Beautiful campground, a little over priced for an overnight stay, but if you have children it appears to be great place to spend a weekend.

Hayward KOA has a ton of great amenities to keep the children happy and occupied. The facilities were clean and the staff were quite friendly! I cannot wait to go back, hopefully with some better weather.

Very good. Your bathroom clean up person was so generous to give me some face masks. What a good person. He even drove by to take my garbage for me. Thank you very much!!!

Love this place, lots of tall pines, feels like you are in the woods, grounds are well maintaned and kept, one of our favorite locations.

We stayed in a Kamper Kabin and it was quite nice. Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate, so we ended up going home a little earlier than planned, but we will definitely be back next year!

It's a great place for kids. Very clean camp area, bath and showers. All the employees were kind and very helpful. We will go there again to camp.

Campground is very well kept. My only complaint would be on Friday night people around us were very loud until almost 3 am. Did not get any sleep. Told the staff the next day and they dealt with it promptly. I like that this campground is directly connected to some of the best ATV trails I have been on. Also close proximity to Hayward when you wanted to do some shopping or to eat.

Tale of two separate stays. Huge campground. Labor Day weekend so the first two nights were zoo like, the last like a closed campground.

There was little to do with enjoying nature at this campground. Other guests were focused on partying around the clock, burning so much wet wood and even plastic that it affected our eyes and breathing. This was all weekend long, not just at night. We had to leave to find relief. The grounds themselves were very crowded but clean and tidy. Overall, more needs to be done to monitor guest behavior.

The stay was great. This year, the weather was good, too. We had a little issue with other kids walking through our site at the beginning. And, we were told at check-in that there were no activities held and found out there were (movie and such). We were bummed about that.

Had a great time! Our grandsons ages 6 and 9 enjoyed the pool, waterside, bounce pillow, movies and meeting new friends. We adults had a fun and relaxing time playing table games, good food and campfire. So thankful weather cooperated! Always a wonderful time at the Hayward KOA! Thank you!

As someone who stays at this KOA multiple times a summer, we normally enjoy our stay. Unfortunately, there was a family of campers this time, who felt, they did not want to keep their music, and voices within their own set of campsites. And the first night did not follow, the quiet time, that was set.

Very friendly and welcoming owners. That right there makes you want to come back. Lots to do for the kids and just a very nice campground.

Loved that it was quiet, talked to the owner multiple times. Really wish Halloween weekend wasn't cancelled though. Bathrooms were IMMACULATE!! Showers were pretty good too. Water heater was off on waterslide. This was disappointing. This happened last year as well. I hope they decide to leave the heater on next year over Labor Day weekend. Overall, love this campground!

Really enjoyed our stay! The only thing that was not "typical" from many other KOA's we have stayed at is the extra up charges for things normally included (jumping pillow, mini-golf, etc.) Most KOA's have those provided at no cost. Otherwise it was fantastic and staff was amazing!! I would definitely stay here again. My suggestion would be to eliminate the "up charges" and just raise fees

Kids had a blast. This was our 3rd year here. Disappointed about the trick o treating but completely understand. Keep up the great work. We will be back next year.

Staff was rude to the children on the jumpy pillow everyday we were there. Your sites are on top of each other so people cutting through camp sites all the time. This was our second time there last time was fine this time was not a good experience I don't think I will go back.

This was our second stay at this campground and we came back because is it an excellent campground. Our 8yo loved the pool and water slide and made some new friends. This will our go to campground. It's very clean and all the amenities make it very family friendly.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
