The staff was great, very nice. It was the campground itself, run down, needs a face left. Lots of things broken down, washing machines, dryer, change machine, some bathrooms. Things just looked wore out. The little store inside the office was done up cute and had some great items.

The bathrooms were filthy daily. Floors were black with dirt. Three of the 5 didn’t lock(very unsafe) Also only one washer was working. They had no trash pick up and there was a bag of ice (that eventually melted) that laid there for 4 days until I finally picked it up. After staying at other KOA that were highly maintained I would say this was extremely subpar.

This is a very nice campground with , good sized spots and amenities. Don’t judge it by the other reviews- being remote you are not going to have the same TV or WiFi you have at home. Nice, helpful staff. Coffee shop and store on property. Well located, clean and warm bathrooms. No sewer on sites, however there is a dump station. Easy to get in and out, plenty of room to maneuver.

The cabins are pretty, clean & comfortable. The sunrise view from the front porch was amazing! Our grandkids had a blast “panning for gold.” All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The playground needs repairs on the slide and floor of the tree house type structure. Overall it was a great time but the price is high considering the nearby KOA is the same price with resort like amenities.

The deluxe cabin was very comfortable and well equipped. Staff were awesome. Only dislike is that the wifi is not secure.

The grounds were clean and very inviting. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I misplaced my driver's license and they found and returned it to me. Thank you so much!!

Stay there 4 nights.The campground was muddy with deep ruts everywhere. Sites weren’t level at all and muddy. Bathroom toilets didn’t work-no hate water in showers- the laundry had only 1 washer working- the propane fill tank was leaking- many out of order signs. Mini bikes running around the campground at 11:30 at night- there is no cell signal and their wifi did not work.

Workers, store were great! Beautiful area, pull-thru sie was large and spacious, cell service and hotspot using Verizon was spotty. T-mobile hot spot was okay. Camp Wifi was good sometimes. Close to Williams, hiking trails, Grand Canyon and many other places or things to do or see.

One shower facility had heater down, so the first few days we had to shower in fairly cold water when the outside is about 45. Finally we located a shower room that has good heater, and the rest is great! So close to the GC and the environment is so friendly! Will definitely visit again!

This camp look very primitive, roads not very good, sites very unlevel, management not to the Koa level I have seen before. Kids using camp roads like motorcycle track? Come on people we come to relax.

Wi-fi was poor and they let kids ride their motorcycles in the park so made for nose pollution

I only stayed 1 night of the 4. The laundry machines were either broken or disgusting. Showers were cold with door locks broken. Overall not a very pleasant place, dirty, and dated. I would have asked for a refund but they wouldn’t issue it. Stay somewhere else!

Very disappointed. Expected better from KOA, especially for a famous destination location. Site was a muddy mess. Sites and roadways were all dirt. Had rained night before. No grassy area near the site. Spoke with other campers and they felt the same. Would not stay here again rain or shine.

Just a couple suggestions first if it's a back in keep it that way unless no trees are present. I was directed to drive from vacation dolce to mine. Traveling extremely slow but one of my new radio antennas was snapped off. Soacecacross from ours had two young kids riding dirt bikes around the park roads the noise and deed was concerning. The parent was doing wheelies on the common roads. Friendly

Camp ground was very nice. Good location. The only draw back was when I booked the deluxe cabin there was a couch in the picture but instead we got a huge table with 4 hard chairs. I was really looking forward to coming back at night and being able to sit down in something comfortable. But the staff was excellent and the place was very clean

Plenty of things for the kids to do. Was able to use wifi to do school work. Coffee cart was a plus. We totally forgot to being towels to take a shower though.

The sites are so close together. The people next to us were laughing and partying way after 10pm and were very close to my slideout. There is no grass for dogs. The table was very old and wobbly. I found the price quite high for a "full hookup" that did not include TV. You need to invest some money into the site to make it shine- great location but needs modernizing!

The whole trip was amazing, but the hospitality of Jan and Joelle was above and beyond! The bathrooms were close and clean. The mining for treasure was a big hit with my kids. The cabin was perfect for our family! Location was fantastic as well! Also, Joelle can make an amazing "fancy" coffee. There were so many good things ... We look forward to coming back again!

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
