Friendly, helpful staff and super clean cabins and restrooms! We stayed at this KOA about a week ago on our way to California. We liked it so much, we chose it again on our way home. Bonus: It's a short ride to explore Williams, and the Shell station next door has fabulous ice cream. Win, win!

We had a great cabin. Bathrooms were nice and clean as well as the store and pool area. Host were super helpful and friendly :)

Filthy bathrooms. No actual climate control in the cabin other than a fan. I wouldn’t have paid almost a hundred bucks to stay in a climate controlled cabin with only a small table fan in a 100+ degree day. Fly infestation was horrific. No actual WiFi that works. Office hours are very oddly 9-5. Save your money. If this was my first visit to a KOA I wouldn’t return to another one.

We stayed in a couples cabin. It was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the front porch swing.

We had a family get together, with relatives from Idaho, Texas, San Diego and Scottsdale. I had a deluxe cabin (perfect!), others had RV, campsite, or smaller cabin. We had a great time visiting with family, the Grand Canyon, even Bearizona. Great memories.

Toilets were very dirty, disgusting really, for our entire 2 night stay. There was a strong septic smell outside of the bathrooms which could be smelled about 50 ft from the bathroom. There was no light outside of the bath house making it difficult to use at night. Camp store closes at 5pm which is much too early. Proximity to Grand Canyon is a plus. Basic cabin was fine.

Pros: Relatively quiet. Pool area was nice and shaded. Store was well stocked and staff was very helpful and friendly. Cons: WiFi is horrendously bad. Literally sitting right under the access point on the main building, it will randomly disconnect. When it is connected, it's speed rivals dial-up. No AC in cabins. 2 bathrooms and 2 showers for a block of 17 cabins is not nearly enough.

The pool was not clean and it was cold. The spa was not hot and a bit green. The deluxe cabin was very nice.

The location was great. The pool and store need to be open later, especially on the weekends. The dog park is not nice and the staff is not very welcoming.

Perfect place to stay for our little girls trip! Kabins are super cute, beds really comfortable, and the cost is super affordable! We didn’t get to do much on site because of the fires, but I would definitely stay here again! The bathrooms are clean, they have an ADA restroom/shower, and a coin laundry. Thank you for such a great stay! I can’t wait to come back!

I checked in and got to my cabin. It was clean and nice. I walked around the camping areas and it was kept clean as well. It wasn’t too noisy which was great. Close to the Grand Canyon. Nice experience

Enjoyed our stay! We probably had the biggest deluxe cabin I’ve seen or stayed in at a KOA! I always wonder why or if there’s a policy, but many hooks in bathrooms and bedrooms to hang hand towels, bathrobes, and or jackets would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Your water pressure in your showers needs to improve!! And leave a note at the showers and ask people to clean after themselves after showering. I had to clean the show stall before I used it. People are so very inconsiderate or more like pigs!!!

We stayed in a very nice cabin and the campground was great. Very clean and well taken care of. The bathrooms and showers were the best of any KOA we have stayed at. Less than an hour drive to the Grand Canyon Would highly recommend

The deluxe cottage accommodations were very nice! It fit our family of six nicely. The general accommodations were a bit limited, the pool was a bit "green" when we were there. However, we all still enjoyed the dip in the pool. There was also a very nice convenience store located just outside the park, which was helpful!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Cabin needed sweeping and maybe an insect pest treatment. It was hot when we arrived so having an extra fan in the cabin was appreciated. Plenty of clean restrooms, showers and laundry facilities. Pool and hot tub were really nice. Entire campground was well kept and inviting. Store hours were 9 to 5. Would be nice if the store opened earlier.

This is the first time we rented the couples cabin. We were disappointed with the cabin only having one outlet and one chair. The other cabins we have been renting have had 2 outlets. We did like the privacy of the bathrooms and showers. This is a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon and Williams.

The cabin was nice and clean. The pool was great. They seemed to have issues with the plumbing in some of the bathrooms. My main complaint was that the pool closed at 7, a lot of people where still using it. I also would have liked it if the coffee bar was open before 9.

Staff was great. Campground was fun with plenty to do. Daughter had a great time. As packed as it was, it was still quiet and peaceful.

Cabin was fine. Bigger issues with the atmosphere. There was a sign that said the max capacity of the pool was 12 but there was no staff there to regulate it. People completely ignored the sign. Same with the rule of masks required inside the store. No one was enforcing it. My kids kept asking me why this was. Hard to explain and have kids understand why some people don't follow rules.

Loved the property! Had very pretty views and the layout was nice. The property was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly. My only complaint and it is minor, the wifi wasn't reliable to use. My family loved our time here and will be back.

Campground is fine, but there is a much nicer one, with better lodging options just a few miles away. We ended up checking out early and going to the other campground for more play options and better lodging options.

The pool was filthy and so were the bathrooms. All of the bathrooms in the main building were clogged and overflowing with feces and the stench was horrible.

The only issue I had was with the grill--we had to move it to try to use our outside grilling apparatus and due to town not having ANY propane tanks, the only one we could use was the one on the grill. Obviously we were not going to steal anything, but it was chained to the deck of the cabin the next day. If the grill starts flaming up, I can see the deck starting on fire because it was so close.

the reason why I don’t give five stars is because the office is only open from 9am to 5 pm being a location at the Grand Canyon those hours don’t work for people that needs to go early and come back after 5 pm the office have a coffe bar that I couldn’t enjoy due to the late opening time

RJ and his wife were wonderful. We stayed 6 days and 3 of the days water was shut down. Have codes on the bathrooms for issues and conservation. Coin operated showers would cut down on waste. Other than that a nice place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon. If your RV breaks down go to JJ's in Williams and talk to Ghost!!!!

Water was out the first night were there in most of the bathrooms. We weren’t able to do laundry until the third day. The sites were spacious and well appointed. The cabin was clean and cozy. There was no shelter from wind and dust, however, and everything we had was covered by the the time we left.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
