We were lucky that there was a no campfire order in place because if our neighbors had one, the smoke would have come right into our RV. The fire pits are too close to neighboring sites. Was disappointed that the coffee bar didn't open until 9 am.

The WiFi was really okay at the office. The kids playground needs to be updated. Pool was green one day. Most sites are fairly spaces. Campground was very clean.

Bathrooms were disgusting, pool was extremely dirty, website said check in and the store was open until 7:30 but it was closed when we arrived at 5:30. The WiFi didn’t work during our stay and we had zero cell service. Had there been an emergency we would have been in trouble.

This was the most unfriendly, rude KOA I have ever stayed @. They told us to back in then after unpack told us we needed to pull in. Later we were on our picnic table and an employee raced up yelling that our table was to close to the other site we needed to move. He was so so load that it scared a couple of our children that wouldn't come out of the camper for the rest of the night. Showers were

We have stayed in many KOAs with our family and this one is by far the WORST!!! Rules are not enforced so there were 3 massive tents and 9 people in one site (next to ours) and they were noisy at 4am. Our fire pit had cigarette butts in it. There really needs a bigger management presence in this campground. Very disappointed.

The store hours were not convenient, the toilets continued to back up and overflow, half the washers and dryers weren't working. The grounds were clean, the staff was friendly.

Location is okay, highway noise at night and wifi is non-existent. Better to find another camp.

Employees were not very friendly upon check in. Washers/ dryers are old and out of 6 machines only 3 were working. The one washing machine kept stopping mid-cycle. Someone also stole 2 dish towels from our campsite. No ice was available for purchase during our entire 4 day stay.

Good location. About an hour from the South Rim of the Grand Canyon and about 10 minutes or less to Williams. The pool was as warm as the hot tub and both needed cleaning. The laundry facility had 3 washers but only one was working. Staff was GREAT - very helpful and accommodating.

Good stop on the way to GCNP, but a bit pricey for that purpose for a couple -- maybe OK for a basecamp with kids.

The location is great along with the hookups. For the most part, the sites are level and the area is neat and clean. The store is nice and there is a quick stop close by. The reason I gave this site low marks are as follows; low water pressure, a laundry that needs new washers and dryers, the WiFi is not very good, and the phone reception is very weak. A few improvements and then 5 stars.

Filthy bathrooms, drunken husband/wife fights with a police call (in front of their kids), 300 lbs man cannon balling into pool in with 7 year olds swimming nearby. Just gross and filthy.

We checked in late and they had everything waiting, it was so nice to see the late check-in process work so well. The site was level, hookup was easy, and it was a very quiet camp the day we were there. I wish we could have stayed longer!

Because of the poor cell phone coverage in that area, the Wi-Fi should be faster and more reliable. Several times we were trying to take care of business and the Wi-Fi was either too slow or down

We were disappointed in the cleanliness and upkeep of the main bathrooms and with how often the toilets were broken. The pool wasn’t clear and was dirty and when asked if there was a decent Gaga ball were told the needle to the pump was broken and they didn’t have a ball. Our experience was disappointing compared to other KOAs we have stayed at and we won’t recommend this one.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The grounds were are well maintained. The main challenge was the POOR wifi. This is why I rated an"8" for recommending the park and "4" for the rating. Some of our friends and relatives do business online while traveling. This wifi would not satisfy that need.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The spaces were clean and spacious. The water pressure was non existent and to claim any WiFi is stretching the truth a bit too much.

Store closes at 5 was unable to get anything for dinner our fridge stopped working that day. Couldn’t use bikes or any amenities bc they had to be checked out of the closed store. they told us to get out of the pool at 6:45 and it says it’s open until 9 online and on the inside poster, he said they don’t pay him past 7. Got to swim 10 minutes due to rain earlier in evening. 1 washer worked.

We were able to visit the Grand Canyon and Historic Williams during our stay. The staff is very friendly. The grounds have lots of mature trees. The facilities are a little dated. One of the washers and two of the dryers were out of service.

I stayed at a sight with water and electric only. I went to dump my RV black tank, but could not get it sufficiently empty due to the angle of drive up. There were others waiting, so I couldn't use my jacks to solve problem. The port-a-potties were clogged. The store hours were not accurate and it seemed we were surrounded by cigarette smokers and irresponsible campers with dogs off leash.

An average KOA. Been to much nicer with activities for kids, etc. Been to worse also. It was clean, spots were spacious.

Very disappointed with this KOA. Bathhouses were not clean. The hookups (power/water) were on the wrong side. Looks to me like the sites were at one time pull thrus but were later made 2 sites. Said it was 20/30 amp but keep tripping the breaker with our 30amp camper

No toilet paper in rr over our two day stay despite telling folks in yellow shirts. Showers were disgusting with dirty floors and used wet tp all over floors. Not enough showers. Our worse stay so far on our 21 day trip.

The bathroom/shower houses had wait lines. The laundry room was not well kept and of the 2 washers that were labeled working one of them took an extra 40 minutes to get through its cycles.

It was dirty everywhere around us, even dirt all over the bottom of the swimming pool. The laundry room smelled so bad we couldn't even use it and wouldn't have anyway at $3 to wash one small load. We had a reservation for 3 nights:they put us in a spot with only dirt and no shade, but put units that only stayed one night in the shady spots! Nina, at the front desk was very rude!

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
