While everyone was nice I find it completely outrageous that you charge $10 for a late checkout on a campsite. After the fees you pay to camp and all the extras I don't see any reason to charge a fee for an extra hour and a half. Not happy.

We stayed in a tent site and the camp kitchen lights were super bright in our tent. Sleep would have been a lot better if the lights were turned off at night. I was unclear how to park our vehicle near our small tent site. All staff we interacted with were very nice and accommodating. Everbody has a campfire at night to the entire campground is full of smoke from 8 PM on. Air was clear by morning.

Very well run campground. The grandkids had a blast! So much to do and the Saturday evening activities were great. We all were very pleased with our stay. Thank you for a wonderful time.

This is probably the best KOA that we have stayed at and we have stayed at KOA's all over the country.

We were in campsite 138. The people in 137 and 136 were talking loudly and obnoxiously at 510AM and were out of control by 6AM. A terrible stay and security never did anything even though you could hear them all around the grounds.

This is by far the cleanest facility we’ve stayed at. Extremely friendly, helpful staff. The downfall is that the sites are very narrow. They are conveniently pull-through but so narrow that your fire ring is only a couple feet from camper or truck. The only other complaint was the dust. Everything in our site was covered in it. They need to apply liquid chloride. Highly recommend staying here.

A perfect stay with our family. The cabin was well stocked, however mattress needs replacing. Very uncomfortable. The entire facility was clean. Bathrooms and showers were impeccable. Will stay again!

Loved this KOA ! When we arrived we were greeted by the owners and they were great ! The staff here went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time and the place was spotless! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well .

We enjoyed being in the woods but since we couldn't get satellite service and only 2 air channels, I was really unhappy with no cable. What if there was a storm and the only news was 60 miles away! Not good. WiFi service was spotty and unavailable from time to time.

Liked where we parked. Away from croud. Highway noisy but loved surroundings. Best time to come is during the week. Security good.

The campground is very nice, I loved the amenities. The pool was great, you don't see that many pools that get 9ft deep so it was nice. The staff was super friendly, and they spent a lot of time making everything nice. You could really tell that they knew how to run a campground. There are so many trees so some sites do not have grass it would be nice to pave the main roads to limit the dust.

Very friendly staff, clean camp site , beautifully trees and people. Common kitchen and the bathrooms are clean and near by. Overall, excellent experience...well maintained facility.

The only complaint I have is that it gets very dusty with all the vehicles coming and going when you are staying in the front of the campground.

Our first stay. The cabin was very clean and most of the staff very friendly. It was disappointing activities such as mini golf, the waterslide and peddle bikes cost extra considering the price of the cabin rental. Being in customer service, I felt the employees at the waterslide were less than friendly and could use a little training in that area. Overall, great stay. We'll be back next year!

The “owner” doesn’t allow the campers to stay out past 11pm. Camping isn’t suppose to be about rules.. you should be having drinks and meeting new people. We where out past curfew and we had multiple workers asking us to quiet down and remind us curfew was 11. Where where talking to each other quietly.. everything was expensive… 80.00 for a water slide ect I’ll never take my family bac

I would love to see recycling for glass, tin & plastic. Camping is an outdoor activity. Shouldn’t you promote saving the environment?

Vert fun campground. Staff is very nice and friendly. Camper sites are a little tight but all in all a great campground. My family and I will definitely come back!!

The only negative is the length of the sites. I came with a tow trailer and I was sticking out a little into the roadway both front and back. We I wanter to leave I had to ask someone to move a vehicle so I could make the turn to leave.

We always enjoy our stay at Hayward KOA. Our only issue this time as we were in the front camping site, was the amount of people not going to speed limit which stirred up quite a bit of dust. Otherwise it was a quiet peaceful visit.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and informative. George was amazing and made us feel very welcomed. The red pine express employees were a little rude.

No mosquitoes, very quiet. Very helpful. Welcoming. Great entertainment absolutely loved the tubing down the river.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
