Toilets that would not flush and fecal matter from past uses, Portable toilets on trailer the floor is separating from the sub floor and the last day it was flooded and I ended up walking into sewer water in the dark. I called and asked for manager to call me, it has now been 3 days and no call from them. This is a sanitation issue and a very unhealthy situation.

Pros: quiet campsite, easy to hookup to power and water, somewhat close to Grand Canyon. Cons: payment was only for parking stall, have to pay additional $10 per person for a shower, no cell service at all and very poor WiFi network. When making a reservation online, we picked a pull through and got a back in slot. With a 26’ the spot was very tight and they would not make any adjustments.

My stay for the most part was fine except I was on site 70 and all the people who used site 71 would be facing me so I had no privacy. The hookups should be on the other side for site 71. You need more sewer hookups as I was there for 2 weeks without one. 15.00 for a pump out is a little steap. I did feel the campground was clean but the grounds could use some weed trimming and manicureing.

Back-in space was a bit tight. The stationary grill made it more difficult to park vehicle beside travel trailer so as not to protrude into driveway.

We stayed for 10 days in September for vacation and our 45th anniversary. We loved our spot. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will travel the 386 miles to stay again.

Awesome campground. Quiet and very clean is what I ask for. The staff was very nice and helpful. They do need to work on their wifi and cable, otherwise, a wonderful experience.

This KOA was a wonderful place to stay! The customer service was probably the best that we have encountered at our KOA stays. Beautiful grounds full of fun things to do for the kids. However, the campsite was right off the road and our spot was closest to it. So it was noisy. Playground needs some fixes. The slide could easily cut a child's hand and there were holes in the floorboards... Repair

We left because a day early because after leaving Colorado KOA, this KOA was filthy. It reminded me of a trailer park. The bathrooms were filthy. Hair everywhere. You all should take some pointers from the Colorado KOA. Raise your prices if you have to but clean up the place and make it inviting. The lady at the front desk was very nice

Positives: Campsite was level and very spacious, beautiful scenery, great pool & hot tub, friendly and helpful staff. Negatives: Check in staff did not wear masks, office closed extremely early in afternoon, toilets are foot operated not flush, the bathrooms were gross and dirty, shower pressure was suppressed and it took 5 times longer to shower than usual, internet/WiFi were absolutely horrible.

The laundry facilities were dirty with old equipment, the office closed early at five and opened late at nine. our spot was close to a loud highway, difficult to sleep. The pool and hot tub were dirty with hundreds of floating bugs.

From 7-9PM an outdoor movie was playing. All we could hear in our trailer was BOOM,BOOM BOOM. There were 3 kids watching the movie. When my wife asked Travis to turn down the volume he was very rude to her, and never turned it down. She called the camp "emergency phone number". No answer. Seems management doesn't understand the customer is always right, and neither does their employees.

The only reason I didn't rate a 10 or 4 starts is because the WI-FI is horrible. We had to sit near the office/game room in order to connect. Hot Spot didn't work either. The campground is very clean. There were some bathrooms & washing machines out of order. We went on a busy holiday weekend, the bathrooms should be attended to more frequently during the busy times, some were out of toilet paper.

We really like the "camping " atmosphere. Only negative is that the cable TV was not working. It should state that on your website. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

A once in a lifetime journey from NC culminated at Williams KOA Journey. Everyone there was very helpful from check in crew to the nice fellow who helped me get soap from the laundry soap dispenser. Your location was perfect for our early morning trek to the Grand Canyon!

Most sites do not have full hook ups. Be cautious when booking. Cable does not work. Campgrounds clean. Nice store and check in area. Staff friendly.

At no point in time was there an opportunity to take a shower. And the office closes too early. Every other koa we stayed at was open until 8. This one closes up at 5 even though they are far busier.

We have stayed at 15-20 KOAs in the past few months. This one had dirty bathrooms, the facilities themselves seeming outdated. We did not shower or use the restrooms because of their condition.

Most spots are very small causing vehicles to be parked part way into the road. This makes maneuvering difficult. We had a pull thru but was impossible to make the required turn and avoiding other vehicles. Instead we backed in from the other side. Wifi was spotty and mostly unusable in the evenings. Cable TV was not working. Park is clean and office staff was very nice and helpful.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
