We have been staying here for 5 years in the cabins and the new pool is awesome. They have take out the sofa bed from the living room in the deluxe cabins so there is no indoor family seating area which is a bummer when the nights are cold

The cabin itself was an absolute dream, but the staff was awful. We had a female employee at the register tell my husband and I that “we were very strange” for going into the family restroom together. She banged on the door while I was cleaning his leg after a nasty fall and treated us like criminals the entire time we were in the check-in area.

Loved it. The mountains, the snow and the ability to experience from sunny and warm days to cold and snowy days. Close to the Canyon was a plus. Asked staff about Sedona and was guided to the most amazing experience driving through the oak creek canyon. Thank you!

This was my first time at a KOA. I was not impressed. The bed was horrible and the boards under the mattress were broken. There was water issues at the bathrooms And no Internet. I will not stay there again.

The only thing that l was disappointed with was no sofa. When we rent the cabin on line it said it had a sofa bed. So one of us had to sleep on a air bed. Other than that so peaceful. Loved it .

Staff was courteous, knowledgeable and awesome. Campground well maintained and clean. Cabin was clean, tidy, ready. Need better mattresses.

I was passing through on a Utah National Parks bucket list and needed a place for the night. Very friendly staff .. showers and bathroom was clean. It was a great stay. It was also nice that there was a gas station next door.

Office has very short hours and no instruction on what to do when checking out. The plug in fan didn't work. There was a mask left on the floor. For the price, I would like to see a toilet in the cabin. Or just the small things like a bag with soap, shampoo, and a coffee maker. Since it's not really comparable to a cabin in the woods (basically in a cabin city) make it like a hotel room.

The cabin & bathrooms are not properly cleaned. The cabin door needs to be repaired properly. We could hear critters under the cabin. We didn't like the store hours. ( We went to the gas station for coffee, snacks etc). The trash dumpsters were full. The cabins, picnic tables, fencing etc needs to be better maintained and updated. We have stayed at many KOA's and this one is not acceptable.

Very good and pleasant area! Very nice KOA around everything and close to Route 66 and the Grand Canyon! The front pouch swing should be checked every once in a while. My wife sat on all the front swing and the pin was broken that we didn’t know and the swing broke and fell cutting her back leg! Never used the swing again!

I liked the grounds. Gift shop, club house, bathrooms, laundry all nice and well maintained. The negatives are its very close to a road and with a gas station across the street it's very bright all the time. The gas station being so close could also be a positive. Just depends on how you look at it. Wifi wasn't working during my stay which was a negative for planning my sight seeing.

My only complain was that as cold as it was one out of the two heaters didn’t work n the other not too well! Not a big deal but if their they should work! I’ll still come back!

This was the perfect spot to stay to go see the Grand Canyon and also to go to Williams and visit Route 66 Clean facilities and friendly staff!

Cabin windows where horrible let dust just fill the cabin and coat everything. Bathrooms where semi clean but concerning especially with covid. Older lady checking people in needs to learn time management. I stood in the office for 20 plus minutes so she could just talk about any and everything on the phone to people asking about the area.. watched multiple people give up and leave.

Thanks for having me--I enjoyed my stay. The campground is about an hour from the Grand Canyon, but it's a pretty easy drive to get there. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and my cabin to be neat and clean. I was also glad the cabin had an electrical outlet so I could charge my electronics.

Wifi non-existent and no cell service. Cabin was nice. Hours of office and store are very bad at 9 AM to 5 PM. not traveler friendly. Need to gravel the place as dirt gets kicked up whenever a car creeps by.

Bed in cabin was awful. Dryer took my money. Bathrooms were disgusting. Office never open, watched rv ers waiting til after 10 am. Wifi terrible. Other guests told me this was worst they'd ever seen. I have to agree. Sad, I don't like to give bad reviews. For the location, I really expected more.

I wish the store opened earlier or stayed open later. The bathrooms never had paper towels and most of the toilets were clogged the majority of the time.

This KOA was exactly what we needed for our trip the Grand Canyon!! We had originally booked a couples cabin, small but warm! We however had an immediate issue with our neighbors. The staff, Joelle and Dennis, were extremely helpful with the situation and we ended up with the deluxe cabin at a discounted price. Didnt need all the accommodations, but it was better than a hotel!!

We stayed in the deluxe cabin with a 4 and 2 year old and the bunk beds were awesome! The kids loved the playground, game room, and the ability to just run around outside the cabin as well as make smores in the campfire. There were fun restaurants nearby at Williams and the store had everything we needed and extremely affordable.

The front desk people are great. The only complaint we have is people have issues with their cabins boundaries and their incessant barking dog. Other than that great. Also there should be a limit to how many people are in 1 cabin

As this was my first KOA experience, I was very pleased. The cabin itself was cozy and clean. I was worried about the communal-style bathrooms, but they were all well cleaned, heated, and I never had to wait to use one. We had to leave early due to unforeseen circumstances, and the front staff was very accomodating. I would stay here again for sure.

The General Store didnt open until 9:00 a.m. that is rather late, and, ot. Losed at 5:00, that is way too early.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
