Workers were nice. Cabin was great. It was end of year so they already drained pool a took down adult swings. I feel they should warn you and offer a reduced rate.

Excellent customer service - we had to change cabins; we had a flat tire on our trailer and everyone was so kind and helpful - thank you! Very relaxing stay. Very clean, neat KOA and we sure enjoyed ourselves. Great job, everyone!

Amazing! The cabin was exceptionally clean, stocked w everything we needed and more! The campground was beautiful & very well kept! We loved it and will definitely be back!

This was our first time staying in a cabin that was more than just a tent or cozy cabin. The picture we saw online was different then what we got, but it still didnt stop us for enjoying our stay, The ladies were more then accommodating and although they couldnt get us the cabin we thought we were getting. due to being booked. They gave us a small refund because they wanted too. see you next year

We have enjoyed the Hayward KOA for 5 years now. The pool has ALWAYS been available during the second weekend of Sept. This is a major game changer and makes staying there in the future questionable. Please do what you can to extend the pool season to cover the Chequamegon weekend as has always been done in the past.

We always stay at the Hayward KOA for the annual Chequamegon Mountain Bike race! Short ride to the start! A great Spaghetti feed the friday night before! The campground is probably half full of bikers!

Super friendly staff. Kids had a wonderful time. Deluxe cabin was a great choice. Outdoor seating and fire pit were awesome. We will be back next year!!!

If you want great hosts and helpful staff, this is the place for you! We had a girls weekend and rented 2 cabins… it was such a nice time! The pines give it a beautiful night sky, and you are close enough to town if you need anything that their store doesn’t happen to carry…. I cannot say enough about the whole crew! We will be back!!!

Came from SE Minnesota to attend my grandson's football game at UMD on Saturday! The koa was peaceful and beautiful and everyone was helpful. The cabin and the bathrooms were very clean. Staff were accommodating and very gracious when my shower interrupted their cleaning process. I will definitely come again when I can stay longer!! Thank you!

The KOA is a family favorite. The staff go above and beyond to keep the campground clean, safe and fun! All the staff have genuine smiles on their faces and truly care about their guests. We can tell how invested they all are! Nancy, Vicki and Brian (and a whole lot more… I can’t remember their names) truly make our vacation seem like a home away from home. The bathroom cleaning crew were amazing! They were right on top of their job, even wiped the entire trash can down. Those ladies went above and beyond.

It was our first time camping in 13 years and our first time with our 8 year old son. I struggle with tent camping and my wife and I work weekend so a camper isn’t feasible. We loved your two room cabin. It had a comfortable mattress but still gave us the feeling of roughing it outdoors. Our son also loved all the activities the resort had to offer.

Love the nice clean safe environment the KOA provides. Plenty of activities for all ages. Got to ride our 4-wheeler right to the trail. Had a nice time riding the trails.

The deluxe cabin was amazing. The waterside and cable tv were not working so that was a little bit of a as let down but overall very nice place

We specifically came for the themed weekend and activities for kids. If you are no longer doing them you should take it off your website, sign, and pamphlet. You should also tell people that book. A dance party is a favorite for the kids and is doable even in the rain. We also planned to eat at the red pine for breakfasts so we did not bring food and then it was closed Saturday morning.

This was a very clean facility! Really enjoyed our time! Unfortunately, they no longer do the themed weekends which is one of the reasons we picked this time to go. They waterside was closed due to staffing shortages. They cancelled many activities due to the weather forecast but made the decision way too early and the activities could have been held still. We will be back though.

We loved that there is lot to do for the whole family. We love the fact that you guys have great trails for walking with pets and hiking. Fun place we will return for the 2022 season.

Stayed three nights in a 2 room cabin without a bathroom. Very clean cabin and I was very impressed with how clean the showers and bathrooms were! Friendly staff for the most part, the red pine Cafe employees weren't very happy to be working, but the cleaning crew was fabulous! They drove by our site in their golf carts and said hello every time! Fun playground and the pool is awesome!

We love it like always. It was our 3rd stay (we came 2x this year.) We tried other campgrounds last year, but decided we won't go anywhere else from now on. Thanks- see ya next year.

Could have used a little more grass. Concrete around the fire pit cabin could have extended out about a foot on the 2 sides KL9. Nice quiet campground friendly staff and also helpful. THANK YoU

We had another fantastic year at the Hayward KOA! Our girls love every bit of the campground and so do we! We were especially impressed with how incredibly clean the campground was including the always spotless bathrooms. Another favorite part of our trip was the kind staff, especially Wayne. He is such a great guy and our family loved visiting with him during our tubing trips and at our site! TY!

After checking in we discovered an issue with our cabin. The management & staff at the Hayward KOA were very responsive to address our concerns and went above & beyond to try and remedy the situation as best as possible. We’d give the Hayward KOA another try if we’re in the area again.

Love the campground. We have been going there since the 80's with our kids, now bringing grandkids. The only complaint or suggestion is to get better mattresses for the camping cabins!

Haven't been here since I was in my teens, just finished our stay with my son's and could not have enjoyed our stay more. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, the grounds and facilities were clean and well kept. Lots of fun things to do for the kids. The cabin was cozy and air conditioned. Overall just a great stay! Will return again for sure! Thank you!

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
