work. Their staff is friendly.

Email conformation said gravel tent pad. Site was dirt. Everything was covered with red dirt. Put down some gravel.

Bathrooms out of soap, showers dirty and toilets plugged up. Most tent sites are all dirt made it hard to camp. More then likely will never return.

We were there several days and spent most of our time at the Grand Canyon. At first we were concerned because this KOA was about 45 minutes from the Grand Canyon. However, we found it was a very direct route and it was easy to get there. We also had to do laundry and found the laundry room and facilities were very clean.

The only issue I had was with the grill--we had to move it to try to use our outside grilling apparatus and due to town not having ANY propane tanks, the only one we could use was the one on the grill. Obviously we were not going to steal anything, but it was chained to the deck of the cabin the next day. If the grill starts flaming up, I can see the deck starting on fire because it was so close.

The campgrounds and bathrooms were very clean, as was the kabin I stayed in. The staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

the park was fine but the RV spot that i was given was not. Had to pull end and a tree was right there and i could not open the awning for shade. for what i paid it was too much for this site. They had other site and where ok but not the one they gave me.

Bathrooms were space many never worked and the office was closed in the evenings by 5 when most people are arriving and needing supplies, such as propane, food, ice, etc.

Staff we very friendly and helpful. I entered wrong vehicle information. They were able to switch us to another site to accommodate both our truck and rv trailer. Great campground for families with children!

Septic overflowing at bathrooms, unhappy staff, semi clean, need honey wagon if you do not provide sewage, poor water pressure and stink. I could go on

Friendly staff This KOA is near to all our outdoor activities we wanted to experience and close to town with good restaurants. Water pressure was low when I was there for 6 nights but was doable. The water was hot with private showers. Cleaning could be well improved though. Cell phone service is very weak but better near the store area. I’ll be back

not a friendly greeting on arrival, long wait to check in with two people available but only one to check in. entire property is red dusty "soil" no pavement or blacktop. Waht a mess tracking the red dut into RV, and white dog turned red when walking her

the reason why I don’t give five stars is because the office is only open from 9am to 5 pm being a location at the Grand Canyon those hours don’t work for people that needs to go early and come back after 5 pm the office have a coffe bar that I couldn’t enjoy due to the late opening time

Nice, quiet K. O. A. Enjoyed our stay. Staff is friendly and helpful. Would stay there in the future. Propane to expensive. Can get it 2-4 miles up the road for half the price. Also needs some weed abatement in the back row by the fence. Other then that, nice place.

Great place to stay for the Grand Canyon. But don’t forget Williams, Az. We absolutely loved this town and had a blast there.

It was okay. The chlorine in the pool was too strong though and it gave my daughter a burn on her face. The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly either.

PRO: Staff was friendly and helpful. Store has a nice variety of things Clean Close to Williams & Canyon CON: TERRIBLE WIFI!!!!!! Store had very restricted hours. Need more trash collection sites Our site had a lovely view of broken concrete & discarded building materials. Very bleak

We arrived to a grumpy check in clerk who didn't take us to our site. When we had a hard time finding it, as the spots weren't marked clearly, he became a bit argumentative. The sites were very close together as well. We woke up one morning to the RV next to us bump out only 2 inches from ours. I don't think for the price, we would stay here again.

NOT MUCH TO SAY. ADEQUATE AT THE MOST. OFFICE NOT VERY ORGANIZED. SUPPOSE TO CUT BACK ON WATER, BUT SHOWERS LEFT DRIPPING TOTAL TIME. AT DUMP SITE NO WATER HOSES FOR RINSING SEWER LINES AND FOR WASHING OFF DIRTY WATER. NOT SUPPOSE TO HAVE ANY OUTDOOR FIRES BUT SOME CAMPS STILL DID. KIND OF A ROUGH KOA, NOT LIKE THE OTHERS WE'VE USED.

Stopped in for a night on our way to through Arizona. Very clean! Friendly staff! We were sad that it wasnt pool season quite yet. But overall very enjoyable!

We stayed a week and we enjoyed the area. The office staff was sometimes friendly. The site was great and we know you cannot help the dust, We needed propane in the morning and there was no one to fill until 11 am.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
