This was my first KOA experience.Staff was nice but the whole place is falling apart.The little cabin was cute,very hot inside with just a small fan.The cabins are very close together, the showers and bathrooms were fine.Playground was run down and held together with duct tape. Pool was not working.No other amenities.It was right next to the highway and a shell gas station. Not great for the price

Stopped in for an overnight stay and met our needs. On-site Laundry mat was accessible 24 hrs so we were able to get a quick load done before heading out the next day.

Great stay, only one night but everything was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

We did not understand that the basic cabins, besides not having a toilet or kitchenette, also did not furnish bed linens or towels. Some sharing and a quick trip to Family Dollar allowed us a comfortable night. The pool, showers and laundry room were very nice and the kids enjoyed a game of pool and riding the rented go cart while we were doing the laundry. It was convenient to the Grand Canyon.

Nice Campground. Clean restrooms with private shower. Good pull in sites. Store hours are odd - 9 to 5, but very helpful staff.

Staff was friendly. Pool was great. Bathrooms were pretty discussing. There water is shipping in and sometime there is no water to even flush. Showers and sinks should not be dripping water. Bathrooms are unisex and the lids and seats should have handles!

It was a okay, everything was clean. My husband and I were disappointed in the limited hours of the store. Every other KOA we stayed at was open early for complimentary coffee. They seemed to have a coffee bar but they didn’t open until 9 and we were out and about by then exploring before it got too hot. Also, there were no activities for kids outside of the pool and playground.

Location was nice and the spot we were placed had a tree our kids loved climbing! The pool and hot tub were the cleanest I have seen in a while and felt fantastic! Staff was kind and very helpful.

We always have a great experience staying at this KOA. We had a wonderful greeting with a warm welcoming smile from the person (I forgot her name) working the front desk upon check in. All in all? We had a great 2 night stay there.

Pros: Clean, Friendly staff, quiet, kids playing, activities, great family environment, helpful staff. Cons: Only complaint was website kept saying no spaces available however, the time we were there plenty of open spaces.

It felt like the tent sites were an after thought. They were tight and not well maintained. The office hours were too short (9-4) and so the only person we saw was the overnight guy...who was nice. I had phone messages regarding payment due to them changing their processing and ended up having to write my credit card info on a piece of paper which they could not seem to locate.

The staff were wonderful. It’s 2021 and basic fundamentals (wifi) are a necessity for many people. There simply is no excuse for poor wifi. Cable wasn't working and at $85 a night, no wifi and no cable is just unacceptable. The park was cute but hadn’t been mowed in quite some time.

We have stayed here a few times. Really enjoy the area! Wanted to let you know our experience with Camping Cabin 11 was perfect. Recently with cabin #9, the mattress on the full bed should be replaced. It is flat as a pancake and felt like sleeping on wood. The mattress in #11 is great. Just thought I’d pass the information along. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the up keep of the cabins, my cabin # 10 had several cobwebs that I had to clean and as well as spiders, I understand that the desert brings critters in but if you go and check under the bed in the corner there at gaps, those need to be sealed as I could clearly see droppings, felt that I had to just keep looking for spiders or other insects. The wifi really bad service, ��

Just a few issues.. Fix the washers and dryers as half were broken. Pool could use a good cleaning. Overall we loved our stay! The bathrooms and cabin were clean and the customer service was excellent!

Place was clean, wifi is a joke, no cell service, trees planted at end of sites make it difficult to exit our site. Staff was friendly.

This was not a great experience, As I pulled into my spot I noticed the neighbor had one side of their rv lifted to even out the rv, no big deal fairly common that there is a need for leveling. I used my levelers that go up to 6 inches high and the rv was still unleveled to that side by at least 2 inches . They said they had WiFi but it did not work. No cell service in the park at all, 5G ASAP out

The campground was average. Check in was very slow and the bathrooms were dirty and toilets needed to be cleaned. We did not get an opportunity to use the pool, hot tub or other amenities so I cannot speak to those.

the pros: Good location, nice staff. The cons, Our site flooded, not just a little, a lot. Had to dig the next morning to find my 10' X 10' ground mat and refill the creek bed carved thru the middle of my site. Then clean mud from everything outside my trailer. All the water from the uphill side of the park flows thru 3 sites and one of them was mine. This should be disclosed in my reservation.

No cell phone coverage here for Verizon and unfortunately the WIFI was not functional at all. Today we use the internet to map out where were going and what were going to do, we had to drive into Williams to get signal and do all that.

The beds in the cabins are horrible and the road noise intense. I should have stayed in a hotel. The amenities compared to the sister property and others is lacking. H

The place was delightful. A very nice community feel. The only thing that would have made our stay better was cleaner showers. But we plan to continue to use KOA in the future.

Best location for visiting the Grand Canyon as it’s 45 minutes from it. The office needs to be open longer as it’s traditional 9-5. I also wanted traditional shower restrooms VS. the family bathrooms which seemed to be always full.

Sites flooded during rainstorm, dogs barking in other sites constantly. Doors still stating masks required when they were not required. Compared to other Koa campgrounds we’ve stayed at this one suffered by comparison.

Office closed at 5 every night. Very inconvenience for travelers. Staff would talk to each other or be on the phone and not wait on the people standing right in front of them. I waited 22minutes to check in, with five other families waiting. Two staff members were having a conversation while one person had to check every one in. Frustrating.

The sites are fine. The bathrooms are a problem. The toilets were all backed up. Some door locks didn’t work. Also the price for what you get is so expensive.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
