We were given a site not fit for the size of our RV 36" The internet was not working, the pool was green, and I have several non authorized payments showing up on my credit card.

Our deluxe cabin rental toilet was not working or flushing. When we let the front desk know, they sent the handyman. His response was “darn it - there’s just not enough water pressure to refill the tank. Sorry”. So we found a plastic bowl in the kitchenette and had to use that each time to flush. Unacceptable and for the price $230 night! For the 2 nights - abominable and a total rip off.

The place is immaculate and the people are super friendly. Loved the spa and you can even get fancy coffees there now. One word of warning - their Internet is lousy and not secure and both AT&T and Verizon weren’t working even with our cell booster. Had a digital issue and had to go to the local McDonald’s for their wifi to fix it.

WE had everything we needed. the heater really helped and the nights were very restful. I loved having a hot shower in the morning and everything was clean. thank you.

We wished we would have stayed closer to the canyon. Williams was close and a nice little town to visit. Sites were muddy when it rained.

Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and fairly quiet. Had a huge rainstorm which, unfortunately filled the pool with mud. Hopefully they can resolve the issue of the run off. The pool was very clean and heated before the storm.

This KOA is in a awesome location close to the Grand Canyon Railway tour. The facilities were well maintained and the staff were helpful. This also happens to be in a very pretty setting. A+

We had a great stay! Arrived to a thunder and light storm and the WiFi was good for the first night. However no connection the second. There was no way to get a hold of anyone after hours to reset. And working from the road that can be a major inconvenience. Other than that the one staff member we met on the first night of our arrival was really nice and all hook ups and connections were perfect.

Friendly staff. Well maintained. A few of the bicycles are in need of repair. Wish there were more activities. Cabins and rv spaces are nice and roomy.

Only 2 of the 4 bathrooms were working at a time. And at one time only one was in service. The door lock on one bathroom didn’t lock. Other than the bathroom issue the stay was normal and good for a overnight stay

Stayed 2 nights, Sept. 25-26. Campgrounds clean, the site I was in was the right size for my trailer with side room for my vehicle.

Great place to stay on the way to the Grand Canyon! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly. Campground was clean. The cabin was nice. We will visit them again soon.

Nice park with good location…. about 5 miles from I-40, and an hour from GC. Good sized site, big enough for 42’ fifth wheel, long bed truck, and our kid’s Camry. Very clean facilities, and a nice dog park. The office staff was awesome… both friendly and very helpful. Only negative was weak WiFi and cell coverage. We’d stay there again.

I would say this KOA is perfectly fine. There's nothing that's spectacular about it, but there's absolutely nothing wrong with it either. It's exactly what I expect of KOA at this point. They are very predictable. It would be nice if camp K-9 was a little more put together. The water pan gets rinsed each day, but the algae growing in it wouldn't be that hard to scrub out to make drinking safe.

Very pleased! Needed a place for one night to bring grand kids to meet family from out of state who had their own RV. The deluxe cabin was excellent for us. Think “tiny house”. Space was tight but well designed, very clean, needed nothing and it was even ready early for us. The staff were all very professional and personable. The grounds were very well kept also. We would definitely return.

Helpful staff. Love the jacuzzi. Convenience of propane and laundry and dump on property. A bit of a drive to the Grand Canyon everyday though. But all and all a good experience.

We stayed here for 1 night about 3 years ago and had a pleasant stay. This time around was a little different, first of all the website states that there is WIFI and when we got there we were told that it was only by the office, we had NO CELL SERVICE at our site except when we got back on the main road. The portable men’s restroom sink was leaking water, this KOA needs improvement.

All staff were Extremely helpful from the time of arrival to having an employee show us where I site was. The entire site/facility was clean, the showers and restrooms were very clean. The location is perfect, at time of reservation I was hesitant about staying there, but my opinion has changed and this is where we will stay in the future without a doubt.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
