Clean, well maintained cabin, pool, play area for kids and dogs. Inexpensive stay for a family of five, beautiful natural grounds and plenty of activities to do onsite and nearby along with a friendly helpful staff inspired our 5 star rating and plans to return when visiting the area in the future.

Staff is very nice and helpful. One of the staff even got me a bag of ice after closing. The grounds could use a little grass and shade trees for each site. Rv's are in the sun all day. Its a nice place and I will come again.

We always like staying here. We did have our breaker trip a few times in the heat of the day and I suspect the breaker connections are loose or corroded as the voltage kept dropping. Thank you for allowing us to park our boat in the back.

We enjoyed our stay it was short but nice. Campground sites are nice and the store is a great help. a suggestion would be to allow the customers to pick from the available sites. I didn't see that option and there were many spots available when we arrived but when reserved-only 2 sites showing-couldn't see which sites. , we wanted to have a space that had shade.

Sorry, but the highway noise was just too much. Wasn't relaxing at all. The place is a bit run down regarding the wood steps, railings and picnic tables. Need better access for handicapped and longer store hours. Pool overrun with children, so never got to use. However, the trees were really nice in the $84 RV sites and the restrooms were clean. Sorry, won't be coming back at that price.

Conveniently located about 50 miles from the Grand Canyon, it's a great stay with your RV. The pool had just reopened when we arrived which was wonderful after a long day touring the Canyon. Williams is just a short drive away also if you're in need of supplies , groceries or just some sightseeing and a night out.

We had a fabulous time. The campground was nice and dark and quiet. We were right next to Highway 64, but no semi trucks! Took about 50 minutes to get to Grand Canyon early in the morning. Lots of great exploring places. Staff was great to deal with. We kept adding on days-we were having such a good time!

Pool shut down with no notice via email and no price adjustment. This koa had the highest daily rate we paid since starting our trip 5/1/21. Not a good value.

This KOA has a great store and staff. During our stay, WiFi was spotty, there was no cable TV, and the pool was closed. The toilets in the store building did not have water flowing on one day. This KOA is in a great location, but the facility needs maintenance.

Please make it clear on your website for tent campers that not all sites have electricity and that the ones that do are much more expensive. I had to have electricity during my stay for some work I was doing. Once I arrived I learned that I needed to pay more and upgrade to make this possible. There's no excuse for not making this clear at the online reservation process.

The cabin was beautiful! The location, secluded and perfect. We were able to drive to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, which was a straight shop from the KOA. The staff was very friendly. The only kind of negative comments are that the wifi was not that great and there weren't enough children's channels on the TV. The pool also was out of commission, but we were granted access to the sister-KOA

Stayed here to be close to the Grand Canyon RR. CG is clean and level, Hook ups are well placed, sites are decent. People were pleasant. This CG is close to town, but not in town.

We had a nice visit. Nice store, quiet location and camp sites. It seemed like you might have been short on help. The bathrooms could have used a cleaning more than once a day. Also many of the laundry room machines were out of order, along with a cleaning and wiping down of the machines would have been nice.

The office and store were closed at 5PM. We needed some things from the store. The cabin had no AC, unlike the 2 cabins we had previously stayed at on this trip. We had our own fan and used it with the one provided. Both were needed to keep it cool. Office was STILL closed in the morning (until 9). Luckily the coffee at the Shell station next door was amazing and they had the things we needed.

Since we only stayed overnight - it was just ok - lighting was poor or non-existent after dark - cable did not work.

Insane, bad service, horrible costumers service, rats (no mouse) inside the Tipi, the manager, and front desk service need ASAP a new training or people. And guys until today Wednesday, this change us 6 times and never refund our money, after paid for the wagons, the lady call US at 7 PM to cancel one because she over sale, after that everything was horrible, lost time asking for the refund.

I am terribly sorry, this campground does not have Tipis. The service you experienced did not come from this campground. I hope you have a great trip.

Very clean, quiet (minus the highway noise which didn't bug us), super friendly. Amenities are amazing; propane grills, glass fire community table, large kids play area, clean dog area, cute shop! The best KOA I've stayed at (and I am an avid KOA camper)!!

We had a lovely two-night stay! Staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. The store is great: Necessities plus gifts, toys, snacks, adult beverages, fire wood, something for everyone. Everything maintained by the campground is super-clean. It was nice to be able to text with staff about registration and questions. Excellent place to stay when visiting the Grand Canyon and localities!

We arrived and were treated very courteous by all the folks there, front desk and grounds people. The KOA was clean, facilities close to our space and clean as well. When we had a medical emergency, they were extremely helpful and understanding with our need to leave early. 10/10 recommend.

Enjoyed our stay, tent site was great. Staff was polite and their store had a lot to offer. Under an hour from Grand Canyon, would stay here again.

better hours at Camp office / Store would be a big plus opening at 9am and closing at 5 is not convenient with campers who are doing things through out the day . this is the first KOA that i stayed at that kept these kind of hours, otherwise place was clean and bathrooms and showers were clean also

The restrooms were decently clean and the campground itself was very clean. However, the time that the main KOA store was open was very inconvenient. They only operate from 9 am - 5 pm which makes it almost impossible to catch them when you’re planning to go visit things during the day.

We stay here often. Convenient and well kept up usually. I know a lot of rain lately but at least mow the weeds if you can’t remove them. Minor I know but weeds take over if not dealt with.

The store was nice, the lady’s in there were great, the I guess maintenance guys were moved like zombies, the pool was brown because of whether I understand that. Bathrooms were not that clean, grass or weeds were not cut, WiFi and cable tv sucked. Was a nice property just not maintained.

I usually try to see the plus of all the places we stay. Can’t give this one 5 stars due to toilets were backed up. It was a Great location to Grand Canyon and Williams which is a fun town with lots to do. Seemed like a lot of staff around so not sure why they couldn’t get the plumbing fixed. Skip the gas station on the corner. Way cheaper in town, just down the road. WiFi wasn’t working eit

It wasn’t bad but not fab either. Showers were not very good, pool was flooded with mud and not available for use, we were originally assigned to a space that should have been closed due to rain then had to move out of our reassigned space the next day. The third space we were in was nice but they charged us additional fee even after all the inconvenience.

Bathrooms were a little dirty and the floors in the cabins were a little dusty. Other than that it was good, thanks!

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
