Would like to have a pull through spot that we could hook up to the electric easily. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING!! The store should open earlier than 9:00 a.m. Be nice if you pulled the weeds.

Pool was dirty and some of the bathrooms were dirty and smelly. The campground was nice and flat. The people in the store were friendly. We didn't have power The 1 night into the morning, but it was fixed by 9 or 930.

We stayed one night on our trip to Grand Canyon in a small cabin. It was clean and cozy and just right for our quick trip.

Was an interesting weekend stay with all the thunderstorms passing through.... some of them were real RV shakers with significant wind. However, light rains on the RV roof made sleeping real easy.... nice park, great hosts and a well stocked Camp Store....

We stayed just one night -- Williams was an overnight stopover on our way elsewhere. The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were satisfactory. We arrived after 9 p.m. and check-in was easy. We understood we would have an internet connection -- were not able to connect, which was very disappointing because I had 15 minutes of work I needed to get done, and was unable to do so.

I know most may not need it, but I had a bit of business to finish and could not since the wifi didn't work. Tried other systems, but all said it was down.

This was a wonderful KOA. Off the freeway was a nice perk. Loved the park and the staff is very friendly. They do need to update their washers and dryer’s. 2 if the 3 washers were not working which was not good since a lot of people wanted to do laundry. Other than that a wonderful park.

It’s about an hour drive from the Southern rim of the canyon. The bathrooms and showers are ok, not the best we’ve stayed at. The campground is mostly clay so dusty when dry or muddy when it rains. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and helpful, however there is only one person who works in the morning who is trying to run the coffee bar and the front desk/store so the wait can be lo

Park itself was beautiful. Bathrooms and showers need some improvements and they need a secured WiFi. Hosts and employees were awesome and very helpful!!

Wifi was mostly out, and when it was on, it didn't work. Otherwise, nice.

Would have been a 5star but through no fault of the KOA the lack of cleaning staff and the carelessness of other campers made for dirty showers and restrooms, after the morning rush. Staff was delightful and worked hard. Campgrounds were well groomed and peaceful. No problems with quiet time.

We loved the campground. It was clean with some nice amenities. However, they advertise wifi being available to you and it actually isn't. This was a pretty critical thing for us since my husband still has to work from his computer in the AM. We had to end up leaving after 1 night because he couldn't access his work stuff and I had just booked 2 nights. They refused to credit us back for 2nd.

Front desk not welcoming. Facilities avg. NO WIFI Bathrooms not clean Very expensive not a good value. Cabins very plain. Better hotel/rental experience in town Believe the other KOA a better experience

No one called to let us know how to check in late. We requested full hook ups and they only gave us electric and water. Noisiest KOA I’ve ever been at. No WiFi or cell service. Playground falling apart with pieces that could hurt kids

I try not to be critical of others as we all have our personally battles, however, I have to say that the ladies at our Grand Canyon KOA did their job in checking people in, but were very unfriendly. I wondered if they dislike their job, each other or were just unhappy people.

So, my husband and I were on a 35 day road trip and let me tell you that KOA’s saved us from having to sleep in our car or get a hotel room. Most of the camp sites we tried camping at were FF and since we didn’t know what time we would be getting there it was hard for us to find a campground. The KOA website made it super easy to reserve but call and check availability.

Campground was very clean, a little longer drive to the canyon but if you want the amenities, it's worth it. Only issue I had was the office is only open 9am to 5pm.

Really disappointed in our stay, ended up leaving two days early. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was poop in the toilet and the showers were horrendous. The pool water was yellow and the WiFi was non existent.

There were only 30 AMP sites available, something that as a new RVer we were not prepared for. In this case the KOA staff helped us out and discounted the converter for us. The staff themselves were nice and helpful. However, the sites were hot, run down, the wifi didn't work, and the bathrooms were smelly and gross. Of the 4 different RV sites we used on our trip, this was hands down the worst.

This was a great stop. Close to the city of Williams and Grand Canyon. Facilities are clean and we'll taken care of. Staff were all nice and very informative. We will recommend this KOA to friends and will stay here again.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
