Overall was just very disappointed with the check in process. I arrived a bit earlier than planned and was told over the phone that it would be okay and to come back at 2. I did so and it was still not ready. I waited 30 minutes and was not emailed or called to be informed of it's readiness until I walked inside and was told that it had been ready the whole time and the key was in the door.

The check-in was a little slow because the staff member was also answering the phone, but the campground was clean and pleasant.

Stayed one night. Full hookups. Great pull through which allowed up to "stay connected". Nice park....relatively brand new. Nice office gift shop with coffee bar. Too bad the office opens were 9-5. I would have spent money there before we left, but we left before they opened.

The bathrooms (pubic hairs in shower for days) and laundry area were not cleaned regularly. I did like that there was a change machine and detergent available for purchase. The WiFi was nonexistent.The worst was the red rock everywhere that turned to mud when wet and red dust when dry. There was no grass.

It was ok. It’s a campsite and it’s one of the next closest to the GC without being in the park itself. I feel it’s a rough representation of the KOA brand. Compared to some other recent parks, the effort to make this place top notch isn’t there. It should be one of the best considering the main attraction. We stayed over a weekend in March. It was very clean and sites were level. Internet and phone services is sketchy. Employees were super friendly. Will definitely stay there again. We had a hook up site and our daughter and her family stayed in one of the cabins. It was perfect for them with 2 small kids. Bathrooms were clean and warm.

Toilet was running constantly and the hot water was in and out. The water pressure was low. The cabin staff was very friendly and the grounds were very clean.

The grounds themselves were nice. I was very disappointed in the very poor wi-fi service. I would think in a campground that has little/no cell service they would focus on their wi-fi signal throughout the campground. It was difficult for us to communicate with our RV company as communication was not possible.

The grounds were clean and quiet. Easy in and out. The restrooms could use an update, not as clean as they could be. Staff was friendly, though if you need info before arriving, odds are you won’t get anyone by calling. If you are staying during rain or snow, bring mud shoes. Not terrible, just be prepared. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, it was an hour to Grand Canyon.

The stay here was good. The staff was great and very friendly. The only issue was there was 5 inches of snow projected so we left early. Staff was very understanding and helpful even with that.

We were only there for one night and the KOA in Williams was wonderful! It was clean and they were helpful in providing a heater to combat the cold weather. Our visit was cut short due to the extreme cold conditions but we do plan on using this KOA again when the weather warms up again.

Deluxe cabin was awesome BUT WiFi did not reach out there. Little to no service at all unless you’re outside on the patio but it was 40 degrees. Need to get WiFi in the cabins

There is no landscaping, bikes (which have to be rented for an overpriced amount) were in terrible shape, the lots were small and there was constant traffic noise. The office/store were in good shape. We were happy when they issued a refund for our early departure, which was primarily due to weather.

First time traveling in an rv and staying at KOA. Everything was nice. I didn't know KOA'S had wifi!! The people were nice. They had washer and dryers, pool table, games for the kids! Very special experience.

Really Really cold and the little portable heater didn’t cut it. We had plenty of blankets so we slept relatively warm. KOA cannot control the weather. Lol. But besides the cold it was nice and we will do this again. The employees in the store were very nice.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
