Loved the campground & facilities were very clean. Only complaint is the person working registration desk on May 23-24 could have been friendlier, more helpful, and at least smiled. I felt like if I asked a question, she was put-out! Otherwise, I loved the campground & amenities.�

I took my dad and his brother on route 66 trip and this KOA was one of places stay, It was a great location for The Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and of course Route 66. The camp it's self was awesome Clean, beautiful, Friendly Staff, Nothing but praises. Thanks.

We loved everything about Grand Canyon KOA. The downfall was the wind and cold during the duration of our stay. We didn’t see that coming and it wasn’t in our control. Aside from that, the staff was wonderful and friendly and the campground had everything we needed. Thank you.

RJ and his wife were wonderful. We stayed 6 days and 3 of the days water was shut down. Have codes on the bathrooms for issues and conservation. Coin operated showers would cut down on waste. Other than that a nice place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon. If your RV breaks down go to JJ's in Williams and talk to Ghost!!!!

We loved the park. Our only complaint is about how far away the bathrooms were. We did the campsite w water and electric and had to walk a ways Everytime we needed the facilities. Besides that the employees were super friendly and that was so nice.

Water was out the first night were there in most of the bathrooms. We weren’t able to do laundry until the third day. The sites were spacious and well appointed. The cabin was clean and cozy. There was no shelter from wind and dust, however, and everything we had was covered by the the time we left.

We have been staying here for 5 years in the cabins and the new pool is awesome. They have take out the sofa bed from the living room in the deluxe cabins so there is no indoor family seating area which is a bummer when the nights are cold

The WiFi was unusable. Only one of three showers was available. There was no water available at the dump station to rinse equipment. Other than those important things, the facilities were clean. The portable bathroom was really nice.

We had water problems...low pressure, then no pressure. We don’t expect much from KOA Journey campgrounds, but we do expect the water to work.

This site was one of the best we stayed at! They ran into water trouble but they had a text messaging system and let us know right away. This campground had the best showers of all the KOA’s we stayed at along our trip (six total), and their alert system was awesome. Highly recommend this site if you’re visiting the Grand Canyon (only 40ish minutes!) - super friendly and clean, too.

The cabin itself was an absolute dream, but the staff was awful. We had a female employee at the register tell my husband and I that “we were very strange” for going into the family restroom together. She banged on the door while I was cleaning his leg after a nasty fall and treated us like criminals the entire time we were in the check-in area.

Location is great as it is less than 1 hour from GCNP, but the internet was terrible, and there was a lot of car noise from the highway (could be diminished with more trees). I think I will shoot for one of the state campgrounds next time we visit.

Clean and neat. Staff friendly. Pool just opened. Campground centrally located to where we wanted to visit. Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff. Williams was fun to visit old rte. 66. Many good restaurants and bars close. Only draw back poor cell and internet service

Disappointing welcome. Person greeting us did not know info to answer questions. Web site said tours could be arranged. This was not the case. Laundry was not available. Being worked on. No water in rest rooms when we arrived

Loved it. The mountains, the snow and the ability to experience from sunny and warm days to cold and snowy days. Close to the Canyon was a plus. Asked staff about Sedona and was guided to the most amazing experience driving through the oak creek canyon. Thank you!

Our stay was interrupted by lack of water to our unit due to minimal water pressure. Also our pull-out site had an untrimmed tree in the left corner which blocked our ability to pull out of the site and had we gone straight out, the low hanging branches would have caused permanent damage to our trailer. I had a lot of difficulty pulling our trailer in reverse to leave the site given the lack room.

Between water and WiFi issues, we cut out visit short. The staff there was as helpful as possible but the park issues were too much....

Had a very nice time. 50 miles from entrance to the park. Site was clean and well taken care of. Only MINOR complaint would be low water pressure. Office staff was friendly. All in all I would do it again

This was my first time at a KOA. I was not impressed. The bed was horrible and the boards under the mattress were broken. There was water issues at the bathrooms And no Internet. I will not stay there again.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
