Could have used a little more grass. Concrete around the fire pit cabin could have extended out about a foot on the 2 sides KL9. Nice quiet campground friendly staff and also helpful. THANK YoU

Too crowded, and our friends granddaughter broke her leg on the jumpy pillow and their sons bike got stolen. Wasn't a fun weekend.

Extraordinary Campground! Lots of kid activities and clean campsites. I have never been in a Campground with such clean bathrooms! We had a terrific experience and would definitely recommend it to everyone. This place is what a Campground SHOULD be!

We had another fantastic year at the Hayward KOA! Our girls love every bit of the campground and so do we! We were especially impressed with how incredibly clean the campground was including the always spotless bathrooms. Another favorite part of our trip was the kind staff, especially Wayne. He is such a great guy and our family loved visiting with him during our tubing trips and at our site! TY!

Enjoyed the stay very much. This was our 2nd time there and we had our adult children and grandchildren who came with this year. My grandkids didn’t want to leave and my son and his wife are going to be coming back again. Great job!!! Our stay was not long enough.

Campground was clean but people were inconsiderate of quiet times. The site next to ours ran an extension cord to our camp site's power that i paid for while they only had a basic site. Campground was nice, campers were not.

This is a very nice campground. They did a great job with cleanliness of the facilities with cleaning crews onsite 7am-11pm. I would've rated this at 5 stars, but they advertise heavily regarding the jumping pillow and waterslide, both of which are a separate fee each day which was not posted anywhere on the premise. The one water slide was $10+/day, and the jumping pillow as $5+/day.

Campsites are to close together, hard to get the vehicle and camper parked in the same site, need to cut some trees for better access

As always the kids have plenty to do. There were a couple of the employees that must have been having a bad day, but most were very nice.

So much fun. I love all of the activities that go on. Last time i was here was 25 years ago and I still had the most amazing time with my family.

I’ve been coming here with my daughter’s family for the last 4 years. They love the campground so I’d invited my son’s family this year and they said that would like to come back again. So many activities so my grandkids slept very well at night. I’ll pick weekdays next time though.

Very nice and clean campground but very dusty and the sites are stacked on top of one another not very much room for a camper and a truck if you have a little bit bigger camper.

Fun for the kids, but pricey. I wish it was more of a package deal, instead of having to pay for everything individually. Still, it was very nice. Super friendly and helpful staff.

We always love staying at the Hayward KOA but this time it rained really hard and some of the campsites and roads kind of flooded. We thought it would be a good idea to get some fill in on those far sites over by the cabins and the one teepee. Just a suggestion. Otherwise we always love camping with you. Thank you, the eau Claire people

After checking in we discovered an issue with our cabin. The management & staff at the Hayward KOA were very responsive to address our concerns and went above & beyond to try and remedy the situation as best as possible. We’d give the Hayward KOA another try if we’re in the area again.

Great location and camping site. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Didn’t like how everything was extra cost for the kids activities (jumping pillow, slides, mini golf, etc).

The campground is clean and nice. Very noisy with tons of kids having a wonderful time! Families with kids will love it!!

Very little grass on camp ground, so dusty at times. Lots of staff to help you if needed. Very busy and crowded. Each campsite has very little personnel space. Would have rather stayed in a cabin as to have my RV there. Liked the flowers around the grounds.

Very close campsites. Majority of pedal vehicles were broken, water slide closed twice for repairs, and the store was out of “mining rocks” for a sluice activity. Disappointed

Very nice campground; friendly people etc. Would prefer the roads were paved as the sand and dust is a bit overwhelming, but we would stay here again.

Pretty dusty! Some of the cabin folks don’t seem to understand what the quiet hours are, they were noisy until about midnight! Most KOAs take you to your site, since this wasn’t provided we ended up in the wrong site. Overall it was just okay.

Enjoyed our site #35 in the pines and not having campers right next to us - benefits of low season camping. Unique use of flowers w/canoes was very nice/welcoming. Highway noise was a lot lower than other KOA's we've stayed at which was a big plus. Definitely would stay at this KOA again in the fall. Thanks!
