. Like all KOAs you're squeezed in pretty tight. Car alarms went off 3 of the 4 mornings we were there. Site is listed as "Total hook up" but there is no dump so you have to pull or drive your unit to the dump site and wait in line. I guess this isn't a problem if you are only there a couple of days. Staff isn't in a hurry to get ANYTHING done. Lukewarm interaction. Location is ok not great.

No cable, WIFi very sketchy. No dump on one side of park. It is a typical KOA.

We had a tree overhang obstacle on our assigned site and even though they were booked up they allowed us to move to an unoccupied host type site. The host was terrific.

We made a last minute booking and was to not only get one night, but was able to extend another night. They were very accommodating and pleasant!

This campsite had a great general store with fun activities for the kids. Even a dog park and go carts for the kids to ride around on! It was clean and well maintained. We loved that it was on the way to Grand Canyon! Excellent!

NO INTERNET......NONE. In this day and age, with today’s technology, there’s no excuse. However Joelle was AMAZING. Her kindness went a long way to make up for the poor internet.

So many things were not working!! Cable, toilets, wifi, and most especially the SEPTIC DUMP!! No one who travels with an RV wants to resume their journey with a full black tank!!!!!!!!!! The bathrooms were filthy at all times of the day and night - yuck!!

Misunderstood our reservation, no sewer hook up only had electric and water. Staff was not attentive when had to report issue with laundry. Repair man for washer was unable to fix problem. He did direct me to secondary laundry room, that one also had a dryer unit out of order. 5 washers is not enough for this size park. The evenings were quiet, despite Sites very close to each other.

Very friendly staff and accommodating staff. They have a nicely stocked store and gift shop. It was very convenient to the Grand Canyon and Williams. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a full hook up site but the electric supply did not work. The front office provided no solution except to emphasize I was not to use my internal generator to keep from drawing my battery and keep warm in cold temperatures. I would NOT recommend this place.

We checked in kind of late, 7pm, but a staff gentleman came up to assist. Very nice guy and helpful. Our children immediately ran to playground and had fun we into the night.

I've come to appreciate and count on the quality and predictability of KOA. This is a nice KOA as most are. Checked in after office hours and checked out early to get to the Canyon. Bathrooms were nice, particularly the one by the cabins. When we arrived one staff member was available on the premises but was a little haggard.

Great views! The campground had an issue with the water line breaking and staff hot it fixed in a jiffy.

Worked great for Grand Canyon day trips. They say its an hour, but factor in traffic (we got stuck in traffic for 2 hours). Camp ground was good, they even backed me in. Play ground for kids, but pool is closed currently (3/31/2021), maybe because of covid. Has showers, rv dump, laundry, pretty darn easy.

Restrooms weren’t clean. No WiFi at campsites. Nearly all amenities had a fee. It just wasn’t what we expected from a KOA.

There are only few rest rooms and showers, they were VERY busy and we have to wait for 1.5 hours until we can use it since it’s a single cell for rest room and shower. Also the cells were very not clean. Many travelers use the cells to clean their stuff and not for their purpose due to the fact that there are no water beside of the cells so this cause the cells to be super busy. Beside of this

Not what I expected. Nothing fun for kids..game room empty with just 1 arcade game and empty pool table. Since it was snowing when I was there the rv spots became very muddy and puddles were right where u exit rv. Suggestions would be put some asphalt where the rv parks not enjoyable with mud all over the rv. Staff was not helpful or pleasant to talk too.

Everything was great. Lots of snow though. The one thing we wanted to mention, both of our neighbors went to bed and left their camp fire going. Ugh. Please make sure you educate your guest to put the fire out and do not leave it unattended. Should the wind pick up it could be a disaster.

The campsite was convenient for the Grand Canyon however the red rock ground was not level and was very wet when we got there thus the red dirt got everywhere

Very nice campground and well maintained. It was colder when I was there, but enjoyed my time there. It's about an hour from the Grand Canyon (go early to avoid the traffic going in), but it was a beautiful drive. I would stay here again. I'm sure in the summer it's very crowded.

The camp was very clean however the wifi was horrible and we were unable to access our online education platforms.

Stayed one night. Full hookups. Great pull through which allowed up to "stay connected". Nice park....relatively brand new. Nice office gift shop with coffee bar. Too bad the office opens were 9-5. I would have spent money there before we left, but we left before they opened.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
