Staff was ok, however, as a facility all it really had to offer was a parking place. We were told by a maintenance employee that last year the cable lines were cut while installing a swimming pool and to date they have yet to be repaired. Do to their location have had no Wi-Fi or cell phone service. They have to have their water brought in everyday. Paid more here than any other place I stayed.

The bathrooms where dirty even 1st thing in the morning..showers fair...very weak wifi...dump station not located near the exit, facing the wrong way...the receptions where unhelpful

Cabin windows where horrible let dust just fill the cabin and coat everything. Bathrooms where semi clean but concerning especially with covid. Older lady checking people in needs to learn time management. I stood in the office for 20 plus minutes so she could just talk about any and everything on the phone to people asking about the area.. watched multiple people give up and leave.

Dirty bathrooms, horrible staff that weren't friendly. There's other places to stay around Williams. Don't recommend this koa!

Thanks for having me--I enjoyed my stay. The campground is about an hour from the Grand Canyon, but it's a pretty easy drive to get there. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my cabin to be neat and clean. I was also glad the cabin had an electrical outlet so I could charge my electronics.

The hours at the office/store are too narrow (9am- 5pm). The dump station was littered with mushy soiled toilet paper. There aren’t many trees between and within the park, making the the park feel more like a parking lot. The staff and managers could learn a lot from the staff at the KOA Cannonville/Bryce location in UTAH (they were far more friendly/organized than the Williams staff).

It was nice but the tent site we reserved was much smaller than anticipated. Likely a bad selection only part.

. Like all KOAs you're squeezed in pretty tight. Car alarms went off 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Site is listed as "Total hook up" but there is no dump so you have to pull or drive your unit to the dump site and wait in line. I guess this isn't a problem if you are only there a couple of days. Staff isn't in a hurry to get ANYTHING done. Lukewarm interaction. Location is ok not great.

We had a tree overhang obstacle on our assigned site and even though they were booked up they allowed us to move to an unoccupied host type site. The host was terrific.

We made a last minute booking and was to not only get one night, but was able to extend another night. They were very accommodating and pleasant!

Wifi non-existent and no cell service. Cabin was nice. Hours of office and store are very bad at 9 AM to 5 PM. not traveler friendly. Need to gravel the place as dirt gets kicked up whenever a car creeps by.

Very clean campsite. The man who was watching over this campsite was very amazing-- he drove all through the site many times to make sure everything went well. He also gave my husband a ride back to our site and carried the wood my husband bought. Campground very quiet. Thank you for a great stay

This campsite had a great general store with fun activities for the kids. Even a dog park and go carts for the kids to ride around on! It was clean and well maintained. We loved that it was on the way to Grand Canyon! Excellent!

Bed in cabin was awful. Dryer took my money. Bathrooms were disgusting. Office never open, watched rv ers waiting til after 10 am. Wifi terrible. Other guests told me this was worst they'd ever seen. I have to agree. Sad, I don't like to give bad reviews. For the location, I really expected more.

NO INTERNET......NONE. In this day and age, with today’s technology, there’s no excuse. However Joelle was AMAZING. Her kindness went a long way to make up for the poor internet.

I wish the store opened earlier or stayed open later. The bathrooms never had paper towels and most of the toilets were clogged the majority of the time.

So many things were not working!! Cable, toilets, wifi, and most especially the SEPTIC DUMP!! No one who travels with an RV wants to resume their journey with a full black tank!!!!!!!!!! The bathrooms were filthy at all times of the day and night - yuck!!

Misunderstood our reservation, no sewer hook up only had electric and water. Staff was not attentive when had to report issue with laundry. Repair man for washer was unable to fix problem. He did direct me to secondary laundry room, that one also had a dryer unit out of order. 5 washers is not enough for this size park. The evenings were quiet, despite Sites very close to each other.

Very friendly staff and accommodating staff. They have a nicely stocked store and gift shop. It was very convenient to the Grand Canyon and Williams. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a full hook up site but the electric supply did not work. The front office provided no solution except to emphasize I was not to use my internal generator to keep from drawing my battery and keep warm in cold temperatures. I would NOT recommend this place.

We checked in kind of late, 7pm, but a staff gentleman came up to assist. Very nice guy and helpful. Our children immediately ran to playground and had fun we into the night.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were there for Easter and they made it magical for the kids with an Easter egg hunt. Great experience!

I've come to appreciate and count on the quality and predictability of KOA. This is a nice KOA as most are. Checked in after office hours and checked out early to get to the Canyon. Bathrooms were nice, particularly the one by the cabins. When we arrived one staff member was available on the premises but was a little haggard.

This KOA was exactly what we needed for our trip the Grand Canyon!! We had originally booked a couples cabin, small but warm! We however had an immediate issue with our neighbors. The staff, Joelle and Dennis, were extremely helpful with the situation and we ended up with the deluxe cabin at a discounted price. Didnt need all the accommodations, but it was better than a hotel!!

Not great...everything had issues. Only reason its not a 1 star is the 2 maintenance staff went way out of there way to assist. Still had issues with everything but they tried.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
