Nice size spots, fairly level. WiFi is not the best at your spot. The pool was nice, though it was not Clean. The water was not clear at all. Hot Tub is nice.

Restrooms need upgraded. Nina was absolutely unprofessional complaining about MY failure to create our group reservation correctly - despite the fact I made it over the phone directly with someone from your location Will not be back, will suggest other stay at other Williams KOA.

Only acceptable if all you need is electric and water. If you require clean bathrooms and pool… you better look elsewhere. It’s upsetting to me that places get away with charging this much for a “spot” to park.

A nice park with very friendly help. Everything worked well except the cable connection, which did not provide cable channels. Got zero. But I was there only one night so I did not report it while I was there.

Very dirty, pool tile looks as if was never cleaned. No cable!!!!! No bags at the dog park. Camp sites were not close to level. I can not believe KOA allows for its name to be used. Terrible!!!!

I would return there and yes I would recommend it to family and friends, I already have. I just wish the pool and jacuzzi was a little cleaner, but I get it that it's outside and the wind blows dirt into it. The staff is friendly and helpful.

It was a good facility and customer service great. The showers were well kept and always clean. We always felt safe. Thank you for being a light of fun in this crazy world of ours.

It’s far enough away from the interstate that it is quiet. Some sites are very narrow, but level. Laundry area and game room were dirty, and only 2 washers were working-not enough for such a large campground. Campground store seemed well stocked.

Clean well kept park. Close to south rim Grand Canyon. I would stay here again but would bring jackets for when the sun goes down.

For starters the welcome was cool and direct not rude but indifferent. The wi-fi was useless during normal hours. The pool was cloudy so we didn’t use it. We were booked for another night but went to a better and less expensive campground for the 2nd night. Would advise looking at a different spot

We got a very tiny spot. If we came back, we would get a spot in the pull through section. We have a small RV and usually get back ins or pull ins but this one was extremely small. Things were clean and people were nice.

The campsites were neat and clean. Staff friendly. I was not very happy with the internet or cable. I have medical issues and spend more time in my trailer than most do.

Two big things I appreciated about KOA GRand Canyon were the cleanliness of the restrooms and also the shade available for the RV spots. Some things I think would be better is if the pool didn't close at 7pm. Having small kids, that is a pretty early close time Also - I called many times before our stay to inquire about excursions (this is what the website said to do) and no one called me back.

Unfriendly staff. Horrible restrooms/showers. Very small spaces. Cable & wifi doesn't always work. Will not be back to this KOA.

Average size sites and a brief interaction with the host was positive. Some of the areas need work, repairs but overall a pleasant stay.

Site was ok, just dirt. The WiFi and internet were nonexistent. Did not use bathrooms or pool. The best part was that wee were able to leave our trailer in the overflow area on our check out day until the afternoon. They need a sign on both sides of the street because the gas station sign hides the only one they have. Location was good.

Great place to go too. We enjoyed the stay very much. Clean and well taken care of. The only problem we experienced was a screaming child other than that I would highly recommend. Office staff super nice and friendly! Will definitely be back!

Dirty, cramped, crowded. WiFi extremely weak and the RV cable is disconnected. Find somewhere else.

The pool area was very nice. The lack of trees and grass made it very undesirable. Red dirt everywhere. Only 1 dog park clear across the campground. Would not stay here again.

Our site was nice, easy to find and the staff was friendly and helpful! My only concern/complaint is that the restrooms and showers were not well maintained. They were often plugged or dirty which discouraged us from using them. Luckily we had our own facilities in our RV, but since this was our first experience it set the bar and the precedence for the rest of our trip. Pool needs longer hours.

Good location to visit the Grand Canyon and Williams. Store closed at 5pm so wasn't available for us when we were actually there. Pool was un-monitored so kids were swimming in the hot tub making it unusable for adults.

Very dirty bathrooms, showers you can not even go in , washing machines are old and one out of 3 they had was not working,They clean it ones a day, it is a pack site because of the Grand Canyon and they are very understaff for the traffic they have, I will not stay there again, very disappointment stay for KOA

Virtually non existent internet, sites are terribly close together, no shade, no cable, almost no cell signal strength or digital tv connection, totally gravel lot.

The front desk people knew next to nothing about Grand Canyon tours, even though they advertise they can assist you. Wifi was weak to none and our site was the closest to the office.

We chose KOA based on all their promotion of family and kids' activities: family movie nights, Wii, pool, etc. Sadly, many of those were broken and/or cancelled. Wii was broken. Family movie nights cancelled. Pool okay but pretty dirty and only open until 7pm. And while we did do the mining, it was $7/bag. Bikes cost money too, so we skipped it. Bathrooms were clean enough though.

The public toilets were not kept working. Quite a few were constantly clogged and not usable. There was no water hookup at the dump station to flush the black water tank out. We had to drive out and pay another dumpsite to be be able to clean out the tank. Over the weekend the trash dumpsters were overflowing with garbage all over the floor. The internet was not working for most of the time.

The bathrooms were atrocious! Feces, urine and toilet paper clogged at least 2 toilets for our entire 3 day stay. The rest were in better shape but were always occupied. It was hard to gauge when you’d be able to get in. Also, the office hours were ridiculous. If you close at 5 how are we supposed to check out horseshoes, basketballs etc when we’re sightseeing all day? Very disappointing.

The site and staff was great and the location worked well for us, near enough to both Williams and the south rim of the Grand Canyon. The problem is the restrooms, as not enough and even when I got into a shower/bathroom, ( up at 5:30AM), the toilet was broken and I won't describe what was in it. Bathrooms matter and w/o full hookups it's a must.

Does campground we stayed in about 40 years ago we didn't camp here this year because we own Wyndham timeshare but anyone that's camping this is a good hangout.
