Very Friendly employees, but we had a very loud group of people across the street from us well into the early mornings hours partying and drinking and there was no one who patrolled the campground overnight.

Amazing KOA! Fantastic management and staff that continuously exceeded expectations. Extremely clean and well cared for campground with a TON of activities for everyone to do! We'll be back!!!

We stayed 4 nights during leaf viewing. Campground very quiet and restrooms clean. Office staff Very Friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

The campground was very clean and bathrooms and showers as well. We got an awesome welcome from the staff, wonderful people operating the campground, thank you very much for the pleasant stay.

Very relaxing. The whole facility was very clean and all the staff were very very friendly. We were very impressed by their attention to detail. The sites are quite small, otherwise I would have rated everything a 5. Thanks for a nice quiet weekend.

Older KOA, pull thru sites are short which results in tough time parking tow vehicle. Staff that was working the campground weren't friendly.

Best campground in the Hayward area. Staff, as always, was super friendly and helpful. The only thing we would change would be a later checkout time to allow a little more time to relax and enjoy this beautiful place.

We arrived on 9/23/21,Thursday evening and stayed for 2 nights. There was a little mix up in reservation dates, but the staff was able to promptly accommodate myself and the other family we were traveling with. Although the water slides/pool weee closed, we still had fun on the jump pad, mini golf and the campgrounds parks. The staff were helpful, friendly, and always had a smile on their face.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!

Check in after hours which seemed quite early, 5:00 PM was rather confusing particularly since the campground was lightly occupied. We took a chance and took the last site which was posted on a slip on the wall which had electric and water. We would have preferred a full hook-up which there seemed to be several open but we weren't sure. Not the best presentation for someone newly arriving.

Blonde lady sorry we did not get her name but I think her husband was he one riding around deliver wood… Very nice and great customer service. Always making positive comments. We love the KOA in Hayward. See you next year for the bike race. Keeping the pool open for the last two years was very much appreciated.

Even though it was September, it would have been nice for at least maybe a couple activities for the kids. There were so many kids up there. It was a great campground though. Staff was really nice.

Very nice stay, there was a very noisy, barking dog one lane over from us. Very aggressive, barked at everyone that came close. But the Halloween theme was very fun! Also, the arcade was very messy and the kids inside were just disrespectful to the equipment and with their garbage. A person to supervise would be nice.

Everything was great. The only complaint I have is the 2x that I used a restroom while we were there, both toilet seats were very loose. Maybe invest in some brass toilet seat bolts and they’ll stay tightened up. The plastic ones are junk. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked though!

The Staff was very nice and helpful, but the facility has sites that are way too small. It felt like camping in a parking lot with trees. We had to run our awning in just to have a fire and the neighbors truck was in the way to sit around the fire. In the future if we ever decide to use this campground we will rent 2 spots so that we have a spot to actually "CAMP"

Nice large sites, but we were there after Labor Day so I cannot rate all the amenities. But it was clean and the help was great.

Great stay, very friendly staff and very clean. Site 80 - could have used a few less trees on our site, was a very tight fit, couldn't use awnings and couldn't drive out of the pull through, had to back out. 3 trees could come down to make it a much more friendly, big rig site. We enjoyed our stay.

This was the worst KOA we've ever stayed in. We were packed in like a bunch of sardines. With all the smoke, laundry hanging everywhere, and noisy people, we felt like we were in a Civil War Encampment. You should be embarrassed. Maybe you ought to spread things out a bit. We could hear our neighbor's conversations in the campers next to us because they are so close. Never staying again.
