Stay was great, area was clean & noise was low. Our check in was quick. Staff warned us about night freeze so we took precautions regarding necessities such as water, propane etc.

No water poor heating ask for more towels never got them. KOA placed half of our family at another camp site. Three days was not any fun having to drive to other site

We have 2 KOAs in Williams. When making your reservation you choose a different campground from the rest of your group, at the time of check-in, we could not move you next door to the rest of your group due to availability. Please let us assist in making group reservation for a seamless vacation.

Location to Grand Canyon is perfect, not too much noise from the road at night. Attention needs to be paid to the laundry facilities. There’s 3 washing machines and 4 dryers only 3 work. One of the washing machines had remnants from a previous load (bottle cap, paper) all of the lint filters were covered with old lint.

We were here for the final days that it was open for the season. They were very welcoming and had movie nights and social events right up to the end. There were very few other rv’ res there at the time as it was the end of October.

We had a fantastic stay and LOVED our cabin. It was exactly what we were hoping for. My only constructive feedback would be adding trees between the property and the freeway and surrounding buildings to help it feel less like we were right off the highway. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Personnel and customer service was amazing. Wireless was poor and very intermittent. Overall a decent place to stay.

Jen and Travis saw to our every need. We even extended our stay 3 days, but left a day early because of incoming weather. t We had all the fun we could stand, and it started to get windy, LOL. We will stay again next summer or early fall. We got the word that amenities were changing, for the better. We were unhappy that the hot tub and pool were closed, and were not told of this. overall a

We stayed for 5 nights during our visit to the Grand Canyon. Williams is a great town and it’s only an hour to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. We loved our stay in the cabin. We were warm enough at night, the showers were in good condition, and the hosts were very friendly.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Jan and Joell go above and beyond to address your concerns and needs. Excellent location for visiting the Grand Canyon and Williams Arizona area attractions. The campground and facilities are very clean, tidy and secure. Cabins are clean and well maintained and have all the basic necessities. One recommendation would be to improve internet connectivity.

Nice facilities, except pool was closed down because it was October. They have 2 laundry rooms but only 3 functioning washers. When we arrived we dumped our tanks and flushed our black tank, when it was time to leave after a weeks stay, the tank flush was not working and the manager said it never works, but I know we used a week previously because I actually accidentally sprayed myself with it.

Very helpful staff and Jane at front desk is awesome! Made the perfect hot chocolate and provided very helpful information about Grand Canyon entrance. Highly recommend this campground. Clean and well maintained.

we stayed in a deluxe cabin this trip for four nights.The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The outside area was clean and the fire pit ready to be used..Plenty of seating around the firepit and on the patio deck ..the only issue we had is the free wifi did not work at the cabin, only if we were just outside of the store area

We took this part for location which we didn't mind paying the $75 per night. But I would expect a little bit more on such a rate for the manicuring throughout the park. Understand that the cable is broken when the pool was installed over a year ago but no cable still now? When I say manicure and I mean take a weed eater and trim out the weeds around everywhere, maintain the grounds.

Great stay this time. The weather sealing around the doors and windows in the cabin were great. The two heaters in the cabin were a bonus since the temperature was in the 20s during the night.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
