This is one of our favorite go to places to stay while visiting the greater Williams Az area. We enjoy the laid back and relaxed atmosphere and ambiance this KOA has. Staff is always friendly and passionate about helping their guests. Keep up the great work KOA Journey Williams Az

Nice campground! Close to Grand Canyon and short trip to Flagstaff as needed. Wish the store had a bit longer hours. Also that WIFI was stronger. Thank you!

Jan was the hostess with the mostess…great stay, WiFi coverage could be improved with better access points, that’s really about it.

Our cabin was exceptional. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit and having plenty of room in the dining room... We did note we had no hangers so will bring them if/when we come again. The bed was very comfortable but too big for the space so that it was hard to get out in the middle of the night to use the bathroom --. A Queen might have fit better :-)

Our 3 night cabin stay started off rough with an issue. Kathy, the manager, turned it into a positive experience by moving us. Thank you Kathy. Be aware the office/store here opens at 9A & closes at 5P. We weren’t used to that early closure. Office staff could be friendlier. May want to bring along a fly swatter - we couldn’t find one in the whole town & could have used it.

We love it but this last time some lady gave my wife a hard time for having our 8 lb dog off the leash 20 ft from our cabin and my wife was 5 ft from him. It wasn't as if he was running a mock the area bothering anyone. There was no one to bother. Then she asks if she paid the pet fee. There is no pet fee!!!! We love it here. Been here 5 x plus. Will be back but come on with the stupid comments.

I really enjoyed this KOA. Clean we kept site. We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin family of 3 kids 3 adults. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The cabin was awesome. Super clean comfortable and everything we needed. With that being said WiFi needs a little help. The loft was a little shocking ,funny, but shocking. The height of the ceiling was actually the height of my 8 year old.

Clean, well maintained cabin, pool, play area for kids and dogs. Inexpensive stay for a family of five, beautiful natural grounds and plenty of activities to do onsite and nearby along with a friendly helpful staff inspired our 5 star rating and plans to return when visiting the area in the future.

The cabin was beautiful! The location, secluded and perfect. We were able to drive to the south rim of the Grand Canyon, which was a straight shop from the KOA. The staff was very friendly. The only kind of negative comments are that the wifi was not that great and there weren't enough children's channels on the TV. The pool also was out of commission, but we were granted access to the sister-KOA

The office and store were closed at 5PM. We needed some things from the store. The cabin had no AC, unlike the 2 cabins we had previously stayed at on this trip. We had our own fan and used it with the one provided. Both were needed to keep it cool. Office was STILL closed in the morning (until 9). Luckily the coffee at the Shell station next door was amazing and they had the things we needed.

Insane, bad service, horrible costumers service, rats (no mouse) inside the Tipi, the manager, and front desk service need ASAP a new training or people. And guys until today Wednesday, this change us 6 times and never refund our money, after paid for the wagons, the lady call US at 7 PM to cancel one because she over sale, after that everything was horrible, lost time asking for the refund.

I am terribly sorry, this campground does not have Tipis. The service you experienced did not come from this campground. I hope you have a great trip.

Very clean, quiet (minus the highway noise which didn't bug us), super friendly. Amenities are amazing; propane grills, glass fire community table, large kids play area, clean dog area, cute shop! The best KOA I've stayed at (and I am an avid KOA camper)!!

better hours at Camp office / Store would be a big plus opening at 9am and closing at 5 is not convenient with campers who are doing things through out the day . this is the first KOA that i stayed at that kept these kind of hours, otherwise place was clean and bathrooms and showers were clean also

This was my first KOA experience.Staff was nice but the whole place is falling apart.The little cabin was cute,very hot inside with just a small fan.The cabins are very close together, the showers and bathrooms were fine.Playground was run down and held together with duct tape. Pool was not working.No other amenities.It was right next to the highway and a shell gas station. Not great for the price

We did not understand that the basic cabins, besides not having a toilet or kitchenette, also did not furnish bed linens or towels. Some sharing and a quick trip to Family Dollar allowed us a comfortable night. The pool, showers and laundry room were very nice and the kids enjoyed a game of pool and riding the rented go cart while we were doing the laundry. It was convenient to the Grand Canyon.

We always have a great experience staying at this KOA. We had a wonderful greeting with a warm welcoming smile from the person (I forgot her name) working the front desk upon check in. All in all? We had a great 2 night stay there.

We have stayed here a few times. Really enjoy the area! Wanted to let you know our experience with Camping Cabin 11 was perfect. Recently with cabin #9, the mattress on the full bed should be replaced. It is flat as a pancake and felt like sleeping on wood. The mattress in #11 is great. Just thought I’d pass the information along. Thank you.

Very disappointed in the up keep of the cabins, my cabin # 10 had several cobwebs that I had to clean and as well as spiders, I understand that the desert brings critters in but if you go and check under the bed in the corner there at gaps, those need to be sealed as I could clearly see droppings, felt that I had to just keep looking for spiders or other insects. The wifi really bad service, ��

Just a few issues.. Fix the washers and dryers as half were broken. Pool could use a good cleaning. Overall we loved our stay! The bathrooms and cabin were clean and the customer service was excellent!

The beds in the cabins are horrible and the road noise intense. I should have stayed in a hotel. The amenities compared to the sister property and others is lacking. H

We stayed just one night -- Williams was an overnight stopover on our way elsewhere. The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were satisfactory. We arrived after 9 p.m. and check-in was easy. We understood we would have an internet connection -- were not able to connect, which was very disappointing because I had 15 minutes of work I needed to get done, and was unable to do so.

Would have been a 5star but through no fault of the KOA the lack of cleaning staff and the carelessness of other campers made for dirty showers and restrooms, after the morning rush. Staff was delightful and worked hard. Campgrounds were well groomed and peaceful. No problems with quiet time.

The cabin wasn't cleaned floor was dirty. The bathrooms and showers were filthy it looked like they hadn't been clean in a long time. No hand towels to dry our hands. The shower head was broken and the toilets won't flush also toilets pipes leaking.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
